Rias used her magic circle to teleport to a sunny street plaza. She looked at the small slip of paper that Asia gave her.

Asia: His name is name is Vasco Strada. He tried to help me after I was banished from the Church... He's a very kind man. He'll probably help you...

Rias: I must say, Italy is quite nice... 

Rias continued to walk across the buzzing plaza. People were speaking and eating and shopping. As Rias looked around the area for the address on the paper, she couldn't help but admire the city. 

Rias: I should take everyone out here... But I have to stay on task! 

After a few minutes of searching (and getting lost), she finally found the place she was looking for. 

Rias: I heard during the Second World War that he was able to defeat Kokabiel... He would be a value to my Peerage... 

Rias knocked on the door to what seemed like the house of Vasco Strada. 

Rias: He would have to at least be as strong as Son in his Super Saiyan form...

Vasco Strada: Well, I'd love to, Young Lady, but as you can see, my body isn't in the best shape right now...

Rias: From Japan to Italy and now to Romania... Hey, Valerie!

 Valerie: Yes? 

The beautiful blond-haired girl stood up in the small alleyway. 

Rias: We're going to get Vasco now. 

Valerie: Okay!

Valerie and Rias walked around the same Italian plaza, walking to Vasco's house. 

Rias: Ugh... I need a break... I've been hopping around the world trying to find some extra help for the tournament... 

Valerie: Well, I bet we'll be able to figure something out. 

Rias: Sheesh... I can't thank you enough for helping me out. It really means a lot to me. 

Valerie: It's no problem at all... It's not like I had anything better to do anyway. Besides, any friend of Gasper is a friend of mine...

Rias: I think my friends will really like you... 

Valerie: I'm excited to meet them... 

The two walked through the streets of Italy to Vasco's house in silence. 

Rias: So... I heard that your emotions have been tampered with... 

Valerie: Who told you that? 

Rias: Gasper. I'm sorry if I asked. It wasn't my place. 

Valerie: No... It's okay... It would be better if I talked to someone about it...

Rias: Yeah?

Valerie: Yeah... My Longinus... Sephiroth Graal gives me the power to tap into people's life forces. Manipulating the forces of life... I used it too much... I kept bringing people back to life... People I loved... And then... the toll was too great... It took something from me... 

Valerie stopped and put her hand over her heart.

Rias: Oh, Valerie... I'm so sorry... 

Valerie: Don't be... It was my fault...

The two finally got to Vasco's house again. 

Rias: Here we go... 

Rias knocked on the door and Vasco promptly answered. 

Vasco: Oh! Hello! Who is this?

Valerie: My name is Valerie Tepes. I think I can make you younger again.

Vasco: Oh! If you can do that, then I can definitely compete in your tournament! 

Rias: Now, shall we begin?

Vasco: Yes. 

Valerie: Let us begin. 

Vasco invited the two inside as he took out a small golden bowl with cracks on the bottom of it.

Rias: My goodness. A piece of the Holy Grail. 

Vasco: The secret to my long life. 

Valerie: A piece of the Holy Grail for the restoration of your youth. 

Vasco: It is done. 

Vasco handed the piece of the Holy Grail to Valerie. When it touched her hands, a bright golden glow emerged from the piece. 

Valerie: This glow... This warmth... It's... 

A tear began to crawl down her cheeks.  

Rias grabbed her hand and looked at her with a smile on her face. 

Rias: It's okay. 

Valerie: I know it is... Thank you, Vasco Strada... 

Vasco: No problem... Now... About our deal... 

Valerie: Oh! Of course!

Valerie stuck out her right hand and that same golden glow came from Valerie's hand and surrounded Vasco. 

When the golden light vanished from Vasco's body, he found that he was younger. Much younger. He was taller and his body was much more fit and lean. 

Vasco: Yes! Yes! This will do nicely! This body is great! Thank you!

Valerie: No problem!

Rias: Oh! I've got a gift for you! This is from my brother!

Rias used a magic circle to summon a very familiar blade. 

Vasco: This is...! It couldn't be! 

Rias: That's right! Durandal II!

Gowasu: I do admit, this is quite exciting! 

Elder Kai: Right?! There hasn't been an event like this since our Universe and Universe 6 had a tournament to see who was stronger!

Kaio-Shin: It is quite exciting. According to Son, multiple warriors with extreme strength will be in attendance! 

Gowasu: Oh? Like who? 

Kaio-Shin: Well, apparently a man with the True Longinus was there. 

Zamasu: Oh? 

Gowasu: Ha! That caught your attention!

Zamasu: Longinus? Would you mind telling me what that is? 

Kaio-Shin: Oh! I guess you guys don't have Longinus' in Universe 10. Well, in the Biblical Times of Earth, a God named Jesus Christ was crucified. During his crucifixion, a man named St. Longinus pierced Jesus' side. That spear became the True Longinus.  The First Longinus. Since then, 13 in total have been made. Issei Hyoudou has one in the form of the Boosted Gear. 

Zamasu: What exactly is their purpose? 

Elder Kai: To kill Gods. 

Gowasu: Excuse me?! 

Kaio-Shin: Yes, indeed. The Longinus' are also known as Tools That Destroy God. Since The True Longinus' purpose was to kill Jesus Christ, a God, the rest of the Longinus' are designed to kill Gods. 

Zamasu: God-Killers...

Rias: Hey! We're home! 

Vasco: What a lovely home! 

Akeno: Hey! You found them! 

Rias: Yup! Everyone, I'd like to introduce you to Vasco Strada and Valerie Tepes! 

Kiba: Welcome!

Asia: It's nice to meet you! 

Koneko: What's up! 

Issei: Oh! You're... beautiful! 

Valerie's face flushed at this compliment. 

Valerie: O-Oh... T-Thank you... 

Issei: You carry the beauty of both Vampires and Humans... 

Rias: Oh, Issei stop! 

Akeno: She's, like, 3 years older than you. 

Issei: Still... She has beautiful blond hair... 

Vasco: Hahaha! What a lively bunch!

A magic circle appeared that contained Sirsechs and a black and white haired girl with red eyes. 

Sirsechs: Rias. I've got Sellzen. 

Rias: Hey there. My name is Rias Gremory. 

???: Oh! I've heard of you! My name is Lint Sellzen! Exorcist Extraordinaire! 

Issei: Ah! Female Freed! 

Lint: Hey! You know Freed?! 

Issei: Uh... Yeah... Kiba? 

Kiba: Uh... Uh oh... 

Lint: Whatever! Hey, Sirsechs! You got my payment?! 

Sirsechs: Yes. Complete amnesty for your crimes in a trade to be Rias Gremory's knight. 

Rias: Welcome to the winning team!

Issei: Oh! Oh! I see how it is! It's on now! 

Valerie: I must say, this is going to be fun. 

Vasco: Yes... Yes, indeed.

Rias and Valerie teleported down into a very deep pit of Hell. 

Valerie: What are we doing here? 

Rias: Trying to recruit one final member. 

The two walked together for a bit until they came to a cave. The two of them entered the cave to revealed bones. Dragon Bones. 

Rias: Crom Cruach. 

Valerie: A-An Evil Dragon?! Rias, are you sure?! 

Rias: Yes. 

Valerie: I'm not even sure if I can- 

Rias cut her off by grabbing her hands. 

Rias: I know you can do it.

Valerie reached into a bag that Rias gave her and touched The Piece of The Holy Grail. 

Valerie: I'm ready. 

In one hand, Valerie held Rias' hand, and in the other, she reached to the bones of the dragon. 

A golden light surrounded the bones of the dragon as flesh and ligaments began to appear on the bones. 

The bones were raised up by a seemingly invisible force. 

In the golden light, the two could see that the bones were taking uniform shape. 

Valerie fell to the ground unconscious as the creature landed on the ground.  

Rias was shocked to see a majestic jet black dragon standing in front of her. 

???: Y...O...U...

Rias: Hello, Crom Cruach. I've got a deal to make with you...
