The Knights of Gremory clashed as sparks flew off the blades of the two warriors. Xenovia and Kiba danced around each other and attacked each other with Durandal and The Sword of the Betrayer respectively. 

"How could you betray Rias?!" yelled Kiba as his blade locked with hers, "After everything we've been through?!" 

"I'm protecting (y/n)!" growled Xenovia, "I thought you would have some loyalty for the man who served you Kokabeil!" 

Kiba pushed Xenovia away with his sword and plunged it into the ground. Using the Sword Birth technique, he sent multiple swords her way.

Xenovia quickly flew up into the air as the swords passed her by below. 

"Your range is as short as ever!" mocked Xenovia.

"And you're more of a fool than ever!" retaliated Kiba. 

The swords that appeared from the earth shot up towards Xenovia, sending her on the offensive. 

Before any of the fired swords could pierce her, Xenovia fired an energy beam that disintegrated the swords. 

Xenovia didn't have any time to recenter herself before Kiba attacked her again. 

"I owe Rias everything!" yelled Kiba, "Even if it's against you, I'll follow her to the end!" 

Kiba was able to slip past Xenovia guard and slice her arm, drawing a bit of blood.

Xenovia kicked him back and fired ki blasts at him, which Kiba was able to skillfully cut them away.

Kiba rushed towards Xenovia as he slashed her ki blasts away. Soon enough, he was within range of her and attacked with his sword once again. Metal clashed on metal as two knights faced each other.

Issei narrowly dodged once of Akeno's lightning strikes, dodging left and right to avoid being on the receiving end of her signature attacks. 

Akeno flew above the crimson-armored warrior and, with a wave of her hand, summoned another lightning bolt that Issei barely dodged. With the scale mail transformation, Issei could definitely take a hit from Akeno's attack, but it certainly would hurt. 

"How much more time, Draig?" asked Issei. 

"Not much more," replied the beast inside the armor. 

Issei, who was less magically adept than the Fallen Angel above him, had to play defensively in order to build up enough energy to stand a chance against her. Akeno, however, picked up on this. 

"If you think I'm naive enough to not see your plan, then you're a bigger idiot than I thought you were!" yelled Akeno, "Holy Lightning Dragon!" 

The Lightning Dragon shot from Akeno's palms and made its way to Issei. 

"Ddraig! Anytime now!" 

"We're ready!" 

"Alright!" said Issei, "Dragon Shot!" 

Red energy and yellow lightning clashed and exploded into a beautiful eruption as remnants of the blasts sparked around the two. 

"I just don't understand..." muttered Akeno, "Why?" 

Issei suddenly stopped. He removed the helmet of the Balance Breaker to look Akeno in the eyes. 

"After everything we've been through... You're just willing to throw it all away?" 

"Akeno..." replied Issei, trying to come up with a good response, "We can't just abandon him... He's our friend." 

"What about us?" Akeno asked, "You're willing to abandon us?" 

"I-It's not that simple!" stuttered Issei, "I just want to protect the one who saved us multiple times! Saved me! Saved you! I can't sit back and let Rias put him back there!" 

"Even if it means all of this?" 

Issei looked around to see his friends fighting each other. He could barely stand to see them hurt each other. 

"You told me you loved me... And that you'd stand by my side..." cried Akeno, "Was that all a lie?" 

"No." 

"Then stop all of this!" begged Akeno, "Come back to us!" 

"I can't do that..." 

"I know you can't..." muttered Akeno as she prepared another lightning attack.

Gasper couldn't bring himself to do it. He couldn't bring himself to hit Koneko. He was just fine dodging and blocking, but he tried his best to push out any thought of hurting Koneko. She, however, wouldn't share the same sentiment. 

"Just give up, Gasper," said Koneko in her usual monotone, "Make it easier on you and me." 

He tried to push it away. The thoughts and the urges to fight back. He could feel Balor itching at him like an ancient feeling that needed to be satisfied.

Gasper used his Shadow Manipulation ability to try and create a black barrier between him and Koneko, but a white blast shattered through it and pushed him away.  

"You know, if anyone were to stand by (y/n)," stated Koneko, "I thought it would be you, Gasper. Seems you're still afraid to take action." 

"I-I'm not!" retorted Gasper, "I'm brave! I am!" 

"Then prove it to me!" 

Koneko rushed in to punch Gasper, but her fist only met his shadows as he used another barrier to hold her back. 

Koneko pushed against the barrier as Gasper tried his best to hold her back. The voice of Balor grew stronger in Gasper's head, urging him to fight back. 

"I won't!" yelled Gasper, "I won't! I won't! I won't!" 

Finally, Koneko busted through Gasper's shadow barrier and blasted him back. 

"Sorry, Gaspy..." said Koneko, "But this ends here!" 

She moved in for the final blow, but in the blink of an eye, she was flying backward. She felt immediate pain in her chest as she tried to figure out what was going on. When she looked at Gasper, she got all the answers she was looking for. 

His eyes were a blood red. Balor was here. 

"Shit..." Koneko thought, "This is the worst-case scenario! Balor's Forbidden View alone could make it the 14th Longinus, but combined with Shadow Manipulation... He really is the strongest out of all of us..." 

In response to the awakening of Balor, a white aura surrounded Koneko as her small body turned into that of a mature woman. 

"If you're going all out..." said Koneko, "Then I am too! This is Shirone Mode!" 

Before she could even comprehend, Gasper disappeared and reappeared behind Koneko, giving her very little time to set up a half-baked block. Gasper, backed by Balor's incredible strength, knocked Koneko away. Koneko tried to fire two white energy blasts at Gasper, but he easily blocked him with a shadow wall. Koneko began to charge a much bigger shot in her hand, but before she could launch it, she was stopped by one of Gasper's shadows, which immobilized her hand. The shadows reached over to the other parts of her body, effectively holding her in place. 

 In the blink of an eye, Koneko felt the pain from multiple strikes from Gasper. 

"Damn it! He must have stopped time!" thought Koneko, "How am I supposed to beat this?!" 

Gasper went in for another attack but disappeared just like last time.

"Right there!" yelled Koneko as she immediately fired a white blast of energy behind her, sending Gasper flying. 

"That trick won't work on me again!" 

"You'd be surprised..." growled Balor, preparing for another assault. 

Before Gasper could attack Koneko again, both of them were blown away by a powerful wind.

"HAAA!" yelled (y/n) as his signature attack hit Rias' Power of Destruction. He tried to overpower the Rias, but her Destructive Power destroyed the Kamehameha before it could even touch her. Both combatants struggled under the weight of the other, each trying to get the upper hand. Eventually, (y/n) broke off the engagement and began to focus his energy. 

His power rose as he concentrated. Black storm clouds gathered overhead and lightning struck some distance away. His father's battle armor quivered on his skin as his hair flashed from black to yellow. That same yellow aura surrounded him as his eyes became a distinctive turquoise. For the first time in 2 years, (y/n) became a Super Saiyan.  

"I'll admit, that took longer than I thought it would," said (y/n), "I'm a bit out of shape." 

"All the more reason to back down, (y/n)." 

Rias lowered her stance as she tried to reason with the Saiyan one last time. 

"You know I can't do that," said (y/n) solemnly, "I'm not going back. Please, you have to understand that my actions weren't to harm you." 

"Not to harm?!" Rias said in disbelief, "(y/n), you gave a wanted criminal the ability to wish for anything that he wanted to! What other motives could you possibly have?!" 

"I just need you to trust me!" begged (y/n). 

"My trust lies in Azazel. In Sirzechs. It lies in my Peerage and to the People of Hell!" 

"I really can't stop you, can I?" asked Rias. 

"I'm sorry..." muttered (y/n). 

"I am too." 

Rias used a magic circle to summon a blood-red blade, making (y/n) spark up a Ki Blade of his own. 

The two stared each other down for a moment before (y/n) flew in with an uppercut.

Rias blocked, but the force from the uppercut was enough to make Rias' blade go up too. (y/n) tried his luck with a diagonal slash, which Rias was able to block. (y/n) pushed on Rias with his Super Saiyan strength, but Rias backed away before she could be put in any real danger. 

After narrowly dodging a stab from (y/n), Rias shattered his Ki Blade with a swing from her sword that was backed by Destruction Energy. (y/n) was quick enough to form another blade so he could guard the attack from Rias that came right at him. (y/n) tried to get the upper hand by sneaking a Ki Blast in with his free hand, but when he fired it, Rias used a magic circle to teleport the beam behind him. 

The force from (y/n)'s attack hitting him in the back gave Rias ample time to punch him to the ground. (y/n) quickly got up and guarded against Rias's sword attacks. It was blatantly clear how unskilled both Rias and (y/n) were when it came to using swords. They recognized this and flew away from each other. (y/n) tried his luck with consecutive Ki Blasts, but they were met with Destructive Bullets from Rias. 

"None of my attacks can get through!" thought (y/n). 

He fired an even larger beam, but even that was getting eaten up by Rias' power. (y/n) continued to fire the attack, but he inched closer and closer to Rias as they pushed for an advantage. Eventually, (y/n) was able to get close enough to physically grab Rias and throw her in the air. He teleported to match her and kicked her into the ground. 

"Extinguished Star!" 

(y/n), who had thought the fight was over, fired a hasty energy beam to meet Rias' Killer Move. Obviously, it was completly dwarfed by Rias's Ultimate Destruction Attack and began to eat away at (y/n). Rias stopped before it could completly destroy him, but the force from the attack left him unconscious.

Over where Gasper was, he stood over the defeated body of Koneko. 

Kiba held his sword to Xenovia's throat. 

Issei was the only one left. He looked around to see if he could even possibly take all four of them at once. 

"I surrender," he finally said. 

Rias and her team managed to subdue and capture (y/n) and the others.

 A few days passed since the battle and all members of the Gremory Peerage found themselves in Issei's mansion once again. (y/n) and the others were placed under house arrest and kept in their rooms, while Rias and the others tried to carry on with their normal duties. 

"At some point, we have to tell someone that we have them..." said Akeno, "We just can't keep them here forever." 

"I know..." replied Kiba, "But I can't imagine how hard this must be for Rias..." 

"I feel bad..." muttered Gasper, "We shouldn't have to fight our friends like that..." 

Before the conversation could continue, Rias came running down the stairs, followed by (y/n) and the others. 

"Let's go!" yelled Rias. 

"What is it now?!" asked Akeno. 

"It seems the second of the escaped Warenai Maximum-Security Prisoners have made themselves known. It's Loki. He's back to try and kill Odin!" replied Rias, "We have to go!" 

"Let me help!" interjected (y/n), "You'll need my help to beat him!" 

"Everyone else is going, but you," said Rias, "You can't be outdoors just yet. Besides, I still have to think about what I'm going to do about you..." 

"B-But-" 

"My word is final!" yelled Rias. 

She and the rest of the Peerage left while (y/n) stood alone in the empty house. 

"Damn it!"
