The walk to Kidd's place had to be the most awkward in Law's entire life, just, following his huge crush...home, after a bit of bulling and with only now -okay maybe a couple of years worth- developing feelings for the other, even before the bullying started between them.

"T-the date?" The raven whispered.

Shachi just rolled his eyes and shifted into a small howler monkey before jumping into his backpack, "Bepo! Pen! That's our cue to fall asleep in his bag and let them talk about their feelings and mushy crap!"

Law gave the cheeky devil a burning death glare as Bepo shifted into a white snake and slithered in, mumbling a small sorry while Penguin just shifted into a speckled pigeon and dive bombed inside with a small screech.

Kidd blinked, only now remembering that the shifters were there in the first place and smiled, "Heh...ya know...you're really cute when you blush like that" Kidd took a chance and decided to start flirting with the raven.

The older teen paused and blushed even deeper but didn't respond.

Not wanting to push his luck, the redhead also remained silent and looked down as he led the way from a considerable distance, boy did things get even more awkward, curse his boldness and habit of pushing his limits.

Halfway through the south blue district, Law finally spoke up again with a noticeable stutter.

"D-do you really mean that?" Kidd shortly came to a stop and looked back at the squirming yet-to-be doctor with a blank face of suprise, "...that you're cute?"

Law hesitantly nodded and looked at everything but the taller male in front of him, his heart started to beat rapidly as the brute started toward him and stopped right in front of him.

Kidd looked down at him and felt...for once in his life..joy, not mischievous glee, not dark amusement...it was an innocent joy.

Law...Law actually liked him.

Feeling the happiness pump through his blood, in a moment of this new joy, he suddenly hoisted the raven up and gave him a soft kiss as they gently twirled around.

Law was so shocked by the kiss, that he almost forgot how to breath, but as soon as he got over it, he clutched onto the bully tighter and returned the gentle kiss of affection.

"Trafalgar Law, as your bully I'm gonna be stealing your heart now~"

The raven felt his heart flutter at his words as he hugged around the other's wide, broad shoulders, "and as your nerd I'll be giving you all the love I can in this heart of mine Kidd-ya~" The two giggled in their mirth as they held hands side by side for the rest of the way, barely able to keep their hands off one another.

Neither had an idea of what to do.

Luffy and Zoro were just sitting there so awkwardly...

See, when Luffy was moving through the forest to get back to the school, he ran into Zoro who was patrolling the area for unwelcomed intruders like he did on a daily basis, and so the innocent boy told Zoro of the arrangement that was made...about their date.

And that's when the awkward sat in...

"S-She want's us...to go on a date?" Luffy shyly crossed his arms and stared down at his feet with a fiery blush of his own, but then his thoughts were interrupted when a sudden breeze caught Luffy off guard, and the neko happily hoisted him up and purred into the crook of the teen's neck.

"Z-ZORO!?" The greenie continued to ignore him as a brilliant idea spouted in his mind.

Feeling mischievous, he sneakily started to lick at Luffy's neck making sure it seemed like an 'innocent' kitty gesture.

Luffy only blushed into a deeper crimson the closer Zoro got to his face, by the time they were face to face, the raven looked like he was about ready to faint from being overheated.

"I'll be looking forward to that date Luffy~" he whispered.

The neko then cunningly gave the younger a chate kiss on the lips and disappeared into the thick misty groves.

The poor teen was left on the ground, completely dumbstruck, just continuing to stare at where the greenie vanished into the vegetation, "W-what was that about?"

It was seven thirty, exactly what you said, Luffy and Zoro already arrived with a bag full of different varieties of meat from your machine, three flashlights, a sleeping bag and a toothbrush while Sanji was still setting things up on the roof.

You sat very happily in the meadow as the sun continued to set, painting the sky a pretty red, pink, yellow, and turquoise, just as the stars started to come out, Kidd finally started charging into the field with the shapeshifters clinging onto his back...and Law with a bloody arm.

"WOAH, WOAH WHAT HAPPENED HERE!?!?"

The raven gave you a sheepish smile when all of a sudden Kidd burst into a lunatic laughter.

"BAHAHAHAHA!!! OH MY GOD!! THAT HAD TO BE THE MOST EXCITING MOMENT OF MY LIFE!!"

You sweat dropped in confusion, 'what the hell did I miss?..'

The conversation only got even more confusing as you continued to listen, "EXCITING!? PUNCHING HIM IN THE FACE WAS EXCITING FOR YOU!? HE'S GONNA KILL YOU!!"

"I KNOW!! But damn doesn't it feel good to finally do it!" Kidd laughed, Law only winced and hissed as he gripped at his injury, "Well I hope you're happy since I got shot to defend your sorry ass" Kidd quickly stopped laughing and carefully sat the other down and cursed at the now present bullet hole.

"..Why did you do that?" Kidd sighed.

"T-They can't treat you like that, you dumbass..." the two flushed red as Shachi growled in his puppy form.

"This ain't no time to flirt you two! Bepo! Treat Law's injury!" The samoyed puppy yiped in respone and began regenerating the yet-to-be doctor's arm as he directed how to do it properly.

..Well ain't this weird.

"OIIIIIII!!!!!"

You all looked up to the house and saw Luffy waving to you guys with a wide grin as Zoro and Sanji continued to set up the remaining two sleeping bags on the roof.

"(Y/N)!! KIDD!! LAW!! EVERYONE!! THE SLEEPING BAGS ARE READY!!!"

The stars were already visible in the sky as you grabbed onto Kidd and Law in excitement.

In a whirl of speed you sped across the flowers, almost hovering at the speed you were at, jumped up like a ninja into the sky and landed perfectly onto the roof in a really cool pose...WITH Law and Kidd still intact.

With a proud smile you took your spot on the roof as everyone congregated together in a comfortable silence.

"Hey (Y/N)-ya, you never told us why we're here"

A soft sparkle in the sky signalled the begining as you got comfortable with a small smirk and pointed to the stary sky, "that's why" you whispered.
