Sairoarg walked away in his golden Balance Breaker in victory as the fight seemed to be concluded. 

Suddenly, a red beam of light erupted from the ground and into the upper parts of the World of Void. 

Both the fighting stage and the World of Void itself began to shake at the presence of this mysterious light. 

Sairoarg: Could it be? 

Rias: Is he? 

(y/n): He couldn't. 

17: Hey, now. What's this bright light? 

Sairoarg saw a figure emerge from the light and smiled at what he saw: Issei Hyoudou. 

Sairoarg: That's the way, Issei. Don't keep me waiting.

When Sairoarg got a good look at Issei, he saw the changes in his armor. 

The tail that came with the Scale Mail was longer and the neck was extended so that it resembled that of a real dragon. Wings appeared out of Issei's back, containing the White Jewels of Divine Dividing. Issei let out a shrill roar as he advanced towards Sairoarg. 

Sairoarg: The combined power of the Heavenly Dragon Ddraig and his host, the amazing Red Dragon Emperor, Issei Hyoudou. 

Rias: We haven't seen that in a while. 

Akeno: Yes... Hopefully, he's got more control over it this time, or else things will get ugly. 

Rias: The combination of the Boosted Gear and the Divine Dividing... Juggernaut Drive...

Gowasu: Amazing! That boy's energy is spiking up at rapid levels! 

Zamasu: Yes. This is quite the development. This red glow rivals that of Son (y/n). 

Elder Kai: Indeed. It seems that Issei Hyoudou has a new form!

Kaio-Shin: Agreed... But will that be enough against Sairoarg's Balance Breaker? 

Elder Kai: I hope so. This is turning out to be quite the tournament. 

Zamasu: So it seems...

Issei roared once more as he continued to stomp his way towards Sairoarg. 

Sairoarg: Heh... I'm not going to wait for you! 

Sairoarg rushed towards Issei and swung his axe at him, but Issei easily dodged it a delivered a hard blow Sairoarg which sent him back. 

Sairaorg regained his composure and attack Issei once more. Issei drew the Ascalon once again, except the blade was much bigger due to the Juggernaut Drive so that it resembled a real sword.

They traded blows and swung their swords at each other once again, but this time, it was much more destructive as both were fighting to win. 

18: Who seems to have the upper hand? 

17: I'm not sure of that yet. Although Issei's got that new transformation, Sairoarg's keeping up. Both are boosting their Ki at large amounts. 

After a series of clashes, Issei delivered a powerful knee to Sairoarg's stomach, which made him drop his weapon and double over in pain.

Sairoarg got up again and looked at Issei. 

Sairoarg: You haven't told me... What are you fighting for? 

The mouth of the dragon opened as steam and heat erupted from the mouth. 

Sairoarg: I'll ask again... What are you fighting for?

Issei: Them...

 Issei looked behind him and stared at Rias and the others. 

Issei: Them...

Sairoarg: You fight for them?

Issei: They are under my protection...

Sairoarg: That'll do, Hyoudou...

Issei and Sairoarg clashed together once again, fists and metal and spirits clashing as if one would die if they lost. 

Issei let out a huge roar as he grabbed Sairoarg, restricting his movement. 

Issei: DIVIDE!

A white light burst out of the Divine Dividing Jewels and cut Sairoarg's power in half.

Issei punched Sairoarg hard, sending him flying to the edge of the stage. 

Sairoarg: So this is the power of Juggernaut Drive? Astounding... You really are something else, Issei.

Issei continued to stomp towards Sairoarg. 

Issei: Asia... Rias... Akeno... Xenovia... Kiba... Gasper... Koneko... Son... For as long as I live, no harm will come to them. 

Sairoarg: A noble cause indeed... 

A cavity in the chest opened up in the Juggernaut Drive as a green beam appeared. 

Issei: LONGINUS SMASHER!!!

The Juggernaut Drive's most powerful attack ripped from Issei's chest as it made its way towards Sairoarg.

The beam hit him straight on, sending him right over the stage. 

Sairoarg: I wish to fight you again, Issei. You have the power to protect your friends... I hope that I can be as strong as you... 

*Sairoarg Bael has been eliminated!*

Cao Cao: Tch. First Dulio and now Sairoarg... I was expecting so much more...

Rias: Issei's doing it. He's getting control of the Juggernaut Drive... 

Akeno: He's amazing...

Koneko: Yeah... 

Crom Cruach: Focus. We are the only ones left. 

Rias: Damn... You're right... Son put us in a tight spot. 

Koneko: That he did. 

Suddenly, a serpent of water flew past Rias' face. 

Rias: I wondered when we would fight again... Sona... 

Sona: Yes... 

Sona's Peerage stood behind her, ready for a fight. 

"This is just like old times, isn't it?"
