When I was fourteen years old, I asked my dad if having a girlfriend was something special. He told me it is the best thing that I'll have in my life, but that I have to wait because the best ones comes when the least expected and when there's much trouble with one's self. He also told me that it will bring pain in your life and it will compromise one's objective, and that right now it will be a distraction and it cost your pocket.

Well, right now I think that some of his opinion are true, but right now I was with one of the girls that I met in school a few days ago, we went through a zombie apocalypse, and fell in love without knowing it, until now.

We had a 'small' make out session that it turned out to be a heated session. I have to say, the kiss was very passionate and wild. It was the best thing that I had in my life.

Right now, we were walking back to the others to the manager's office in the mall, while holding hands. After the kiss, I told her that we should head to the others so we can form a plan and to not keep them waiting. She just nodded with a tint of pink on her cheeks. When we were out of the restaurant, we were on the right side of the mall, we kept quiet, yet still walked side by side. I was on her left, looking at the the bottom part of the mall. Our hands had brushed a few times and she tensed a little. I took the initiative to hold her hand, she flinched and looked at me very shocked. I just gave a her a small smile and gave her a kiss on her left cheek and she blushed like a tomato.

She looked away, but eventually she interlocked with my fingers and hold it tight. We were like this for ten minutes, when we reached the office, we let go of each other and headed in.

Y/n: "Guys, we ar- ARRRGHHHHH!!!" Someone jumped on me and scared me. I manage to hold her and keep my balance, because she was very light. The tiniest member of our group with pink hair was in my arms right now. "Alice! Don't scare me like that." I said with a little worried tone.

Alice: "Sorry. I just got very excited to see you again and I was worried that something might have happened to you." She manage to say in between sobs, and tears conning down her eyes getting my shirt a little soak.

I kneeled so she could be standing and I could be at the same level as her. She took a step back and she was looking down. I put my fingers under her chin and made her look at me. When she looked at me, she had red eyes, maybe because of me, so I told her: "I made a promise to you, didn't I? I promised that I will always be here for you and the others, and always return to you if I'm away for a little while. Remember that promise?" She nodded with a smile. She still had tears coming down, but I wipe them off. "Then don't worry, I'll always keep my promise, so there's no need of crying. Now, give me that confidence smile that you always have." I said the last part with pride while standing up. She straighten her back, made a salute, and gave the best confidence smile that not even I could give. I patted her head and smiled.

I looked at the others and they had right smiles on their faces. Takashi was the one that made the first move to come closer to me and talk to me.

Takashi: "Everything alright Y/n? You didn"t look very well earlier." I nodded and made a fist in front of him. He looked at it first, then we made a fist bump.

Y/n: "I'm fine Takashi. Everything is better now." I said while looking at Rei where she was beside Saeko. Rei was looking down and blushing. Takashi looked at her as well, he looked confused, but then, I think he understood why I said that. He looked back at me with an evil and playful grin. i just gave him a smile, but a nervous one.

Takashi: "Ok, I'm glad that you're better than before. Also," he leaned to my ear and whispered: 'I give you the best luck and I hope you had the best kiss of your life.' I looked at him shocked because I never told him that Rei and I kissed, and I knew that he would give the space I needed if something was bugging me. He just pointed to his left side of his neck with his right hand to hide it from the others with the smirk that he had at first.

I looked at Rei again and noticed what Takashi meant. Rei had a hickey on her left side of the neck. My eyes widen and I looked back at Takashi, but he was walking back to the window. The others looked at him confused between me and Takashi. My mind was running wild, but I snapped out of it by the only Tsundere I knew.

Saya: "HEY, WHAT WAS WRONG WITH YOU!?" She yelled at me and she was very close, like very close that our nose almost touched and I saw her cleavage, but my eyes averted to hers.

Y/n: "I wanted to be alone because I needed to clear my mind from everything that has happened. Also, I was thinking of how happy I am now because of you guys." She looked at me with a blush and confused. The others looked at me confuse also, except for Rei. "I am glad that I met all of you. If it weren't for all of you, I would still be having trouble with my past and I am glad that... well I'm also sad about it, but I'm glad that this apocalypse occured,because if it ween't for that, I wouldn't have people I can trust with my life." I said it, and I meant every word.

Surprisingly, Saya came to me and gave me a tight hug. The others came to me and they hugb me as well. They all parted and we all went to the table to where the officer of the mall was sitting staring at Hirano with a blush. The table was square and on one end was the officer, to her right was Takashi, Saeko, Shizuka, and in between Saeko and Shizuka was Alice holding Zeke. On the other end was Hirano, and on is right was Saya me and Rei. I believe her name was Asami, but why was she staring at Hirano. 'Did I missed something?' I asked myself.

Takashi: "Now that we are all here, Asami, when do you think that the other officer will come back with supplies?"

Asami: "She said that she would be back within three days. She also said that she would bring help and we could go to a safe place."

Saya: "How long has it been since she left?" Asami looked hesitant to answer.

Asami: "F-five d-days." Saya looked like she was about to explode.

Saya: "WHAT!? She was out for fve days and you don't think the slightest that she might be dead or she is one of Them!?"

Hirano: "Takagi-san, we all are shocked about this, but there's no need to overreact like this." She was about to protest, but I put my hand on her shoulder. She looked at me with anger, but then she calmed down.

Y/n: "You said that she was looking for help so we could go to a safe place, what did you mean about that?" Everyone looked at Asami for an answer.

Asami: "Before the black out, on the radio, some officer said that they were all evacuating the survivors to a safe place, like a refuge. There, they have food, medicine, and the important stuff that you need." I went to deep thought, 'if we could find the location of this safe place, we could head there with the people in this mall, and get them safe. But our plan is to leave the mall so we can search their families to see if they are alive.' I looked at Takashi and saw that he also was in deep thought. The officer stood up and left the table to see through the window. Takashi looked at me and he got closer to me over the table. The other and I leaned forward so we could here what he had in mind.

Takashi: "What do we do now?" I thought he had something in mind, a plan or something, but I guess I have to cov- "Because, the people here need a safe place, but if we stay, the ones that will look for them will come for us as well, but we already have plans to keep searching for our families." He beat me to it. I was going to say what he said. 'Get out of my mind Takashi!' I yelled at him in my head.

Y/n: "I was thinking the same thing, but the real question is, which desicion we make, leave to search our families or stay and wait for help? Obvioisly we would choose our families, but we can't leave this people to survive on their own because they don't have weapons to defend themselves." They all were thinking for a conclusion, but then we heard a gasp. We looked at Asami. she had her hand on her mouth, and wide eyes. Hirano went to her, asking what was wrong, but then he looked outside the window nd his eyes went wide as well. We all went to their side to check what was wrong until we one of Them. It was wearing an officers outfit like Asami. "Officer Asami, isn't that-"

Asami: "Yes, she is the officer that was supposed to come back two days ago." This is bad. Asami started to walk away. Hirano tried to calm her down, but she got a little aggressive. "DON'T TOUCH ME! Don't you dare touch me again, you Fat Pig!" With that she left with tears coming down like a river. Hirano looked depressed. I went to him and put my hand on his shoulder.

Hirano: "Am I a Fat Pig Y/n?" He asked me like if he was a kid, but I have to support my friends no matter what.

Y/n: "You are not a pig, and you are NOT fat. Your just chubby, and chubby people are more awesome than fat people." He looked at me confused.

Hirano: "Isn't fat and chubby the same thing?" I shooked my head.

Y/n: "Once, a friend of mine told me that it was rude to call someone fat, and that a chubby person is more agile and intelligent. I gotta say, he was an Irish Mad Man." He gave me a confidence smile and made a salute. I was glad that he got over it. I turned to the others and they gave me a nod. I looked at Takashi and I gave him a serious look. "What do we do now?"

Takashi: "Now that we know that we might not get help, we must leave, whether like it or not." I nodded, but then I lookedbehind me with worry. "What's wrong Y/n?" I looked back at the others with a concerned face.

Y/n: "I just got this feelin that something bad is going to happen, but I think is just my imagina-" I was cut off by screams.

Lady: "They're inside the mall! Those Things are inside the mal!" We got out of the office and looked at the first floor of the mall. There were many of Them coming inside.

Y/n: "DAMMIT!!! WHAT IS IT WITH MY MOUTH AND THE FUCKKING TIMIMG!!!" The others looked at me with weird expression. "Everytime I think that something might happen it happens all of a sudden. And why is that?" They just looked at each other thinking that I am crazy, but I ignored them. "We have to leave. NOW!" They all nodded and we all looked at Hirano and Takashi.

Hirano: "Lets go get our weapons. Follow me." After one minute we bump into Asami who was frighten. She looked at Hirano for answers. 'Didn't she just called Hirano a Fat Pig like two minutes ago?' "Come with us ff you want to live Asami, we are leaving the mall to leave another day." Hirano said that with confidence that made Asami take actionand folow us. 'I swear, what Hirano said I heard it in a movie.' I thought, but now wasn't the time.

Two minutes later, we reached a womens shop. We were so confused. When we entered, Hirano and Takashi were searching in a basket where there were "L" size bra. Then they pulled out the guns from the basket. I was in utter shock and the girls were very petrified.

Saya: "W-why would you hide t-the guns in there?"

Takashi: *Scratch the back of his head* "Well, is because it was the only safe place we found, and the only person who would look through this is-" We all looked at Shizuka, because she had the biggest breast in this place. Alice, on the other hand had two flags, one of Japan and the other of America and she was cheering: 'HOORAY FOR PERVERSION!'  

Saya: "And who was the perv that had this idea?" Hirano and Takashi pointed at each other with playful grins on their faces. I put my finger on the bridge of my nose and shooked my head.

Takashi gave Saeko her sword and then he gave me my sword. Then, Hirano came with my bow and arrows. I put the quiver first, then my sword on my back to my dominant side. They all looked at me with aww. I asked what was wrong. They said that I looked like a hunter ready to kill its target. I just shrugged it off, but my attention went to Rei who was blushing, waving her hands making it like a fan to her face, and exhaling very hard.

Then I made a little test with her. I lifted my shirt up, revealing my six pack that I had, I acted like I was looking for something, and I harden them. I looked at Rei and she leaned her head back very hard and started bleeding from her nose like a fountain. Saya and Saeko were blushing, and they holded their nose, but there still was some blood coming out as well. Hirano looked down to his belly with dissappointment and Takashi shook his head knowing what I was doing.

We went to the exit, but then, the survivors came in front of us and they stood there, looking at us with utter shock. They couldn't believe that some highschoolers would look so prepared for a situation like this. Then, a guy that looked like a fighter came first to talk. "What the hell!? How come that you guys have weapons and how the heck you got them!? Maybe I should gr-" He was cut off because I grabbed him by the collar, pulled him closer, and head butted him. He holded his forhead with pain and looked at me with fear.

Y/n: "We don't have time for stupidity. Right now, we have a bigger situation that would end the life of evryone here in this mall. So i suggest that you put your senses together and take action." They look at me with shock, but they regain their composure.

Lady: "And who do you think you are to guve us orders boy!?" I sensed that someone was going to protest, but I raised my hand to stop whoever it was.

Y/n: "Because we're your only chance that you get out of this place alive. So, how is it going to be? Go on your own without protection and getting killed or come with us? We will protect you on the way and leave you on a safer place." They hesitated. Then one of Them came to our right, but Saeko slashed its head off without even looking. The others and me didn't looked fazed by it, but the survivors were more shocked than before. They agreed to follow us without hesitation. "Alright, civilians stay in the middle. Asami, stick with Hirano and Saya. Alice, stay with Shizuka and hold Zeke very tight. Takashi and Rei, behind the civilians. Saeko, you with me upfront. We move fast, so try to not get behind, warn us if there any trouble, and don't try anything heroic, am I clear!?" The survivors nodded and my group looked at me shock, but nodded. "Then lets go!"

We started to run toward the emergency exit, if we walked there it would take us twenty minutes, but running it's obvious we would get ther in five to ten minutes. There were eight of Them in front of us. I looked at Saeko to check if she was ready, and the only answer I got was an evil grin with her tongue, and those eyes of lust. I got to say, I felt a little aroused by it, but its not the right moment. I nodded and we headed to Them. I took my two knive out.

I went first, I jumped, stabbed two of Them on their heads, and pushed them to the floor. At that moment, I was kneeling, and Saeko jumped from my back and made a 360 to the right in the air, while she was in the air, I stood, took hold of the knives to use my brass knuckles, and went forward, she beheaded on of Them. The other was going to attack her, but I punched it in the face, went forward and punched the other that was in front. I looked at Saeko and she took out the other two remaining. We nodded and looked back at the others that were catching up to us.

We kept going and we encountered few of Them. They were easy to take out. *SCREEEEEAAAAAAM* I looked back and saw that Alice was way back. I looked at Shizuka holding Alice's jacket with fear. Shizuka probably pulled very hard and Alice might have slipped out of her jacket.

Y/n: "Takashi, go with Saeko and lead them out I'll go and get Alice!" With that I went to get Alice without thinking. They started to ptotest to come with me or that they would volunteered, but there was no time. I didn't think, just acted. There were ten of Them, so I retracted my knives, and took my sword out

I slashed from right to left beheading one, made a 360 to the left and slashed with strength beheading three. I made a 180 and at the same time used my left feet to kick one on the head with the back of my feet. I crouched and sweeped one from its feet. I stomped its head with my right feet. The other four were chasing Alice, and she was running away from them. There were one upfront, one behind it and the other two were beside the one in the back. I threw my sword to the middle one and dropped dead immediately, I ran to the two in the side, I jumped and split kicked them. onw went down to the first floor and the other hitted the wall. I took my sword and stabbed the last one behind his head. I took out the sword and it fell to the floor. I sheath the sword and looked at Alice who hugged me very tight. I picked her up and embraced her with worry.

Y/n: "Don't worry Alice I'm here for you. I'm here." She sobbed and hugged me tighter. She was frighten and I needed to calm her down. "We are going to leave, ok? So hold tight me, and when we leave, I'll get you some cookies, is that ok?" She nodded not taking her face off my shoulder. I looked down at Zeke, then at the door open that my friends are holding. "Zeke, can you keep up?" He answers me with a bark. "Then run to door, NOW!" Zeke started to run to the door as I did. I dodged Them from trying to grab me, we reached the exit, and they closed the doors the moment we got out. I sigh in relieved, I looked at the others and notice that the civilians weren't there. "Where are the civilians?"     

Saeko: "They are on th roof. They said that they'll wait there for help to come." I nodded.

Rei: "How is Alice?"

Y/n: "She is frighten at what happen. She'll be ok after I find her some cookies."

Saya: "Where do you think you'll find that?"

Y/n: "I'll find them, don't worry."

I saw Asami and the other guy that head butted coming up the stairs. They said that the way was very dangerous and the parking was full of Them. Takashi said that we make the same formation. I tried to seperate Alice from me, but didn't worked. I told them that I'll have to stay in the middle, because of Alice, and I asked if Hirano could take the back side with Rei, and Takashi would be with Saeko upfront. They nodded and understood why. We started walking quietly, but faster so we could get out of the parking.

We heard a scream to our right and saw a man trying to get away from Them. The guy that I head butted volunteered to go save him. Takashi tried to reason with him, but let him carry on with it. Takashi gave him a crowbar and the guy  left to save him. Asami tried to follow, but Hirano stopped her. She said that it was her duty to help the innocent, she yanked her hands off Hirano, and ran behind the guy. I caressed Alice head, and she calmed down. She looked at me and she was smiling. "Are you ok?" She nodded. I put her down and she went to Shizuka's side. I looked at Hirano and we nodded. We switch places and I took my sword out. Then we heard gunshots. It was Asami firing the revolver that Hirano had. I looked for the guy I head butted, and I saw that he was eaten along side with the guy that was screaming like a girl. Asami started screaming to Hirano that she hated him with everything she got, that she wished that she never have met him, that he was a Fat Pig, and don't let her turned into one of Them. We all saw through her lies she was drawing Them to her so we could leave safely. Hirano was holding back to not shoot her, but Takashi told him that he have to, that we don't have a choice. I looked back at Asami and she was making a salute. With great sight, I saw her one last thing to Hirano. She mouthed 'I love you.' My eyes widened and looked at Hirano getting closer to pull the trigger. Rei got to me and I embraced her. She burried her face in my chest and I caressed her hair. I closed my and then...
