THIRD PERSON'S POV

The Devils looked at (Y/N)'s new form with wide eyes, they had never seen a Dragon that was capable of changing into a Human form before, and what's worse, he looked good too!

"Well? Come, speak quickly, before I lose my patience with you all..." (Y/N) said as his eyes glowed and a displeased frown was set upon his lips.

"O-Of course! Apologies, we were just surprised that you had another form" Zekram Bael said, looking shocked at the sight of (Y/N)'s Human body, and the lustrous golden armour he wore, which showed off his well formed abs, and a golden cape that flowed down his back, and he had the heads of Dragons on his shoulders and head, they were modelled after their three heads.

"Ah, yes... I gained this form after devouring the energy of that old Creature so long ago" (Y/N) said as he moved his Human hands in front of himself, examining them with a smirk on his face as he wiggled his fingers.

"Yes, some of us were there that day, we were on that battlefield where you rose from the ground" Zeoticus said, as his Wife looked to the ground, shaking as she refused to look at the Golden Wings of Demise, even if they were in a Human form now, Lady Sitri and her Husband were also hesitant to look at him, from how so many of their family were electrocuted to death before.

"Yes, when you vermin woke me from my slumber with your meaningless fighting, though, I suppose I shouldn't be too angry, I certainly ate well that day" (Y/N) replied before he licked his lips as he remembered the large powers he consumed, and the lives he took that day, the assembled Devils shivered at the sadistic hunger his face displayed at the memory.

"Wait... I'm confused, Mother, Father what is he talking about?" Sirzechs asked in confusion, as he stayed in front of his Mother and Father, keeping his eyes on (Y/N) who simply sat there completely relaxed, showing that he wasn't threatened by the current Lucifer at all.

"Sirzechs... this is something that should be discussed in private, for now just trust us and please, don't start a fight with him" Venelana said to Sirzech, he looked to his mother and saw that, she was scared...

"Son, do as your mother tells you to do, this is an enemy you don't want to fight" Zeoticus said with a serious face, Sirzechs felt nervous now, if his parents were cautioning him, the Strongest Devil of this Generation... how strong is this Man/Dragon?

"My Lord.... might we first ask of you your name?" Zekram asked cautiously, getting everyone's attention back to him and the man in golden armour who stood from his seat, radiating power.

"I have many names... I am the One who is Many, the Death Song of Three Storms, the Living Extinction Machine, but my true name is (Y/N) Ghidorah" (Y/N) said with a smile on his face, the assembled Devils felt a shiver go down their spines when he mentioned being called a Living Extinction Machine.

"I-I see... Lord Ghidorah, we wish to speak with you, and make an arrangement to ensure the peace" Zekram said to him, his legs were actually shaking before him, he could feel the massive Holy Power in his body, and knew he could likely unleash it and kill them all if they made a wrong move.

"Peace? What makes you think I want peace? I do as I please, Devil" (Y/N) asked as his eye narrowed in annoyance, his power rising and making the Devils tremble in fear.

"P-Please, Lord... at least let us sit and have a conversation, we... we wish to know more about you" Venelana said nervously as she stayed close to her Husband's side, her body trembling slightly under (Y/N)'s gaze.

"Yes, we wish to understand you, and maybe come to an understanding and ensure that we can prevent crossing you" Lady Veronica said, the Devils waited to see his response as he raised a brow at the group.

(What do you think, Brothers?) (Y/N) asked Ni and San in his head, funnily enough when they turn Human both of his brothers turn into voices in his head.

(I think we should just wipe them all out! Why should we tell these vermin anything about us?) Ni growled in (Y/N)'s head, his want to destroy and fight still running hot after they took out both Yasaka and Tannin.

(Why not go along with it for now? It could be fun!) San/Kevin said, sounding like his happy self as usual, making (Y/N) smile to himself.

(You think everything's fun you simpleton!) Ni growled in annoyance at his Brother's happier, more simple nature.

(Come on, (Y/N), let's accept for now, see what they have to offer, it could lead to something interesting) San/Kevin said to (Y/N), who hummed and thought about it for a few seconds, before he made his decision.

(Very well then, we shall see what these Devils want, but... if they are foolish enough to try attacking us or enslaving us, we'll show them our power, and reduce their kingdom to storm struck ruins) (Y/N) said, as a wicked grin split his lips.

(Now that part I can get on board with! Alright fine, go along with these pathetic Creatures, and if they try to harm us, we wipe them all out) Ni said, giving a dark chuckle at the thought of wiping the Devils out of they dared to try and attack them.

(Then we are all in agreement then, excellent...) (Y/N) thought, before he returned to reality and saw that the Devils were waiting for his answer, Sirzechs, Serafall and Falbium were stood there ready to try to defend their parents from him, though, it would likely be a futile gesture.

"Very well then, I shall sit with you and speak, but you had best not waste my time" (Y/N) said to the assembled Devils, crossing his arms over his chest and giving them both a stern glare, meaning he wouldn't be pleased if they tried to lure him into a trap or try to kill him.

"Yes, Lord... we assure you we won't test your patience any further than necessary" Zekram said as he nodded his head at (Y/N), Serafall was pouting at this, she was the one in charge of inter-Faction relations but Zekram was doing her job for her, since the three headed Dragon seemed to show no respect for the only Female Satan.

"We can continue this discussion at a place we know will be most welcoming, we can open the way for you, after we have some time to prepare" Zeoticus said seriously, they had decided to have this meet and greet in the main hall of the Castle in the center of Lilith, the Capital City of the Devils in the Underworld.

"Very well, but you had best not test my patience, Devils, and..." (Y/N) said to then with a serious look on his face, before he looked at Serafall with narrowed eyes.

"Keep the fool somewhere else... I have no patience for clowns in such stupid outfits" (Y/N) said, Serafall scoffed and went to say something, only to stop when she felt her Mother's angry glare on her back.

"Yes, Lord Ghidorah, we will make sure Miss Leviathan wears appropriate attire" Veronica Sitri said to him, making Serafall pout at having her mother say that, (Y/N) smirked at them, finding their attempts to pacify his wrath, but then...

"You! Stop right there, Monster!" came a new voice, before a group of Kitsune and Tengu arrived, glaring at (Y/N) angrily.

"Hm?" (Y/N) said as he looked at the Youkai that were surrounding him, the Devils started to panic thinking they might start another fight after they just got him to stop his rampage!

"Your the one that ravaged our lands and destroyed our city, and hurt our Queen!" said one of the Kitsune as they all held magic ready to attack the man in retaliation.

"And what if I was?" (Y/N) asked with a smirk on his Human lips, showing an air of superiority and confidence to the Youkai, who got outraged at his attitude to the destruction he brought to their city.

"You'll pay for your crimes, you Beast!" one of the Tengu shouted before they all rushed at him with their spears, and the Kitsune threw their magic spells.

"No stop! Don't-" Venelana shouted but it was too late...

(Y/N) stood up lazily and then punched one of the Tengu, the power behind the blow was enough to break his beak and shatter his skull! Then he ducked under a swing and grabbed the second Tengu and ripped his spear out of his hands before kneeing him in the chest, making a loud crack come as his ribs shattered from the force of the blow, (Y/N) then threw the spear at one of the Kitsune and the spear struck the Fox-man in the chest, then (Y/N) kicked the Tengu in the chest, making the Bird-man vomit blood as he was rocketed back into another one, the Devils watched in shock as he brutally beat down and killed the Yokai, until all of them were on the ground, with him placing his foot on the head of one of the Kitsune.

"Pitiful Creatures..." (Y/N) said as he raised his foot and stomped down brutally crushing the Youkai's skull, the Devils were in shock and fear, it seems he was just as deadly in this Human form than when he was being his true self!

(Y/N) then turned his gaze to the Devils, giving them a sadistic smirk, making them all flinch worriedly.

"Don't keep me waiting, Devils..." (Y/N) said before there was a bright flash of light, the Devils looked where he was and saw that he was gone, it seems he had just used Magic!

The Devils let out a breath that some never knew they were holding, Lady Veronica almost collapsed from the sudden feeling of the pressure leaving, Serafall hurried over to her, while Sirzech went to his parents, with a serious frown on his face.

"Mother, Father, what is going on? Do you know that Dragon?" Sirzechs asked them both, while Serafall was checking on her mother, who was still feeling faint.

"We'll explain at home, son" Zeoticus said with a serious look on his face, Sirzechs saw the state of the other Devils and nodded to his father, he wanted to know what the hell was going on, and why all of their parents were negotiating with an Evil Dragon.

GREMORY ESTATE, THIRD PERSON'S POV

After the encounter with (Y/N), the Devils split up, the Sitri Parents decided to go back to their home, Veronica anting to rest after seeing (Y/N) again, the Gremories decided to go to the Gremory mansion, so they could explain to both their son, Serafall, Ajuka and Falbium about the encounter they had on Earth and about exactly what they had seen over in Kyoto.

"Mother, Father, could you explain this please?" Sirzechs asked his parents as they went into his Father's Office, Grayfia was staying with Millicus to keep him occupied while they talked about the matter at hand.

"Yeah, I want to know too, why was my mom and dad so scared of him?" Serafall asked seriously, her childish persona now gone in favour of seeing what got her parents so worried.

"Yes, an explanation would be much appreciated" Ajuka said as he adjusted his glasses, Falbium stayed silent and listened to them both, his face serious at the topic of the Dragon that killed so many of his men in Kyoto, Zeoticus looked to Venelana who nodded her head to her husband.

"Sirzechs... that Dragon, was the one who ended the Great War" Zeoticus said to his son, who looked surprised.

"What? But... you always told me that it ended in a stalemate" Sirzechs asked them both, sounding very surprised, Serafall also looked surprised at this.

"Yes, it was always told that the three Factions came together to make peace after losing so many of their numbers" Falbium said, sounding very unenthusiastic about the situation, especially after losing even more Devils to (Y/N)'s rampage.

"Yes, the war did end in a stalemate, but... it only came to that because of him" Zeoticus said, with a grim look on his face, Sirzechs could tell that this must have been hard for him to talk about, his face looked haunted, traumatised.

"You see Sirzechs, I took part in the fighting during the war, I was there on the battlefield when the two Heavenly Dragons arrived and were battling each other, but then... he came, that Dragon, (Y/N) Ghidorah" Zeoticus said as Venelana held his hand and arm, his arm going between her large bust as she held him close, like she was worried she would lose him.

"What happened? Why are you all so scared of him?" Serafall asked Sirzechs parents, wondering what it could have been because it also seemed to really affect her mother.

"He fought and defeated both of the Heavenly Dragons, and devoured their Energy and Life Force, but then the Biblical God attacked them, and while his Angels kept him busy, God sealed both Dragons away into sacred Gears, but then... that seemed to just anger him..." Zeoticus said, his face turning pale as he relived that time in his head.

"There was a big, white flash and he unleashed a wave of Lightning that decimated all three of the Faction's forces, then he fought and killed God, draining him until all of his Power and Life Force were gone" Zeoticus continued, giving the two Satan's a grim look, as he remembered that day, and seeing God die and the forces of Heaven running from the Golden Wings of Demise.

"That Dragon... killed God?!" Serafall asked in shock, while Sirzechs was in stunned silence about this new information.

"Yes... and then the Sitri Clan tried to capture him, the current Devil Kings planned to enslave the Dragon, use him as a weapon to destroy Heaven once and for all, but... it's power was far too great, it almost destroyed the entire Sitri Clan, then they did the same to the Devil Kings of the time" Venelana said, as she held her husband's hand tightly, she wasn't on the battlefield at the time, but she had heard about it from her parents back when she was still living with her family in the Bael Clan.

"You mean...?" Sirzechs asked, a nervous sweat running down his cheek as the implications sank in, Ajuka, Falbium and Serafall also looked very troubled by what they were hearing.

"Yes, Sirzechs... that man, or Dragon, single handedly took down the two Heavenly Dragons, and also killed God and the Four Devil Kings, along with a large portion of all three of the Factions armies" Zeoticus said to him, as he remembered how many Devils, Angels and Fallen Angels perished in that strike and the fight between him, Ddraig and Albion.

"This is... hard to believe, why didn't any of us hear about this until now?" Ajuka asked the two Gremories, adjusting his glasses and paying very close attention to the information that the two parents were giving.

"Yes, this information would have been important to know" Falbium said, as he thought back to all the Devils and Yokai that lost their lives or were hurt from this rampage and the condition of the Yokai Leader Yasaka.

"The fear he inspired in the Factions was so great that it was mutually agreed upon by all three of us that there would be no record of their existence made, so that the next generations would not be so foolish as to try to seek revenge, or worse try to capture that Dragon and bring his wrath down upon us all" Zekram said as he appeared in the room from a Magic Circle.

"Zekram Bael" Serafall said as she watched the older man approach them and stand close to Zeoticus.

"Just how powerful is he?" Falbium asked the new arrival, uncharacteristically serious this time.

"This Dragon is highly dangerous, it's power could very well be on par with that of Ophis the Infinity Dragon God, and if that power were turned against us or another Faction, it could potentially lead to an extinction level event, the end of all Devil kind" Zekram Bael said in a grave voice, this caused chills to race down the spines of the four Great Satans, and the Gremory family.

"You all saw just what kind of destruction he caused when he went against the Yokai Faction, the ruin he left Kyoto in, when he is in his true form his mere presence seems to call terrible storms... and he was able to bring both Lady Yasaka and the Blaze Meteor Dragon to near death, I can only imagine what kind of terrible power he can command when in his Human guise" Zekram said seriously, the Devils imagined the possibilities, they had seen him Teleport himself so it's possible that his time between the Great War and now, he could have mastered many new abilities and Magics!

"And, there was his command of Holy Power, and the fact he managed to defeat both Lady Yasaka and Tannin so easily, he must truly be a Evil Dragon who has reached a level of power similar to the Two Heavenly Dragons, or more" Serafall said as she went into thought, worrying about if he ever might go to Kuoh, where her sister Sona ruled alongside Rias Gremory, and she internally despaired at having to try and repair relations with the Yokai Faction after this attack.

"Which is exactly why we are trying to give him a good impression, we want to make him know we are no threat to him and avoid being subject to his rage" Zekram said as he gave the four Satans a serious look, along with Sirzech's Mother and Father.

"I see... then I must insist that we Satans also attend this meeting, we have questions that must be answered" Sirzechs said with a serious frown on his face.

"Yes, I wish to know more about him, especially the fact he has three heads in his Dragon form" Ajuka said, sounding genuinely intrigued by the thought of encountering a Dragon that was so powerful and that looked so unique.

"Very well, but Miss Leviathan... please, no magical Girl outfits, treat this seriously, for once" Zekram said as he looked at Serafall, and all the others in the room also gave her that look too.

"Of course I'll be serious! Besides... I don't want that meanie dirtying another one of my costumes" Serafall said, as she pouted to herself, looking at her muddy Magical Girl outfit, and making the other Devils sweatdrop at her childishness.

SOME TIME LATER

The heads of the Devil Noble Houses were gathered in the main Devil Stronghold in the Capitol city, Lilith, and food was being prepared for this meeting, however... tension was thick in the air, everyone could feel it, like death himself was coming to visit the City and speak to the Devil Leadership.

The current generation of Devils had been excluded from this meeting, at the behest of the Devil Kings and Zekram Bael only high ranking Devils, who could keep their heads cool would be there to meet and greet (Y/N) and not provoke him.

They also had the cooks prepare plenty of food for this meeting, and some drinks too, the Four Satans were dressed for business, with Serafall wearing a suit, much to her Mother's relief, Falbium also got security ready for the meeting, and Ajuka was ready with his own questions along with Sirzechs, they prepared the Hall and a table to sit at, but now they had to send someone to fetch him, as they were sure he hadn't ever been to the Underworld before.

"So... whose going to go and bring the Dragon here?" Sirzechs asked the assembled group of Devil Nobles, several of them looked away and stopped talking, getting nervous about the idea of going to meet with the three headed Dragon of death.

"I will go" Zeoticus said with a serious look on his face, this surprised Venelana and Sirzechs.

"Zeoticus, you can't go alone!" Venelana said worriedly, scared that she would lose her husband.

"He won't be going alone, I will be going with him, Mother" Sirzechs said with a serious face as he walked over and stood with his parents, they both hugged Venelana and then the two of them used their sense to try and detect (Y/N)'s power, only for their eyes to suddenly widen.

"Is something wrong Zechs?" Serafall asked, as the other Devil Nobles also turned their attention to the two Gremories.

"H-He's... he's in Tokyo!" Sirzechs said, everyone's eyes widened and they all had a look of fear in their face, they were still cleaning up the mess from his attack on Kyoto!

"Wait, let's use a Circle to see where he is exactly" said Grayfia as she conjured a Magic Circle to show where (Y/N) was, soon an image appeared, but... it only made the Devils eyes widen in panic!

"No! What is that fool doing?!" Serafall said as she was blushing, and also looked really scared!

The Devils started to panic and Sirzechs, Zeoticus and Zekram now hurried and teleported to the city, worrying that another rampage was going to happen, while the Devils back in the meeting room kept watch on the Magic Circle, silently hoping that there would not be another rampage.

(Y/N)'S POV, SOME TIME BACK

I reappeared from my Teleport on top of a tall building, looking out over this Human City with my arms crossed over my chest, watching as the inferior creatures scurried around in droves, like swarms of insects.

(These creatures are pathetic, they swarm like vermin) Ni said in my head, sounding annoyed at having to be in my head, and probably for having to share space with San/Kevin.

(And yet, they were also the ones that took part in our downfall, Brother...) I replied to him in my head, I had a frown on my face as I watched the Humans below, their interference in our former world was what cost us our victory against Godzilla, but it was also our own fault for being fooled by that Human and her Machine.

(Yes! Which is why we should just destroy them all now, forget what those Devils say, we should exterminate these pathetic Primates!) Ni said loudly in my head, making me growl at his shouting.

(But (Y/N)! You said we'd go and see what those Devils wanted, it could be fun!) San/Kevin exclaimed, sounding like he was pouting.

(I'm aware of that, and I fully intend to do so, even if this is an Ambush we are certain to overpower these fools, and who knows... we may find something fun here) I thought back to my two Brothers, while I watched the Humans below.

(Like fighting other strong enemies, and dominating the weak?) Ni asked, sounding eager to find other enemies to crush and dominate.

(Or seeing cool things and trying other stuff?) San/Kevin asked, sounding excited.

(Yes, the way I see it brothers, with our power, we can do... whatever we want) I thought to them both, my frown changing into a smile at the thought of doing anything my Brothers and I desired.

"So, your the Golden Wings of Demise?" came a new voice behind me, I turned and looked behind me, and saw a man standing behind me, with several pair of black wings on display.

"That's the title the Devils seem to refer to me as" I replied as I turned around to face the man, I could tell he wasn't an ordinary Human, I could sense his power, it was similar to the white winged ones, only... darker.

"Well, I must say, this form is certainly friendlier to speak to, my name is Azazel, I'm the leader of the Grigori, and I always wanted to meet you" he said to me, as I raised my brow at the man curiously.

"I see... I am (Y/N) Ghidorah, or the Golden Wings of Demise will also be fitting" I said as we had a stare-down between the two of us.
