As seen in the last chapter, Jude had no memory of Jax being his girlfriend so he enlisted the help of Jay to help him find out how it all happened. The thing is that they had to do it without any one finding out because if word got out that Jude didn't remember, Jax would find out and he'd become mince meat before you could say her full name.

They encountered the first person they could ask since Jay got ridiculous with his self dubbed position.

First person: Abigail Jones

"Greetings miss Jones, Detective Jayden Sullivan with my associate, Jude Hathaway. We're here to ask you some questions regarding Mr Hathaway's memories."

"Okay, what's going on Jay?" Abby asked as Jay's abnormal behaviour weirded her out. "I've been trying to find out when he started this investigation." Jude said as he clearly showed that Jay has been like this for a few hours at least.

"Okay, what can I help you with detective?" Abby asked as she decided to play along. "My associate here lost his memory of the time he became the boyfriend of a one miss Jacqueline Xavier."

"Wait, you forgot how you became Jax's boyfriend? If she finds out you're gonna die." Abby said in a state of surprise as she looked at Jude.

"Yeah, thanks for saying that Abby, it's not like I didn't know that at all." Jude replied with a sarcastic comment.

"Enough Sarcasm, Hathaway." Jay scolded Jude before looking back at Abby. "Now can you tell us how it happened?"

"Well I remember Jude calling me and he sounded drunk. He told me that he asked Jax out and that she said yes."

"And when would you say he called you?" Jay asked her. "Almost two weeks ago at night."

"Drunk... Night..." Jay started to mumble before putting the pieces together. Ice Cream Bar. He thought before grabbing Jude's arm and running off with him.

"Weirdos." Abby said before walking off to hang out with Tori.
