High School Diaries (Chapter 83)~Geronimo.

Laurance's POV

"What're we going to do with the body?" I ask Adam as Aaron is out.

"We have to leave her here... We can't risk people knowing about her death. And, if we moved the body, where would we put it?" Adam seems to be thinking long and hard about this.

"I... Honestly don't know." I sigh.

Before Adam can say anything, I hear the door open.

"Laurance, the kids are leaving, if you want to see Marshal, then lets go." Aaron's voice rings in my ears.

I glance at Adam, then get up and walk with Aaron. I really hope that Jeffory can handle all of this...

~Nightime, Laurance's POV

"I have to call Lucinda." Adam states.

I pace back and forth in the living room. Adam, Aaron and I are all discussing how we're going to bring Aphmau back. She's still in Cadenza's bedroom, but that's the only place we can have her. We can't risk moving her, or else people could possibly see her, and we don't want others to worry. I pick up my phone and call Garroth.

"Garroth, come over now. It's about Aphmau." I say into the phone before he gets a chance to say 'Hello'.

"ZANE, GET YOUR STUFF AND LETS GO. QUICKLY." Garroth's voice echoes, "We'll be over in a minute." Garroth states, then hangs up.

"Garroth's coming over in a bit." I inform. The two nod, then the doorbell rings.

"Come in!" I exclaims, knowing that it's Garroth.

"Why'd you drag me here?" Zane snarls.

"I couldn't just leave my baby brother at the house alone!" Garroth exclaims.

"WHAT ABOUT VYLAD? HE'S THE YOUNGEST." Zane yells.

"He's with Dante." Garroth finishes the conversation.

I wiggle my eyebrows at Garroth, but he just replies with the roll of his eyes, "Come in, I have something to show you." I lead everyone into Cadenza's room. Garroth and Zane's jaws drop at the sight of Aphmau.

Garroth's fists clench as Zane reads the message over and over again.

"Everyone, leave the room... Right now." Zane commands.

"No, we can't just leave you here, Baby Brother!" Garorth exclaims.

"I said go!" Zane demands in a stern tone.

"B-But--" Aaron starts, but Zane pushes all of us out before any of us can object any further.

Zane's POV

I look at Aphmau. We were friends at the beginning of the year, but eventually lost contact. "A-Aphmau?" I croak, tears glistening in my eyes, "I-I wish I could bring you back." A tear slips down my cheek.

"Ahahaha, seems somebody's seen the death of a warrior." A feminine voice giggles from behind me.

My skin turns black as my blue eye becomes completely white. Black particles start to spin around me as my phone grows into a sword. I turn around and clasp weapons with the female. She has pink hair and blue eyes.

"What do you want?" I snarl.

"I want you and Aphmau DEAD." She smirks.

"You've already killed Aphmau, but you won't be killing me." I snap.

I push her against the wall and dig my blade into her skin, "You think you'll kill me that easy?" She says.

"Sure." A smirk paints onto my face as I start digging it further into her skin.

"Lets make this... Fun." The girl suggests.

"Lets dance." I release her from my grasp.

"So be it." She replies.

We clash weapons once again, her swirling around and kicking me in the stomach. I stumble back a bit before regaining my balance.

"You'll pay for Aphmau's death." I scowl.

She doesn't say anything. She charges for me, but I slide between her legs and swipe her back. A bit of blood trickles down it, but nothing to injure her. She swipes at me, her scythe flying across my cheek. The wound heals quickly.

"W-What!?" She questions.

"It's called magicks, sweetheart." I snap.

She scowls, then slashes at me again. I dodge it and cut both of her knees, my sword trailing down her left leg. I swipe at her ankles, then grab one of them and pull her to the ground. I gulp, then put my sword to her stomach.

"Any last words?" I ask as I dig my sword into her stomach.

"Yes." She says, wincing.

"Ty." She states.

"Somebody called?" Another voice says from behind me.

I hear something hitting the ground, it continuing. I dig my sword into her stomach fully. The girl coughs blood, then I pull my sword from her body.

"Bleed out." I scowl. I turn around and see Enderlox himself, "What an honor." I say sarcastically.

"And you're such a pain in my tail." Enderlox returns the scowl as he hits me with his tail.

I hit the wall, sliding down right by Aphmau's body. I get up quickly and hop over her. I jump off the bed and tackle Enderlox. We both fall to the ground, me on top. I dig my sword into his neck quickly.

"Any last words?" I question coldly.

"Yes.." He smirks

"And that would be?" I ask, not wanting to waste time.

"Geronimo." Enderlox's smirk grows.

He snaps his fingers, then he disappears in a gust of smoke. I turn around to see the female gone as well.

"Aphmau!" I rush over to her, dropping my sword. I place my hands on the scar on her chest, "Sorry for the noise." I apologize in advance.

A light forms around my hands, it absorbing in Aphmau's body.

"Zane?" She questions.

My vision gets blurry as I fall to the ground with a huge Thud!

"Have fun... Being alive again." Those are my last words before I completely black out.

"ZANE!" Aphmau exclaims.

Garroth's POV

Thud!

Everyone looks in the direction of Cadenza's room.

"ZANE!" A familiar voice screams.

"S-Should we go in there?" Aaron suggests.

"Sure..." Adam seems unsure.

We all get up and creep over to the door. Laurance places his hand on the knob, opening the door. We see blood all over the floor. Zane's unconscious on the ground as Aphmau is knelled down at his side, shaking him. Zane's in his Jury of Nine form as well...

"APHMAU!" All of us scream at the same time.

We engulf her in a hug, "No time to say hello, we have to get Zane somewhere." Aphmau states as we release.

I nod, then pick up my younger brother, "Laurance, Aaron, Adam, clean up this room as Garroth and I take Zane to the couch." Aphmau musters up the authorative voice I fell in love with.

Aphmau leads me out of the room. Laurance runs out to get cleaning supplies. He bolts back into the room seconds later. I lay Zane on the couch as Aphmau places her hand on his forehead.

"He's obviously alive, just unconscious." Aphmau states the obvious.

"I'm so glad to have you back..." I think aloud.

Aphmau looks at me, a slight blush on her face, "I'm glad to be back too... I could see everything, but I couldn't move. It was like having a birds eye-view of everything." She informs. I nod, understanding, "Garroth, can you get me a cold cloth please?" Aphmau asks.

"Sure." I smile.

I get what she asked for, then hand it to her. She places it on Zane's forehead. He turns back into his normal self once the cloth makes contact to his skin. Zane has a small scar on his cheek.

Zane groans, "What happened?" He asks.

I feel a burst of energy run through my body as he opens his eyes. Aphmau must feel the same thing.

"Laurance!" Aaron exclaims from the other room.

I see memories appear in my own mind, "They're regaining their memory... Forever." I can hear Adam inform.

Yes! The energy stops, and all of us feel normal again, "Now, who did this to you?" I ask.

"A girl with pink hair and blue eyes. Then, Enderlox. I was able to fight them off, but they got away." Zane seems disappointed in himself.

"Don't be sad, you did an amazing thing." Aphmau caresses his cheek with an innocent look in her eyes.

Zane gives her a smile, then she puts her hand at her side, "How'd we not hear that?" I mumble to myself. Zane shrugs.

"I'm glad you're back, Aphmau." Zane smiles.

He still seems weak. Bringing somebody back to life? That takes a lot of energy, bodily energy to be exact. He wasted his energy and magicks on Aphmau's life. Of course, it'll all regain, but that was a huge price to pay... I'm proud of him.

"I'm glad to be back, Zane... Thank you." Aphmau replies. She glances at me, flashing a wide smile.
