(Y/N) was sat at the table and looked very bored and he felt the eyes of the other Leaders and their followers on him, he could sense their fear and their hatred toward him from the leaders of the Angels and Devils, while Azazel looked rather amused, until another group of Devils arrived, the peerage of Rias Gremory.

"Good, everyone's here, this is my Sister, Rias and her retainers, they are the ones who fought against Kokabiel during their surprise attack a few days ago" Sirzechs

"That is a rather impressive feat, I thank all of you for your hard work" Michael said to the young Devils that were currently in the room with them.

"Once again, I apologise, though... we do also have Lord Ghidorah here to thank for ending the threat almost single handedly" Azazel said pointedly as he looked to the Dragon in Human form with a smirk, said Kaiju just looked bored as the other Faction Leaders and the younger Devils in the room looked to (Y/N) in a mix of fear and unease.

They knew of his disposition, he was a powerful creature and he just did as he pleased with no fear of repercussions, they also knew that he was too powerful to try and control through force, though some were dumb enough to think they could overpower him.

"The Fallen Angel wasn't that strong, hardly worth the effort..." (Y/N) said as he boredly looked at his nails, his voice showing confidence and ego.

"He's here too, damn..." Issei grumbled quietly, he was annoyed that he was here at the meeting and that he couldn't do anything since Ddraig refused to fight him.

"Now that we're all here, let this Summit commence" Sirzechs said seriously, the Leaders then began to discuss the Incident with Kokabiel, listening to Rias and Sona's report on the matter, with them also glancing toward (Y/N) when they reached his arrival on the scene.

"And that is the extent of mine and my House's involvement in the incident, further details are in the report I have compiled" Rias said as she finished reporting the details leading up to, and the details of the actual fight itself until the arrival of Sirzechs and the others.

"As a witness, I Sona Sitri verify and confirm the facts of this report, compiled by Lady Gremory" Sona said in agreement with Rias's report.

"Great job, ladies, you make me so proud, Sona!" Serafall said enthusiastically to the two younger girls, Sona blushing and looking embarrassed that her older sister was acting like this now, before the two went back to stand with their respective Peerages.

"And you, Lord Ghidorah? Since you were the one to slay the Fallen, what would you say in your report?" Azazel asked his companion with interest, a smirk on his face while the other Leaders looked to the One Who Is Many seriously.

"What's there to report? I was bored and came across them all fighting, at first I was content to sit back and have them amuse me with their struggles, but then the one you call Kokabiel thought he could command me, as if I were some tamed Beast, so I simply showed him his place" (Y/N) replied to Azazel with boredom on his face and in his voice, what he said made some of the assembled Devils frown further.

(Under our foot, like the insect he is!) Ni said in (Y/N)'s head, his voice indicating he was likely sneering.

(Stupid Bird-Man) San/Kevin muttered inside (Y/N)'s mind, while he listened to his siblings comments, the others reacted to what he said.

Sirzechs and Serafall weren't too happy, the fact he would simply sit back and watch their younger siblings get hurt or killed made Sirzechs and Serafall angry, but they knew they couldn't do anything, since not only was this Dragon more powerful than others, there was also the fact he would likely change back to his true self and he would destroy the city of Kuoh with his storms and power.

Michael clenched his hands under the table, seeing the Beast that had killed God in front of him and his fellow Seraphs all those years ago, he knew that he wouldn't be able to do anything to harm him, he also felt Irina's sadness and anger about his presence as well, though he kept a close eye on her, he didn't want his new Ace to fall.

Azazel sighed to himself at the Golden Wings of Demise's answer, knowing it likely got everyone upset with him, but what could he do, he knew how powerful he was and that his power likely grew greater after devouring the Fallen Cadre and the Greek God of War's powers, he had a feeling he would shake the Supernatural world up soon.

"Yes, and then you fought a battle with the Greek God of War and not only defeated him, but slew him and devoured his divine power, and grew more powerful as a result" Azazel added on with a serious look, seeing him kill a God a second time certainly showed just how dangerous he was.

"Yes, he was a good fight, though I wonder if he was the Alpha of their group?" (Y/N) wondered to himself aloud, this made the Faction Leader's sweat-drop, while Vali smirked at how he seemed so eager to fight.

"Perhaps the Governor General of the Fallen Angels would like to give us his opinion of the report?" Sirzechs asked as he turned his attention to the Leader of the Fallen Angels that was sat across from him.

"Kokabiel went rogue, therefore my thoughts on this matter are pointless" Azazel said without a care in the world.

"So you think he acted entirely on the authority of Ares?" Michael asked him pointedly, a gentle frown on his face as he locked eyes with the man.

"Well, he never had MY permission, if that's what you're all asking, heh... though something tells me the fool would have thought twice about his plan had he known I or the Golden Wings of Demise were staying here" Azazel said to the other three leaders to assuage them all that he had nothing to do with his fellow's homicidal plans.

"I get the feeling the both of us quite like it here" Azazel said with a cocky smirk that made Issei grit his teeth at the Governor, and the Kaiju in Human form, he didn't like the idea of a Fallen living in his town after what happened with Raynare and her group.

However, he was also very uneasy about the presence of (Y/N) in Kuoh, the fact that Ddraig refused to face him obviously meant he was a great threat, there was also the fact he killed God and the four Great Satans of old.

"Try to stay on topic, if you'd please..." Sirzechs said with a sigh as he closed his eyes.

"I sent the White Dragon Emperor to resolve the issue, even then Lord Ghidorah here took Kokabiel and Ares down on his own, and now the culprit and his backer are both dead and buried" Azazel said to the assembled Supernatural beings, Vali now having a look of boredome on his face as he stood behind Azazel.

"That being said, Lord Ghidorah, was it truly necessary to kill the God of War? What will you do if this provokes a war with the Greek Faction?" Serafall asked the Golden Wings of Demise with some reproach, not happy about the possibility of having to try and talk the Greek Gods down from seeking revenge, Zeus was insufferable.

"If they come to challenge me, then I shall answer their challenge in kind and show them who the true God is..." (Y/N) replied as if it were obvious what he would do if anyone ever dared to challenge him, that made the other Leader's sweat-drop at his confrontational attitude.

"Come now, do you really need to be fighting all the time? At this stage in the game, war isn't what you need my friend" Azazel said to him with a smirk, he'd been around him for a while now and knew he wasn't the kind of man, or Dragon, to refuse a challenge, especially if it challenged his authority or Alpha Status.

"Now, there is another thing, Azazel... would you explain your precise relationship to the Golden Wings of Demise?" Serafall asked the Leader of the Grigori with narrowed eyes, as she also glanced toward the bored looking Kaiju in Human form.

"Yes, I'm curious about that as well..." Michael said as he glanced between Azazel and (Y/N) as they were both sat at the table.

"Oh that, it's simple really, we're buddies, I'm trying to help the guy find himself a girl or maybe a few and see if we could calm him down a little bit" Azazel answered to the Leader of Heaven, smirking to himself as the others sweat-dropped yet again.

"Seriously, your playing match maker with this jerk?!" Issei said as he pointed at (Y/N), before suddenly a bolt of lightning struck the wall just behind him, barely missing his head and blowing a hole in the wall the size of a Watermelon, Issei froze in shock as the Supernaturals looked to (Y/N) the two Satans looking very worried now.

"Care to repeat that... vermin?" (Y/N) said with a growl in his voice. he had a serious look on his face, his hand was raised up with the index finger pointed toward the Red Dragon Emperor as sparks of Lightning danced along his arm, his killing intent leaking from his body and suddenly making the air heavy and hard to breath.

"Alright, let's settle down now... Rias, please control your servant" Sirzechs said to his younger sister with a serious look on his face, Rias apologised to her older brother before going to check on her pawn.

"Speaking of... Azazel, why are you so interested in providing Lord Ghidora a lover? Are you perhaps planning to give him a Fallen Angel as a bride?" Michael asked Azazel with a frown on his face, knowing that would likely bring the God Killer closer to the Grigori's side.

"Heh, well, I have been looking through the Grigori for potential candidates, though I'm not opposed to trying a Human girl" Azazel said as he rested his chin in his hand, his face thoughtful as he looked toward his companion.

"How many times must I repeat myself Azazel? No Humans could ever meet my standards, I wouldn't lower myself to have such weak creatures as my mate, let alone part of this "harem" you insist I should have" (Y/N) said in annoyance, though his annoyance wasn't as hostile as he was with others, he was simply irritated with the fact Azazel wouldn't take the hint about Humans not being to his taste.

"Then perhaps you would be interested in a Devil, Lord Ghidorah?" Serafall said hesitantly, causing everyone in the room to look at her in shock.

"You see, the Devil Council, along with us Satans wish to establish friendly ties to you, and so they wish to see if you would like to have one of the up-coming Female Devils as a mate?" the Leviathan Mao continued as she suddenly felt awkward under the stares of the other Leaders.

"WHAT?!" the younger Devil generation exclaimed, Sona wasn't too worried since the deal she made with her family was still in place, she would only marry someone who beat her in a game of Chess, so she was off the list, hopefully.

However... that same rule might not apply to the members of her Peerage, she worried they would be bartered off to assuage this Dragon and solidify a relationship with him for the Devil Faction.

Rias paled considerably at what Serafall said, imagining herself being engaged to this man who scared her and had even attacked her, this might be even worse than her engagement to Riser, she also worried for her Peerage as well.

Issei was in shock too, was this a repeat of what happened with Riser? What's worse, he wouldn't have Ddraig's power to help him, with him refusing to face the Dragon in Human form, he'd have serious trouble trying to face him with the power he has currently, since all of his power came from Ddraig!

"A Devil? Like who?" (Y/N) asked as he turned his gaze onto the Female Satan.

"We can discuss that when we also have Falbium and Adjuka with us, though there are a few candidates in mind" Sirzechs said to (Y/N) with a serious look on his face, before giving Serafall a look which made her give an awkward laugh, she was in trouble...

"Whatever the case, I'm sure we can all agree, our conflict has caused too much chaos, there's no point on fighting anymore" Azazel said to the Leaders, wanting to return the attention back to the meeting.

"God and the Devil Kings are gone, the generals of both sides have been annihilated..." Michael said as he glanced toward (Y/N), who showed no remorse at all for the fact he had killed those people.

"We have a... complication, once again, it's not even just our three powers, these forces are equally as destructive, they are the Red and White Dragon Emperors, and of course... the Gold Dragon of Devouring here" Azazel said pointedly, motioning toward Issei, Vali and also (Y/N).

"I think it'd be good to hear their thoughts on this matter..." Azazel said, opening the floor for the three Dragons to speak their minds, with Vali deciding to go first.

"What I want, is to fight someone whose as strong as me" Vali said with a smile as his eyes went to the back of (Y/N)'s head, he was quite interested in seeing how he would compare to this one, before he then set his gaze on Issei and felt... disappointed.

"Heh, yes, but you can still find powerful opponents without having a war" Azazel said pointedly, he knew Vali would likely challenge (Y/N) to a fight soon, and he also noted the other Leaders seemed to realise that and were worried about the possible when and were it could happen, especially if it happened in Kuoh.

"I suppose..." Vali relented as he closed his eyes and leaned back against the wall.

"How about you, Lord Ghidorah? What do you think?" Azazel asked (Y/N), wanting to hear his opinion about peace.

"I care not if we're in a time of peace nor conflict, all anyone need know is not to believe they can challenge me if they wish to live, and that I continue to do as I wish, when I wish" (Y/N) replied to Azazel seriously this time, as long as he could do as he wanted and not have others try to control or stop him, he'd be happy enough.

"Right... and you, Red Dragon Emperor? Thoughts?" Azazel said as he then turned his attention to Issei, who was surprised that he was asked his opinion on such a matter, then because of his indecision, Azazel blatently and shamelessly explained to Issei how if they had peace, he could have a lot of sexy time with Rias Gremory, right in front of her older Brother as well, though the Leaders seemed more amused with that answer and that reason for peace.

After that, Issei spoke with Michael about how they had kicked Asia out of the Church, despite her love for the dead God, and Michael explained how Asia's power was a threat to their system and would jeapordise their believers, with Xenovia and Asia forgiving him and speaking of how they were much happier as Devils, before Issei then confronts Azazel about one of his underlings killing the one called Asia.

However, before anything else could be said, the group sensed a power wash over them all, (Y/N) saw that most of the two groups of Devils were frozen, Kiba, Xenovia, Rias, Issei, Irina and the Leaders, including (Y/N) were still able to move.

From the looks of it, a group of Humans called Magicians had attacked the Summit and wre using the power of one of Rias's pieces to stop time, likely for an assassination attempt on the Leaders, Vali quickly took off to deal with the Magicians, while Issei and Rias went to stop Gasper's powers.

"Hm, it seems we have a guest..." (Y/N) said as a Magic Circle opened up and there stood a young woman with tanned brown skin, she had a slim yet curvy body, with wide hips, big breasts and Blue-Grey eyes, and Brown hair.

"Well, if it isn't the unworthy Devil Kings, Mr. Sirzechs and little Miss Serafall" the newly arrived Devil said in a haughty manner, with a smirk on her face as the light from the magic faded away.

"Excuse me! Explain yourself, what are you doing here?!" Serafall exclaimed at the new arrival in disbelief, seeming to recognise the attacker.

"Katerea Leviathan, Descendant of the first Leviathan!" Sirzechs said

"I'm here to bring destruction and chaos!" Katarea said as she raised a wooden staff up and a bright light engulfed the room as a Magical explosion engulfed them all, however, when the smoke cleared, the three Faction Leaders had put up a Barrier together.

"How adorable, the three great Leaders-" Katarea began to taunt, when she noticed (Y/N) Ghidorah stood unharmed by her attack.

"Well now, this is interesting, who might you be?" Katarea said as she turned her gaze toward the One-Who-is-Many, who casually brushed durt off of his armoured shoulder.

"Hmph, well now, a Devil, have you come here to challenge me?" (Y/N) said with a raised brow, before they were interrupted as the roof of the building was suddenly destroyed by a hail of Light Spears!

The Faction Leaders quickly strengthened the barrier, while Katarea Leviathan erected her own barrier to withstand the rain of Devil-killing Light Spears, the rain soon stopped and they looked to see that (Y/N) was stood there unbothered and looking up toward the sky.

"Vile serpent, I suppose I should have known such an attack would not be enough to slay you..." said Uriel as he hovered in the sky above the School building, a serious frown on his face as he gazed down at the Kaiju in Human form.

"Uriel! What is the meaning of this?!" Michael exclaimed in shock as he looked to his brother in disbelief, really hoping that this wasn't what it looked like, while the other Leaders, including Azazel were surprised at this surprise attack.

"The meaning, Michael, is to finally slay the one who killed our most Holy Father, like we should have done the moment he rose again and ravaged the Youkai Faction!" Uriel said back to him with a scowl, the other Leaders looked up in shock at this unexpected turn of events, one of the Seraphs of Heaven were rebelling?!

"I can't believe this, sitting down opposite the Beast that killed our Father, speaking with him as though he wasn't responsible for the state of Heaven, Michael you truly disgust me!" Uriel continued further, his pure, White wings flickering once again and a feather or two even turning black.

"Well now, this is certainly interesting..." Katarea said with a smirk as she licked her lips, seeing this as something to take advantage of and cause further chaos and destruction.

"Prepare yourself, for today the Golden Wings of Demise shall fall! Now, Minos! Deploy her!" Uriel called out to the sky above the school, when a modified version of the Heavenly Transportation Circle was opened up and

"Hooh? It seems to be quite lively here~" Minos said with an arrogant smirk on his face, spreading his wings out as he swirled a glass of wine in one hand, watching the unfolding chaos below.

"No! Uriel, how far have you fallen? I forbid you from contacting him!" Michael shouted up to his Brother, his face showing betrayal and hurt at what his fellow Seraph was doing and worrying about the Golden Wings of demise likely seeking retribution.

"If you won't do anything to avenge our fallen Father, then I will, Michael!" Uriel shouted down to him as he gritted his teeth in frustration, his eyes glaring at the Golden Wings of Demise as Minos grinned and motioned toward the Circle.

"Lord Michael, who is that man up there?" Sirzechs asked the Leader of Heaven, as he fixed the Angel whose eyes were covered with a serious look.

"He is an Angel who was banished from Heaven for his unholy experiments, his goal was sinister in origin, a way to use technology to enhance Angels, at the cost of their Humanity and compassion!" Michael said seriously, as Irina also glared up at the treacherus Seraph, however her face was conflicted, after everything she learned about God's demise at the hands of (Y/N) Ghidorah and the truth behind Xenovia joining the Devils, she now saw one of Heaven's highest level angels turn traitor!

"Alright then... time to deploy her and see if she was worth all the trouble" Minos said as he watched as a pod was deployed through the Magic Circle, it fell fast and landed in the school's Courtyard with a crash, kicking up a cloud of dust from it's landing.

"Prepare yourself, Dragon, this is Heaven's ultimate weapon, which will end your miserable existence, the Uranus Queen, Ikaros!" Uriel said with pride in his voice at the results of their project, the pod then opened and revealed a very voluptuous young woman who had long Pink hair secured with dark-Pink ribbons, she also wore a white skirt and armoured clothing, which showed plenty of cleavage, as well as a collar around her neck with a short chain hanging from it.

(Y/N) then grinned and jumped down into the School's Courtyard, looking intrigued by what the Angel declared to all of the Devils and Magicians that were in the school.

"Interesting, I do hope this challenger will be entertaining" (Y/N) said as he walked toward the Pod, with Magician spells simply missing or bouncing off of him as he strode to his new challenger, Uriel watched this and frowned as he noticed that the girl wasn't waking up or attacking the approaching Dragon.

"Minos, why isn't she killing that Dragon?! What's wrong with her?!" Uriel called out toward the Corrupted Angel, who pulled up a system window and checked it, only to grit his teeth in annoyance.

"Damn... looks like she still needs to imprint upon a Master, she'll imprint on whoever she see's first!" Minos called back to Uriel, loud enough that pretty much everyone in the surrounding area had also heard what he'd said.

"What?! I thought you said we did that yesterday!" Uriel exclaimed in anger at his co-conspiritor, before everyone's attention went to the pod and (Y/N) Ghidorah, who was now stood in front of the young Angeloid, who seemed to have still not woken up.

"So... your supposed to be Heaven's ultimate weapon? Well then... let's see what you can do" (Y/N) said as he smirked to himself, charging himself with power and preparing to do battle with this new thing, then... Ikaros slowly opened her eyes and her gaze settled upon the Golden Wings of Demise.

"Begin imprinting process..." the Female Angel suddenly said as the chain attached to the collar she wore around her neck began to grow new links, approaching the Kaiju in Human Form!

"NO! Don't you dare, you vile Beast!" Uriel shouted in rage as he went to fly toward the Golden One and interrupt the process before it was too late, only to have to avoid several Magical attacks launched at him.

"Sorry, your not getting in the way, you've been a very bad boy, Seraph" Azazel said mockingly as he stood between the High-class Angel and the One Who is Many, glancing back toward him as the chain formed around his hand.

(Heh, looks like he's finally getting himself a girl) Azazel thought to himself with a smirk on his face that showed his teeth, he was surprised that he would get himself a girl in such an od way, but perhaps she would be a good start to quell his more Evil Dragon urges.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, I am Ikaros, and my purpose is to fulfil your every want and desire, you are my Master" the Female Angel said as she got to her knees and bowed to him, her hair covering her eyes briefly before she looked up to him, her Emerald-Green eyes locking with his (E/C) eyes.
