Hey all! First up, apologies for the delay in accepting entries! My exams kinda crept up on me and since I'm in my final year I had to focus on them. Hope you understand ^^'

And for future reference, as long as you COMMENT in the chapter that you've finished your art, I will always get around to accepting them eventually, don't worry! :)

On a different note, thank you to all of those who participated in my survey! I am so honoured and glad that you all enjoy my contests that I masterminded up almost a year ago (wow time flies!).

Due to popular consensus, I will be keeping the ONE THEME, TWO DIVISION style that I've adopted. Apologies to those that preferred it a different way.

I really liked your three-dimensional colouring style and the intricate details you created for this character! It indeed evokes the image of innocence, great work!

I really liked the use of colour and design to create an almost-menacing character, which does indeed represent what I feel fire to be! I like the extra little detail of the blackened hand, great work!

Yin Yang is definitely a creative approach to this theme! I like the contrast between the two characters you've created and the way they interact with each other really represents the element. Well done!

And finally, in first place of Division one, with the Gold Crown we have

The composition of this piece is amazing, and your use of light and shadow create an interesting contrast, drawing the focus to the centre of the piece. Also props for completing the challenge for bonus points ;) Congratulations on first!

I really liked your stylistic character designs, especially the way that light and dark are intertwined. Each spirit perfectly represents their element, great work!

This is an amazingly creative take on the theme, with use of negative space and a streak of colour to create an interesting composition. Love how there's little bits of colour near the character's feet, as if some of the paint spilled :> Great work!

Oof, your use of reds, yellows and oranges really creates the ambiance of fire! Detailed foreground and character design with an intricate background (I love the clouds, damn). Congratulations!
