After possibly becoming friends, Y/N and Loona continued to walk around the park, but as they did, Loona was still confused about Y/N's motives due to the fact that she's never had a friend, so she doesn't know how it feels. More likely, she has a human friend, who could possibly be trying to soften her up to get her where it hurts, in Y/N's point of view, he was never the kind of guy to do that. If anything, he's simply misunderstood like Loona. Unfortunately for Y/N, he wasn't sure how he's going to convince Loona that she can trust him, but nonetheless, he's willing to try. Y/N looked at Loona for a moment and looked around and noticed some kids playing.

Y/N: ... *looks at Loona* Hey, Loona.

Loona: Huh?

Y/N: You, uh... You wanna have some fun?

Loona: Huh?

Y/N: Fun. Like, play around the park and find some activities to do, together.

Loona: ...

Y/N: We don't have to if you don't want to. I'm just saying that... since neither of us got a chance to experience what it was like to... have fun when we were kids, maybe we could... fix that by playing in the park.

Loona: This isn't some pathetic attempt to-

Y/N: No! Loona, I'm not like those assholes that have tried to manipulate you. Look, I promise that until you give me permission, I will not lay a hand on you. Whatever makes you comfortable is fine with me. So, what do you say?

Loona: Y/N... I'm not a kid. People will look at us funny.

Y/N: So? That doesn't mean they have the right to stop us from doing what we wanna do for fun, even if it's childish. Look, you and me, we're different than everyone else. And BF/N told me that... those that are different stand out more from the normal crowd. Loona, I don't think being normal is even an option.

Loona: ...

Y/N walked away and Loona watched and sighed.

Loona: Satan, what have I gotten myself into?

She then followed Y/N to the park. They approached a stone wall.

Y/N: Alright, Loona, this is simple. Kids like to make this a race. Whoever climbs up those rocks and makes it to the top first, wins.

Loona: That's it? No blood or murder or anything like that if someone wins or loses?

Y/N: What? No. Loona, kids may argue about who won, but that's how they are. They're... very competitive. Dedicated to win.

Loona: *looks at Y/N*

Y/N: Here. Watch.

He approached the stone wall.

Y/N: Hey, you know how to play pretend?

Loona: "Play pretend"?

Y/N: Yeah. Pretend that there's someone right here next to me. Now, I'm about to race them up the wall. Just watch me.

He then started climbing up the wall as he grabbed the stones and climbed up. He was able to make it to the top and turned around to Loona.

Y/N: Like that, but more faster and challenging, okay?

He jumped down.

Y/N: Alright. Now, you try. Just climb up one rock at a-

Loona: Yeah, I know what I need to do.

Y/N: ... O-Okay.

Loona approached the wall and began to climb up the wall. She made it to the top after a few seconds.

Loona: That was stupid... *turns around* Hope you didn't get a look at my ass while I climbed.

Y/N: Why would I do that?

Loona: Isn't it obvious? People are drawn in to my body. Especially my butt. They're perverts.

Y/N: Well, I'm not a pervert, I promise. And even if I did look, I would never look at you as if I wanna fuck you. It's not right.

Loona: ... That's what they all say.

She jumped down and approached Y/N.

Loona: Now, what?

Y/N: Now, we both climb at the same time and whoever gets up there, wins.

Loona: Seriously?

Y/N: Yeah. It's how people have fun. Come on.

Loona sighed and followed him to the wall.

Y/N: Ready?

Loona: Yeah.

Y/N: ... Onetwothree, go!

Loona: What?

Y/N got a headstart and climbed up the stone wall with Loona following behind. They made it up with Y/N the victor.

Y/N: Yes! I win!

Loona: That wasn't fair! I wasn't ready!

Y/N: You just said you were.

Loona: Yeah, but don't do that bullshit! I was confused on what to do, asshole!

Y/N: Loona, it's how kids do it. Didn't I say that they were competitive when it comes to winning?

Loona: Tch.

Y/N: Loona, come on. You can't deny that you felt a bit competitive and dedicated to win.

Loona: ...

Y/N: Come on. We'll try, again. And this time, it'll be fair.

He jumped down as Loona had her arms crossed, looking mad. But, her expression softened as she thought about the fact that Y/N was trying to show her how to have fun, even though she's not a kid.

Loona: *thinking* ... Y/N... If he really wants me to have fun, I'll... I'll try.

With that said in mind, Loona jumped down and got to Y/N.

Y/N: Alright, you ready?

Loona: Yes.

Y/N: One... Two... Three!

They both climbed up and after a few seconds, Loona was the winner after Y/N followed from behind.

Loona: Haha! Take that!

Y/N: Heh. Judging by your expression, you seem to be having a little fun.

Loona: *eyes widen* ... *blushes slightly & turns away*

Y/N: Loona, there's no need to be ashamed to be like this. I can tell that even though it wasn't much, you had a little fun. That's what this is all about. Come on. Let's go a few rounds of this. I'll see you down there. And hey, don't be ashamed to be happy. It isn't some moment of weakness or something like that. That's the whole point of having fun.

He jumped down and Loona thought about what he said. She was having doubts about it, but Y/N didn't seem to make fun of her when she was acting outside herself when she's at work. In fact, he looked happy to see her like that. And in her point of view, it didn't feel as bad as she thought to be happy about having fun. Normally, she has fun when it comes to irritate Moxxie, but this was completely different.

Loona: ... *smiles softly*

She then jumped down and joined Y/N. They continued to climb up the stone wall for a few times and as they did, Loona was slowly starting to enjoy it, even though she was winning and losing. Y/N seemed to be happy that Loona was enjoying this. After a while, Loona had the most wins.

Y/N: Well, that was fun. You good, Loona?

Loona: ... Y-Yeah... I guess I did...

Y/N: Well, there's more than where this came from. Come on. I'll show you some more. *walks away*

Loona: Wait, really?

She followed Y/N to their next activity.

They arrived at a pair of swings and Loona looked skeptical at first, but Y/N reassured her. She then hesitated, but agreed to follow his lead.

When they got to the swings, Y/N offered Loona to try it first. Of course, she hesitated, but nonetheless, she sat in it and Y/N walked behind her.

Y/N hesitated, but he asked if he could push her. Loona growled at first, but she couldn't follow through with what was on her mind due to the fact that he asked her first before doing so. So, she agreed to it, causing her to be pushed into the air.

Loona was shocked to see so far up from the swing from Y/N pushing her. Soon, he told Loona to use her legs to keep the momentum and she did so. Loona took a few tries and was laughing as she felt the wind blow against her hair.

After a while, Y/N soon joined her and they both swung very high. After having their fun on the swings, Y/N offered Loona to their next activity.

Y/N showed Loona the slides and they climbed up them. Loona sat down by Y/N's instructions and told her to go.

Nonetheless, she did so and slid down the slide and it felt bumpy, but it's was enjoyable. Soon, Y/N arrived next to her and they smiled.

They continued down the slides and after a while, they were seen walking around the park for a bit, but as Y/N watched Loona walk ahead of him, a flashback occurred in his head.

In his childhood years, he remembered how his life was like as he traveled a road by himself without any friends by his side until he met BF/N. And when he heard a punch land on his face, he snapped back to reality and sighed. Loona, on the other hand, felt the same way as she remembered her years in the orphanage. How miserable and hopeless she felt. But, she turned around to Y/N as he was in his own thoughts.
