Amber's POV

Aaron, I'm pregnant.

Aaron, I'm pregnant.

Aaron, I'm pregnant.

I never got to tell him because those... Those things! Took us away before I could finish. I look into Aaron's eyes, a longing look lingering in his black orbs.

"Aaron...?" I speak out.

Aaron looks up at me, shaking his attention from the floor into my eyes, "Yea?" He grumbles, his voice scratchy.

I give him a warm smile, "Everything's going to be ok." I assure.

Aaron tries to fake a smile for my sake, but I can see right through his facade. Aaron notices this, then drops the smile, "But what if it's not?" Aaron questions.

He starts to look down again, "Aaron." I snap.

He keeps his head from dropping, but keeps it in the same, tilted position, "What?" He asks.

"Don't think negative. Negativity isn't going to get us out of here." I say.

"Why're you so optimistic?" Aaron looks up into my violet eyes before continuing, "We're in a jail cell and you're talking about rainbows and ponies!" Aaron exclaims. "And on top of that, we're in the End with Ty, along with my little brother and his friend being somewhere in this maze...! We are not alright, Amber! Won't you just look into reality and realize that not everything is sunshine and smiles?" Aaron snaps. I take a step back, "There's a time to be negative, and there's a time to be optimistic. Right now is not the time for optimism." Aaron finishes.

I take a breath and plan out my response for a moment before continuing, "At least I'm not sitting in my cell thinking of ways to slowly die in a prison. Negativity won't get you anywhere. Especially in a situation like this. Now, do you want to get out of here or do you want to rot here just like anybody else would?" I growl.

Aaron seems to be thinking for a second, "You never look at reality, Amber." Aaron growls.

"No, I do... I just never choose to let it get the best of me." I reply without a second thought.

Aaron sighs heavily, "Look, I'm done with this conversation, Amber... I can't handle being stuck in a cell, two kids being held captive, you be in captive and fighting with you all at the same time..." Aaron explains.

He starts to look back and walk away, when I stop him by calling his name out, "Aaron, wait." I say.

Aaron turns his head, "Yea?" He questions.

"Just don't beat yourself up over it." I plead, "Please." I add.

Aaron nods, and starts to turn his head when he suddenly seems like he remembers something. He turns his body around fully and walks up to the bars again, wrapping his fingers around the cold, metal cylinders.

"What were you going to tell me before we got captured?" He asks.

I start to feel sick to my stomach. Not because of the baby, just because I don't know if Vincent or Ty overheard, what they would do to us.

"Aaron..." I chuckle nervously, "Sweeeetiee..." I scan the room with a nervous smile, "I don't think this is the best place to tell you...!" A nervous chuckle is still laced with every word.

"Tell me." Aaron commands.

This is when he gets demanding, when he's frustrated. He has every right to be frustrated, but he shouldn't take it out on me.

I take a deep breath, "Aaron... I'm pregnant." I whisper cautiously.

Aaron's future worried expression forms into a face of pure joy, "Re-Really?" He stutters, excitement in his voice.

I smile and nod. I think a see a couple tears starting to lay at the corners of his eyes. A genuine smile is on his face, "I can't believe it!" Aaron exclaims.

"I hate to interrupt, but what's the big commotion about?" A shadow looms over me.

My eyes widen, "No-Nothing!" I stutter.

A finger lays on my chin, pushing it up. I make eye contact with a pair of red eyes, "Did I hear that a certain purple eyed damsel is pregnant?" Vincent questions.

"No...!" I scream, "No you didn't...!" I exclaim, collecting myself.

Vincent smirks, "Oh, this is going to be fun." Vincent laughs.

"DON'T YOU DARE LAY A FINGER ON HER!" Aaron growls.

Vincent looks back, "I already am." Vincent says.

He turns back to me, smirking. "Let go of the girl!" Zenix's voice echoes, "THIS IS FOR CONTROLLING ME!" Zenix runs into the scene and pushes Vincent away, placing a sword in his chest, "Never control anyone again." Zenix growls.

The life leaves Vincent's eyes. Zenix is in his Shadow Knight form. Zenix unlocks our cells by stealing the keys on Vincent's belt.

"Let's go." I start to run, but Aaron holds me back. He's in his magickal form, "What is it?" I ask with an innocent tone.

"You have to stay back. I don't want you or the baby getting hurt." Aaron says.

"I'm going to go get Levin and Marshal, then you're going to run back to Phoenix Drop with them, ok?" Aaron demands.

I nod gloomily. Aaron runs off, and comes back a couple seconds later with a small meif'wa and a small blonde human.

"Let's go." I pick them both up, then run off, Aaron already being out of sight. Be safe, everybody... Please.

Zenix's POV

I rush back to where everybody else is before anything else. I didn't even know that Amber and Aaron were held captive. All I knew was that Vincent was there and I could get revenge. I noticed that Amber and Aaron were there, and you know the rest. I see Aaron, Aphmau, Zane, Garroth and Laurance fighting off some of the minions that most call Ender Knights or something like that. One comes barreling towards me, so I slash a sword through its chest then continue to run.

"So, my little brother decided to join the scene." Ty says.

Travis and Ty come into sight. They're brothers? That's news to me...
