Issei: Oh, what's that supposed to mean?

Issei and (y/n) walked into Sirzechs' throne room with him waiting there on his "throne" (is it really a throne?)

Red-Haired Siracha Cunt: Hello you two.

(y/n): Hey.

Issei: How's it hanging.

Sirzechs: Hm. I heard you two engaged Kokabeil in battle.

Issei: Yeah. (y/n) did most of the work though.

(y/n): Not really. I only fought him once on my own. My Fusion with Xenovia doesn't count. You did most of the heavy lifting. Tracking Valper and Freed, which led to Kokabeil. Helping put up that barrier and buying me some time to fight and fuse.

Issei: Point taken.

Sirzechs: Regardless of who did most of the work, both of you fought bravely for in defense of your Peerage. And for that, I'd like to reward you by promoting you to High-Ranking Devils.

(y/n): Hey. That's pretty good.

Issei: That's great!

The Peerage began to talk among themselves, when (y/n) heard a voice inside his head.

King Kai and (y/n) teleported into Sirzechs throne room.

(y/n): We're back here?

King Kai: You've been here before?

(y/n): Yeah. Hey! Supreme Kai! Is that you?

The Supreme Kai turned around to greet the newcomers.

Supreme Kai: O-Oh! Hello you two! I was afraid you might not come...

(y/n): Why'd you think that?

Supreme Kai: Well...

King Kai: Someone here doesn't like coming to this place.

Supreme Kai: Don't tell him that!

(y/n): Why not? I don't think it's that bad here.

Supreme Kai: Well that's because you've been here a lot! This place just makes me uncomfortable...

Sirzechs voice rang out from the room.

Sirzechs: Gentlemen! If you are finished, I would like to get started. My friends will be here any second now.

Supreme Kai: Of course. 

Soon, a red magic circle appeared on the floor of the throne room and out stepped Azazel with a man in angelic clothing. 

(y/n): Pst. King Kai. Who's that guy? In the odd clothing?

King Kai: I don't know. I've never seen him.

Sirzechs: Thank you Azazel for bringing Gabriel here with us today.

Azazel: No problem.

Sirzechs: And thank you for coming, Gabriel.

Gabriel: My pleasure. 

Sirzechs: Gabriel, this is (y/n), King Kai, and the Supreme Kai of this universe.

Gabriel: It is a pleasure to meet you.

(y/n): Yeah. You too.

Sirzechs: Well... Let's not waste any time. As you all know, we are gathered here today to discuss the rapid growth of powerful enemies recently of the past couple months.

(y/n): Wait, no one told me about this.

King Kai: Shut up! Just play along! 

Sirzechs: The encounter with Cell seemed to be a one-time thing, but with all that's happened with Valper and Kokabeil, I can't help but be concerned.

Azazel: And the odd part is that the Cell and Kokabeil events happened within just months of each other.

Gabriel: What are you suggesting?

Azazel: I'm suggesting that someone, or something, doesn't want us alive. Someone's pulling the strings, sending powerful foes against us. 

Sirzechs: Someone like that would have to be almost as powerful as a God.

Supreme Kai: But that would be impossible. Either I or King Kai would've sensed someone like that in the universe.

Gabriel: Could it be Kokabeil?

(y/n): No. It couldn't be him. It explains his dealings with Freed and Valper, but it doesn't explain what happened with Cell.

Azazel: What are you trying to say, kid?

(y/n): When Issei fought Cell, he told me that Cell had said that he escaped the dimensional rift through a remnant of a portal that the Big Red used when he crossed over into Hell to see Issei.

Sirzechs: That's impossible. The dimensional rift doesn't work that way. You can enter, but you can't leave. Not without an extreme amount of power. Cell couldn't have managed that much power.

Azazel: Besides, remnant portals are not a thing of a place like the dimensional rift.

Gabriel: That place only contains nothingness.

(y/n): Exactly. I believed him until I considered what you said. Until it struck me. Cell couldn't leave the dimensional rift through a "remnant portal" like he suggested. So I think he had a little help.

King Kai: Are you saying someone let him out on purpose?

Supreme Kai: And that Cell lied?

(y/n): Possibly. If that's the case then that same person might have helped Valper learn the location of multiple Holy Swords, then supplying them to Freed.

Sirzechs: It could also explain the creation that Rias told me about. The one under the Church.

Azazel: So you're telling me that someone deliberately let Cell out of the dimensional rift and helped Valper and Kokabeil kill us?

Gabriel: What would be the motive behind that.

Sirzechs: Most likely to cause chaos and war. Kokabeil did say he wanted to start another war. 

Azazel: If (y/n) is right, then this person is using high-level threats to get to us.

(y/n): What kind of power does it take to get someone out of the dimensional rift.

Sirzechs: Huh?

(y/n): How much? We might be able to determine who it is.

Sirzechs: To put it simply, God-Level Power.

Supreme Kai: Like I said, impossible. Anyone with that kind of power would come across any of the Kais' radar. And the possibility of a mortal doing it is crossed out because Frieza destroyed much of this universe's planets.

(y/n): Unless he was on the inside.

King Kai: Huh?

(y/n): King Kai or Supreme Kai would've detected a God-Level being in this universe, so another enemy couldn't have slipped by them... Unless they were on the inside, right underneath our noses...

(y/n) walked home with the moon shining down on his face, remembering what had happened before.

Sirzechs: Do not speak about this to anyone. If there is a mole within our ranks, we can't let him know we are on to him...

(y/n): Yeah, right...

???: Well... You seem to be a little lost... It's dangerous out here at night... You could get hurt...

(y/n) turned around to see a silver-haired male with hazel eyes and a green V-neck shirt.

(y/n): Ah. So you must be Vali Lucifer.

Vali: How did you know?

(y/n): Your energy is similar to that of Issei. However, it is different.

Vali looked angry at the sound of Issei's name.

(y/n): What do you want? I'm tired. I want to go home.

Vali: With all that's been going on, I was wondering if you like to join my merry band of friends in the Khaos Brigade.

(y/n): Ah, yes. The Khaos Brigade. Rias told me about you guys. Real nasty stuff you guys do. As for your offer, no thanks. I'd prefer not to betray my friends.

Vali: I admire your loyalty... But that wasn't an option.

(y/n): You looking for a fight? Because I can guarantee you might regret it.

 Vali let out a small chuckle and activated his Balance Breaker. The white armor enveloped his body and increased his power exponentially. 

(y/n): Fight's on...

(y/n) flew at Vali throwing a punch at him. 

Vali: Divide!

With those words, (y/n) felt heavy as Vali easily caught his punch and answered with his own. 

(y/n): What was that?

Vali: My dividing power. I can divide that power of anyone I fight.

(y/n): Damn. So that's how it is, huh? Well... I guess I'll have to do this!

(y/n)'s power began to rise and rise as he prepared to transform. Once a sufficient amount of power was built, he released it as a Super Saiyan 3.

(y/n): Divide my power all you want. It won't change the outcome. 

Vali exited his Balance Breaker form and prepared a magic circle to leave.

Vali: That's enough. I had no intention of fighting you for real. I just wanted to see how powerful you really were.

(y/n) exited the Super Saiyan 3 form as well.

(y/n): Hmm. Get out of here.

And with that Vali disappeared with the aid of his magic circle.

(y/n): Yeah yeah I know. 

Rias: Don't walk away from me! Seriously, where have you been?

(y/n) spoke as he walked away from her.

(y/n): I talked with Gods and Demons about the possibility of a crazy traitor.

Rias: What?

(y/n): Nothing!

Kuroka: Let me guess. You pissed him off and he tried to punch you in the face.

Vali: Something along those lines.

Arthur: I told you what would've happened. You didn't listen to me.

Vali: At least it was worth a try.

Bikou: He won't be a problem, will he?

Vali: Not at all. At least not while our little sponsor is on our side...
