Arugo: Well... It seems like you're going all out... 

The white Divine Dividing Jewels shined brightly on the red armor of the Juggernaut Drive.

As Issei continued to boost his power, Arugo responded by transforming into the Super Saiyan 3 state. 

Rias and the others could only watch as the Dragon and Saiyan prepared to do battle. 

Rias: I always knew it would be the two of them... Son and Issei... 

Akeno: At this point, I'm not really sure you would win... 

Koneko: Super Saiyan 3 and Juggernaut Drive... The level in power is almost the same... 

Kiba: Who has the advantage? 

Xenovia: Issei... 

The Red Dragon Emperor shot an energy blast from his armor, but Arugo was able to block the attack with his hands. 

Issei rushed towards Arugo with blinding speed and clashed fists with Arugo. 

The two warriors began to punch and kick each other while teleporting around what was left of the fighting stage. 

Ki blasts were thrown and punches were thrown as an intense Final Battle took place.

Explosions came from every direction as the fight got more and more intense. 

Issei threw a powerful punch at Arugo, who caught it in his hands. 

Arugo tried to counter with a Ki blast, but Issei was able to teleport behind him and kick him into a boulder. 

Issei let out a huge roar as his energy continued to rise and rise. 

Arugo: Damn... I'm starting to get excited! 

He formed a blade made of Ki and charged Issei as he retaliated by extending a larger-than-usual Ascalon blade. 

Ki and metal clashed once again as the two males pushed against each other's blades. 

Arugo was the first to break away and punch Issei hard in the gut. 

Issei doubled down and punched Arugo. 

Both warriors staggered back as they began to fight each other again. 

Asia: Amazing! I can't even see them when they fight! 

Gasper: There are so much wind and explosions... I wish I could go back to my box... 

17: It's been quite some time since we've seen him fight like that. 

Piccolo: Ever since he left, he's gotten all sarcastic and... young... 

18: I liked him better when he was all serious. 

Issei kicked Arugo in the air and then punched him down into the ground. 

Issei charged a large attack in his hands and fired it down upon the Saiyan. 

The red blasts crashed down on his body, but Arugo began to route it. 

He charged a single Ki ball in his hand and was able to redirect most of the attack. 

Arugo: It only took one fight with Sairoarg for me to see all that you can offer. It's over! 

Arugo fired the Ki ball in his hand, overtaking Issei's Dragon Shot and pushing him into the air.

Issei was quick to recover as he let out a terrifying roar. A red aura surrounded him as he planted his feet back on the ground. 

Arugo and Issei were face-to-face once again.

Issei teleported in front of Arugo as a white light emitted from the Divine Dividing Jewels. 

Arugo staggered back as he felt his energy being drained.   

Arguo: How... How have you gotten... 

The cavity in the Juggernaut Drive opened up as a huge beam of energy began to charge. 

Arugo: Kamehame... 

Issei: LONGINUS SMASHER!!!

Arugo: HAAA!!!

The two beams smashed against each other, both Issei and Arugo struggling to overtake each other.

Arugo doubled down and began to push Issei back. 

Arugo: I'm just about done with all of this! 

He was able to push Issei all the way to the back of the fighting stage.

Arugo flew into the air and fired a multitude of Ki blasts down upon Issei. 

Azazel: Amazing... Two souls clashing against each other with nothing held back. 

Sirzechs: Issei could possibly be the best Red Dragon Emperor yet... To fight against such a powerful foe...

Ajuka: Albeit his strength is admirable, the Saiyan is just too powerful. 

Shiva: This fight is over... 

The stage underneath Issei feet began to shatter as the force of Arugo's Ki blasts began to push him down. 

Issei put his hands in the air to try and block most of the attacks. 

"DON'T GIVE UP, ISSEI!"

Rias' voice rang out from the spectator's stands. 

"BEAT THAT BASTARD!" 

"TAKE HIM DOWN FOR US!" 

"YOU CAN DO IT!"

The voices of the warriors came out, cheering Issei on. 

At hearing these words, Issei began to move and reflect the Ki Blasts. 

Soon, a huge red aura came out from Issei's body as his entire figure was shrouded in a red hue. 

That red aura began to reflect the Ki Attacks on its own, not even needing to use his hands. 

Arugo: Bastard! 

He held his hands to the sky and charged a large Ki Bomb. 

"IT ENDS WITH THIS!!!!"

He launched the Ki Bomb at Issei as he began to move forward. 

The next couple of events happened so quickly that no one could see it: 

A bright red light. 

A red streak. 

An intense heat. 

Arugo turned around to see a crimson-covered figure behind him. 

The Crimson Figure walked towards Arugo as he tried to punch it. 

The Figure was seen behind Arugo as a fury of delayed hits slammed Arugo to the side and into the boulder. 

Azazel: Hey, Sirzechs? Did he do it? 

The Crimson hue cracked away from the figure to reveal Issei in a new type of Scale Mail Armor. 

Sirzechs: He really did it... He mastered the Juggernaut Drive... It's been quite some time since I've seen the Cardinal Crimson Promotion...

Issei: I'm not the only one can surpass their limit... 

Arugo: There's that pride...

Issei shot towards Arugo with amazing speed, blowing past him even before he could anticipate it. 

Arugo: W-What?! 

He tried to punch Issei, but the Cardinal Crimson Promotion proved to be too fast for him as Issei was able to get behind Arugo and toss him by his long, golden hair. 

Arugo: Why, you! 

He fired multiple Ki Blasts at Issei, but he just ran towards him and dodged all the attacks. 

Issei got in close and delivered a devastating attack to Arugo stomach, sending him flying back.

Arugo: I don't understand... How have you gotten so much stronger?! 

Issei: My will is stronger than yours. 

Arugo: Will?! Don't give me that bullshit! 

Arugo rushed forward as the Super Saiyan 3 clashed with the newly awakened Dragon Emperor fought.  

He tried to hit Issei, but he was able to dodge every one of his attacks. 

Issei: SOLID IMPACT BOOSTER!!

Issei laced his punch with Dragon Energy as he hit Arugo with astounding force. 

Arugo staggered back as he began to cough up blood. 

Issei: You can't beat me.  

Arugo: Don't even give me that! I'm a Saiyan! I can't lose! 

Issei: So? In this Azazel Cup, you've shown that you are willing to throw those closest to you away. A man who will so easily forsake those close to him will never be able to beat me 

Arugo: No... There's too much at stake here! I can't lose! I CAN'T!!!

A red light burst from Arugo's body as he began to power up. 

The glow of Super Saiyan 4 shined throughout the stadium. 

Issei rushed forwards to strike Arugo, but he caught the attack in his hand. 

Arugo countered with a well-timed Ki blast. 

Issei: CRIMSON BLASTER!!!

Arugo: KAMEHAMEHA x10!!!

The two red beams clashed with each other but the red Kamehameha overtook Issei's Crimson Blaster and forced Issei to the ground. 

"COME ON, ISSEI! YOU CAN DO IT!!!"

"KEEP GOING!!!"

"YOU CAN DO IT!!"

The cheers of the others rally Issei to get up. 

Issei: You'll have to try harder than that to knock me down! 

Arugo: Then come on and fight me! Let's see that confidence run high! 

The Saiyan and Dragon clashed once again, causing gale-force winds to pick up. 

The power of Super Saiyan 4 began to overwhelm Issei. 

He kicked Issei down into the ground and pushed him down further with a Ki beam that shattered his helmet. 

Arugo landed in front of a wounded Issei. 

Arugo: Will? You think my will to fight is gone? I have more reason to fight! You can't even begin to imagine what I have to do! 

Issei tried to get up, but Arugo drove his foot into his back. 

Rias: Get up, Issei! You can do it! You can beat him! 

Akeno: No matter the adversity, you've never given up! 

Asia: Just don't give up!

Koneko: You can beat him! You can win this! 

Kiba: Prove to us that you're the Red Dragon Emperor! 

"KEEP GOING, ISSEI!!!"

Issei began to stand up, pushing Arugo's foot back. 

Arugo: W-What?! 

Issei pushed Arugo back and landed punch after punch and kick after kick. 

Arugo: Impossible! This can't be! How can I, a Saiyan, be pushed to the limit by a mere devil?!

Issei summoned the Ascalon from the gauntlet on his right arm and slashed Arugo's shoulder. 

Arugo tried to counter-attack with a Ki Blade, but Issei cut right through it. 

Issei then punched Arugo in the face, sending him spiraling to the edge of the stage.

Arugo's left arm dangled off the stage as the blood from his shoulder seeped out onto the stage. 

Issei: Do you know what your problem is? 

Arugo: Enlighten me... 

Issei: You're too willing to throw away the things that are most important to you.

Arugo: And what would that be? 

Issei turned his head to the Gremory Peerage. 

Issei: Them. 

Arugo: Them? Rias and the others? 

Issei: Yeah... You've abandoned them... Once on Tuffle and again here in this tournament... 

Arugo: Abandoned... Yes... Unfortunately, that is what must happen... 

Issei: NO! Don't you see! That's why you can't beat me! You've thrown them away! Even Xenovia! 

Arugo: You wouldn't understand... This is... above you... above me... above all us... 

Issei: Don't even give me that bullshit! You're all about pride, but you've thrown it away so easily!

Arugo: I would never throw out my pride!

Issei: You have! It's them! They're your pride! You Saiyans are all about getting stronger, but you've never gotten stronger without their help! 

Arugo looked to the Gremory Peerage who watched the two converse. 

Arugo: I... 

Issei: They're your family! The ones who have stuck by your side since the beginning! You've only grown stronger with them by your side! You say that strength is your pride! If you throw away them, then you've thrown away your pride! And if you throw away your pride, then you can't call yourself a Saiyan!

Arugo: SHUT UP!!!

"Sorry, Asia... I'm not the best at cooking, but you certainly are an excellent teacher!"

"I think you'll be better of using a Ki Blade..." 

"I agree. I can never get my head around an actual sword. However, you certainly are the guy to come to when it comes to these kinds of things! You're one of the greatest swordsmen I've ever met, Kiba!"

"That tail looks good on you." 

"I could say the same to you, Koneko. I think I'll be keeping this thing out from now on... If you ask me, I prefer that you keep your ears and tail out..."

"Thanks, (y/n)... I'm starting to get more comfortable around people..." 

"Don't mention it! You've come a long way, Gasper!"

"I can't even begin to wrap my head around how strong you've gotten..." 

"Hehehe... We should train together, Issei! I'd love to see if you can shatter your limits!"

"Those wings look good on you!"

"I don't know, Akeno... I think I prefer to fly naturally instead of these wings..."

"Look at you! You've actually tied with Koneko on contracts! I'm proud of you!"

"It's nothing, Rias... Really... I just thought I could help out a bit more..."

"You never told me."

"Told you what?"

"Why you loved me... I told you why I loved you when you were all depressed about your homeworld."

"Why do I love you? That's easy. You've always been there for me. Whether it be a powerful foe or against my own mind, you've never left my side. I always feel so much better around you, and you always know how to cheer me up. I love everything about you. From your personality to your voice. I promise that I will protect you with my life. You are my everything. I love you with everything that I have, Xenovia Quarta."

The Saiyan began to shake at Issei's words. 

"GO, (y/n)! THE FIGHT'S NOT OVER YET!"

Arugo looked over to see her. 

Xenovia was cheering for him. She was the only one cheering for him. 

Tears began to spill from Arugo's eyes. 

Arugo: Xenovia... Everyone... Forgive me... 

The Saiyan stood up and attack the Dragon once more.

 The two clashed again and again. 

Every second, one of the two would land a heavy blow on the other. 

Brutal punches and kicks were thrown as Arugo and Issei jumped and fought across the stage. 

The chest cavity in Issei's armor opened up again. 

Issei: LONGINUS SMASHER!!!

Arugo: KAMEHAMEHA!!!

The beams exploded, causing a smokescreen to appear. 

Issei and Arugo were seen trying to catch their breath. 

It was clear that they didn't have much left in them. 

Issei: How about we finish this? One last attack?

Arugo: One last attack... 

Red auras came from both warriors as they began to power-up. 

They both charged each other at full power. 

They ripped the stage apart as they flew towards each other. 

"ISSEI!!"

"(Y/N)!!"

"IT'S OVER!!!"

The two struck each other and a furious red light burst out from the stage. 

An amazing heat radiated from the center of the stage. 

Rias: Amazing! This is all coming from the two of them?! 

Akeno: I've never seen anything like it! 

When it was all over, only a small platform remained. 

One man sat there on his knees. 

*Issei Hyoudou has been eliminated!*

Blood spilled from his wounds as Arugo could barely stay awake. 

"I can't believe it... How could he beat me?" 

Arugo fell back and tumbled into the void. 

He soon appeared next to Xenovia. 

Azazel: Son (y/n) was the last man standing in this tournament! That means that Team Son (y/n) wins the Azazel Cup! 

Asia was able to heal Issei and Arugo as the Dragon Summoning Ritual began. 

Sirzechs: !nornehS ,htrof uoy nommus I ,eman ruoY yB !nogarD lanretE

A portal opened up beneath the void. 

A large, green dragon came from that portal as looked at the people below. 

"I AM THE ETERNAL DRAGON, SHENRON! COME FORWARD, WINNING TEAM!" 

The members of Team Son (y/n) came forwards. 

18: Grant me 100 million Zeni to provide for my family! 

"IT IS DONE!" 

17: Grant me a cruise liner to treat my wife and children!

"CONSIDER IT DONE!"

Roshi: Please give me more of the Paradise Herb to let me live longer. 

"AN EASY WISH INDEED!"

Piccolo: Please allow a completely new Planet Namek to be made for my people! 

"GIVE ME A MOMENT... IT IS DONE! PLANET NAMEK HAS BEEN RESTORED TO ITS FORMER GLORY!"

Frieza: Resurrect all the members of the Frieza Force since Son (y/n) came to Planet Namek! 

"RESTORING THAT MANY PEOPLE IS GOING TO TAKE A MINUTE... IT IS DONE! ALL MEMBERS OF THE FRIEZA FORCE HAS BEEN RESURRECTED!"

Arugo: *sigh* Please bring Frieza back to life... 

"AN EASY WISH!"

Frieza: Hohoho! Why thank you!

Arugo: Can it... 

Xenovia: Please... Allow me to have a future with (y/n)... One where we can end up living together in peace... One where we can truly be together... 

"YOUR FUTURE WITH THE SAIYAN WILL BE GUARANTEED! ARE THERE ANY MORE WISHES THAT NEED TO BE GRANTED?"

Azazel: That'll be...!

"Hold on." 

Arugo looked towards Vali who stood up. 

Arugo: Go do it, Vali. 

Vali: Don't have to tell me twice... 

Sirzechs: H-Hold on! Stop! You can't do that! 

Vali: Oh, Eternal Dragon! 

Sirzechs: Stop him! Somebody! Anybody! STOP HIM!!!

Vali: Please... 

Sirzechs: STOP!!!

Azazel tried to fire an energy blast at Vali, but Arugo teleported in front of him and knock it away. 

"CONSIDER IT DONE!"

A bright light came from the void as everything changed.
