If anyone knows me well enough, you know that I have a horrible phobia of the dark and that it's so hard for me to sleep at night.

So, while I was writing Hide and Seek I literally had to get out of my comfort zone. Remember chapter five where I wrote, "Sure" and you might have freaked out over that part? That was something I experienced when I was in the dark. Whenever I'm in the dark, I get super paranoid. I would sit in the dark purposely to see what I could come up with for Hide and Seek and use them. All emotions from Emily being scared came from my own :o

Then, when it came to the gifs I almost died. I would be on Google at 1 AM looking for gifs and all these scary faces would pop out at me. I REALLY WAS UNCOMFORTABLE WHILE WRITING HIDE AND SEEK.

Yeah, that's how you write a horror story;) jk but I don't know, I just wanted to share that. I was just thinking about this and laughing.

I think it's really funny now because I was the first to be afraid, now hundreds of others are afraid xD
