(y/n): Oh boy... Oh man... That's not good...

Xenovia: What were they thinking?!

Asia: Do they really believe that they can rescue Issei on their own?! 

Kiba: We have to go after them! They could die!

Koneko: That's right! (y/n)! Get Kaio-Shin!

(y/n): Right! 

Bulma: Hold on! You guys have a plan... Right? 

Everyone stayed silent. 

Bulma: Right?! Are you kidding me?! And after all that about "making a plan" and "waiting for the right moment"?!

(y/n): We can't... I wish that there was some other way, but... We have to put it all on the line now. I won't be leaving anybody else. 

(y/n): Hey! Kaio!

Kaio-Sama: Yes, I know. I saw everything. 

(y/n): Good. Where's Shin?!

Kaio-Sama: On his way!

(y/n)'s pod landed landed on the harsh orange soil of Planet Tuffle. Rias and Akeno quickly stepped out and scanned their surroundings. 

Akeno: It almost looks like Earth. 

Rias: Yeah. But take a look around. No people. Destroyed buildings. The Saiyans really did wipe out this place...

Akeno: That doesn't matter now. What matters now is finding and rescuing Issei. 

Rias: You're right. Let's get moving.

The two ran about, searching for any sign of Issei. 

Rias stopped and stared at a large tower, standing on the horizon. 

Rias: He's there.

Akeno: How do you know?

Rias: I... I just do... C'mon. Let go. 

The two soon approached the tower and found themselves marveling at its sight. The tower itself was built a large, elevated piece of earth, as metal foundations came from the ground to hold the sky-piercing tower in place. 

???: I wondered when you would arrive... 

Rias and Akeno both looked up to see a white-haired Issei jumping down from the pinnacle of the tower. He landed easily on his feet and sent a cruel smile towards their way. 

Rias: Baby!

Baby-Issei: How foolish of you to think that you can defeat me alone!

Akeno: We're not weak at all!

Rias: That's right! Give up Issei by choice, or we'll have to make you! 

Baby-Issei: Fools! Without that Saiyan, you don't even have a slightest of hopes of defeating me. 

Rias: We don't need him!

Baby-Issei: Oh, really? He's the strongest member of your group by far. Even compared to you, he's leagues above you. 

Akeno: That doesn't matter! We'll beat you in our own way! 

Baby-Issei: Oh? Show me...

Kaio-Shin appeared in front of the group standing outside Bulma's house. 

Kaio-Shin: We're all ready to go... I presume? 

Xenovia: Yeah. 

Kiba: Let's go. 

Koneko: We can't keep our friends hanging, now can we. 

Kaio-Shin: And you fully accept the risk that comes with this? 

(y/n): We're out of time, Shin. 

Kaio-Shin: Right... Let's go.

Before they could leave, Kami himself appeared behind them. 

Kami: (y/n). I need a word with you.

Rias and Akeno were forced to the ground, making Baby chuckle at the sight. 

Baby-Issei: What did I tell you fools? You can't beat me. With this body, I am invincible!

Rias: That power... Isn't yours...

Baby-Issei: What?!

Baby grabbed Rias by the neck, lifting her up to eye level. 

Rias: You're the weak one... Using the power of others... You may have absorbed Issei... But his power... Isn't... Truly... Yours! 

Rias raised her fist, and lightly tapped it to Baby-Issei's chest. 

Baby let Rias go, allowing her to fall to the floor with a heavy thud. 

Rias: He's still in there... I know it. 

Baby felt as if something inside of him was desperate to get out. 

Baby-Issei: Pipe down, whore!

Baby back-handed Rias, making her fall to the ground. 

Akeno: ENOUGH! I've seen enough...

Baby-Issei: Oh? 

Rias: N-No... Akeno... 

Akeno: You may look like Issei... You may sound like Issei... But Issei would never hurt his friends! I don't know who you really are, but I'll end you here! 

Six black wings emerged from Akeno's back. He extended both of her hands and began to charge lighting energy in her palms.

Akeno: Issei... That attack... That Baby used on (y/n) when he was using my body... I have to replicate it! If he can do it, then so can I! 

Akeno: HOLY LIGHTING DRAGON!

The sky itself darkened as Akeno's attack flew out of her palms. Her signature attack began to take the form of an Asian Dragon. 

Akeno: Now I just have to get it to attack Baby!

Instead of obeying Akeno, however, it just raged around the surface of the planet, consuming rocks and other pieces of rubble. 

Akeno: N-No!

Baby laughed at this sight. 

Baby-Issei: You can't even control your own attack! 

Akeno closed her eyes, remembering what Issei had told her.

"Don't put everything into power. Focus on the mind"

Akeno: The mind... 

Akeno breathed in deeply, blocking out the sounds of Baby's taunting and the Dragon's roaring. 

Akeno: For him... For my love... Even if... Even if... 

Akeno's eyes opened, a new look of determination in her eyes. 

Akeno: Now! 

The Dragon soon turned to Baby and struck him head-on. The contact with that much electricity was able to get Baby to yell in pain. 

When it had stopped, Akeno stood triumphantly over Baby.

Akeno: Ready to give up?

Baby-Issei: Not even close... You've been good playthings for the time being. But now, the others are surely on their way, and I must make preparations for the main party. As thanks for the entertainment, I'll treat you to a surprise. 

A red light emerged from Baby's body, blinding Rias and Akeno. When the light vanished, they were terrified at what they saw. 

Baby had managed to use Issei's Balance Breaker.

The rest of the Gremory Peerage appeared on Planet Tuffle. 

Kaio-Shin: O-Okay... Good luck, I guess. 

(y/n): Thanks, Shin. 

Kaio-Shin soon teleported away, and the group began to walk towards the giant tower in the sky. 

Gasper: Are you sure they're... there?

(y/n): Yeah. I can sense their Ki. Although, it's a little bit... warped. 

Gasper: Oh...

The group came across (y/n)'s space pod. 

(y/n): Guess I better tell Bulma that it worked after all... 

The Gremory Peerage approached the tower and scanned the area.

 (y/n): This should be it. 

Rias: It is... 

Asia: Hey! You guys are okay! 

Xenovia: Wait... Can you feel that?

Akeno: What are you talking about...

The warriors of the group assumed fighting positions. 

Asia: W-What are you doing. 

Kiba: Above you. 

Asia looked up to see Baby-Issei, floating down and chuckling as he descended. 

(y/n): What have you done to them?!

Baby-Issei: No need to worry... They're mine now...

I really didn't want to say this, but I'm going through a bit of a rough patch with this story. I've got so much planned for this story, but I also want to write other stories as well. I've hit a crossroad with the way I'm writing these stories. So I've come up with a decision...

After this arc, I will take a hiatus from this series to write the other books I'm starting to write. Then I will return to this book for one final arc, The Azazel Arc, and end the story there so that I can make a second part, a part 2 if you will, to finish this up. I hope you respect this decision and I thank everyone for all the support and feedback that I've been getting so far.
