Y/n's pov :

"Is that girl Mina??", He hesitantly nodded. "Yes, it's her. I like her. A lot", he said with that smile looking at her. He went to her and hold her hand. "I never expected this from you. Hope I never see you again", saying this he went away with her. I tried to call him back but he didn't even turn around.

I got up and realised it was a dream in which I confessed to Dino and that guy straight away broke our friendship. I looked at time it was 6 am and it's Sunday. Getting up early in morning that too on Sunday feels weird to me. I got from bed and did my morning routine.

I went to kitchen but I saw Dino near the door trying to listen something. "You know eavesdropping is bad??",I whispered. "Shh. Keep quiet. Eomma is talking to your parents. I think they are not coming today too", he whispered back. My eyes widened. I pushed him aside trying to listen carefully while Dino was standing right behind me. We peaked through the door and saw aunty was having talking on phone. Her phone was on speaker.

I heard mom's voice, "I know but we can't do anything. We need to stay here otherwise the problem will increase. Please tell this to Y/n. I know she will be sad about this. I want to tell her but you know I can't. I am going to be busy all the day. I'll call her later if I get time. I'll try to come as soon as possible and it's just a month" , I didn't hear any further and turned around. Dino was looking at me. I realised how much close we were. My breath hitched, my heart started to racing, butterflies started their race in my stomach.

He kept looking at me. Unable to bear his stare , I looked down. "Y/n, look at me", he whispered. I looked at him again. He brought me to my room and made me sit on bed. He knelt infront of me, bringing his hand near my cheek and wiped the tear. I didn't even realize my eyes were filled with tears. I just can't bear it anymore. Many things happen in just few hours. The person I love confess his feelings to me about a girl expecting me to play a role of cupid. And now this, my parents are gonna come after a month. Not like I cry every time like this but it's just to much to handle.

"Y/n, stop crying. I know you are missing your parents and they will come soon. Hmm. Until then we are with you", he got up and hugged me. The second he hugged I couldn't control myself anymore. I burst out crying.

Dino's pov:

I hugged her. As soon as I hugged her she burst out crying. I just felt guilty. It was clear that many things were bothering her. Somewhere it felt as I was also a reason for this. I don't know why. The only thing I knew right now was to protect her, to keep her safe. Eventhough people think she is strong but me and hyung know how much even small things affect her. But it is mostly hyung who knows her a lot.

"Shhh, everything will be okay. Don't cry.", I said while rubbing her back. After few minutes her cries turned into sniffles. She released me from the hug and looked down. "You don't need to be embarrassed. It's okay. Take some rest", I said while ruffling her hair. She nodded and looked up. She smiled at me. I wiped the tears drops that were still on her face with my thumb. She was looking cute. I was about to leave but she caught hold of my shirt. I turned around with a questioning look. "Please don't tell this to anyone , not even Seokmin", I smiled at her while nodding and went out. I closed her room's door. I went to my room. I looked at the picture of me and her. The photo taken after one of our biggest fight over a dinosaur toy. Looking at Y/n in the photo , I thought ' I don't know what made you cry but the only thing I know right now is to protect you and keep that smile of yours forever'.

Y/n's pov :

I realised I was hugging Dino. I released him from the hug and looked down feeling embarrassed. "You don't need to be embarrassed. It's okay. Take some rest", he said while ruffling my hair. Did he just read my mind. I nodded and looked up. I smiled at him. He rubbed the tears that were on my cheeks with his thumb which caused my cheeks to turn red. He was about to leave but I caught hold of his shirt. He turned around with a questioning look. "Please don't tell this to anyone , not even Seokmin", he smiled while nodded and went out.

Later , Aunty came and told me about my parents. I told her that I heard them and said apologized for eavesdropping. She hugged me and said it's okay.
