Issei walked into his homeroom and shut the door behind him. 

Issei: You ready? 

Rossweisse: As ready as I'll ever be. 

Rossweisse put signature pink hair clips on and adjusted her Valkarian Battle Armor. 

Issei: Let's go then...

Issei used a magic circle to teleport him and Rossweisse back to the house. 

Rias: Hey! You made it! 

Rossweisse: I sure did!

Asia: It's great to see you again! 

Rossewiesse: I'm so glad to see you all again too! 

Valerie: Rias, who is this woman? 

Rias: Oh! Her name is Rossweisse. 

Kiba: She was once a bodyguard for Odin. 

Vasco: Oh, I know of him. He's the leader of the Gods in Asgard. 

Koneko: Yup. Although he left her... 

Valerie: Oh?

Rossweisse: It's true... He just... forgot about me! 

Valerie: Oh my! That's horrible!

Rossweisse: Well, it's not all that bad. I'm a civics teacher now! It's quite fun! 

Issei: Hey, where's that girl... Uh... Lint Sellzen? 

Rias: Oh, she's back with my brother.

Issei: Oh... Well, if you guys are all done here, I need to go. 

Akeno: Go where?

Issei: Rias went recruiting, so I will too... 

Issei used a magic circle to teleport away. 

Rias always on the move...

Issei teleported to a Middle Age-looking castle in Hell. 

Issei: Alright... Let's do this. 

Issei walked up to the giant door and knocked. 

After a moment, the giant door slid open, but no one was there. 

Issei: Oh, dude... Creepy...

He walked across the castle until he found a small room with a nice-looking table. 

Issei: Oh... I don't know man... 

He sat at the table, looking at the other chair in front of him as if he was waiting for someone to come through the door behind him. 

Issei sat for a bit until the door behind him began to open.

Issei was sitting there in silence for so long that the sudden sound of the door opening made him jump in his seat. 

A short girl with blond hair and red eyes walked out with 2 teacups and a pot of piping hot tea. He skin was pale. Very pale. So pale, in fact, that one could think she was a walking corpse. She wore a red dress with a gold ornamented head-dress. 

Issei: Uh... Elmenhilde Karnstien, I presume? 

???: Yes. I am Elmenhilde Karnstien. 

The girl poured the tea into the teacups as she sat on the other side of Issei. 

The two sat in silence as they both drank the tea that she made. 

Issei: This is excellent tea. 

Elmenhilde: Thank you. 

Issei: So... how well do you know Gasper? 

Elmenhilde: Gasper Vladi? I don't know him all too well. 

Issei: Well, he was the one that directed me to you. 

Elmenhilde: Ever since the conflict of the House of Tepes and Gasper and Valerie Tepes' escape from the vampire world, I haven't heard from them since. If you're asking me, a fellow vampire, I see it as shameful that they would leave the vampire world. 

Issei: You're wrong! 

Elmenhilde: Excuse me?!

Issei shot up from his seat and stared down Elmenhilde

Issei: What they did couldn't possibly be shameful! He told me about the shame and isolation that he went through because of the Forbbiden Balor View! You have no idea what he went through! 

It was Elmenhilde's turn to shoot up from her seat. 

Elmenhilde: How dare you?! Do you even know who I am?! I am Elmenhilde Karnstein! A noble pure-blooded vampire! You will not speak to me that way!

Suddenly, another older women burst into the room with a worried look on her face.

 ???: Miss Karnstien! Are you okay? 

Elmenhilde: Everything here is fine, Belphegor. 

Issei admired the beautiful young woman with long, wavy, cherry-blossom colored hair. 

Elmenhilde: Hey! Hey! Red Dragon Emperor! 

Issei: What do you want? 

Elmenhilde: You came here for a reason? Didn't you? You didn't have Sirsechs Gremory tell me that you were coming here for nothing, right? 

Issei: Yes... Why don't we calm down and just... talk... 

Elmenhilde: After the stunt that you pulled in my presence? 

Belphegor: I agree. We should hear him out. 

Elmenhilde: If you say so, Roygun...

Rias: That's your mission. 

Vasco: If you say so. 

Valerie: Can we do it? 

Vasco: If he's as you say so, Rias, then I think we can do it. 

Issei's magic circle appeared in the living room. 

Akeno: He's back! 

Issei teleported in the house with Elmenhilde and Roygun. Upon seeing the women who were with Issei, Rias' jaw dropped. 

Rias: Geez, Issei! That's Elmenhilde Karnstien!

Elmenhilde: Yeah?! And what about it?

Rias: N-Nothing! I'm just shocked that Issei was able to persuade you into joining his Peerage.

Elmenhilde: What's that supposed to mean?

Roygun: I don't think she meant anything by it, Miss Karnstein. 

Elmenhilde: Geez... 

Roygun: We have a common enemy with the Khaos Brigade. We'd rather join with you than rather see the Khaos Brigade kill us all. 

Koneko: That makes it sound like you don't want to be here. 

Elmenhilde: We don't. 

Rias: Hey, where's Issei?

Issei: Yo, Azazel!

Azazel: Oh, geez. Yes?

Issei: You called? 

Sirsechs: Yes. We called you. We hear that you're looking for some extra team members for the Azazel Cup.

Issei: Yes?

A large rumble came from the outside of Sirsechs mansion as the three of them went outside.

Sirsechs: This is Bova Tannin.

Issei looked up to see a large 10 meters tall Western Dragon. 

Bova: Yes. I've heard much about you, Red Dragon Emperor. I desire to serve under you for this tournament. 

Issei: O-Okay! That was easy! I thought that I'd have to go on another witch hunt for another member! This is great! 

Sirsechs: Now both Rias and Issei have a dragon now...

(y/n) floated down to a house in the city after a bit of searching and knocked on the door. 

A woman with blond hair answered the door. 

(y/n): Hey, 18. I need a favor...

Dude I don't have alot to work with in terms of Valerie, Crom Cruach, Vasco, Lint, Roygun, Elmenhilde, and Bova. The manga isn't all that great.
