Abmitri (Abby x Dmitri) -MORE BASED ON THE BIG KIDS!-

Dmitri's POV

Today is the day that I'm going to confess my feelings to Abby. I straighten my jacket as I look myself in the mirror. Nekoette walks into the room, "Hey. NT." I greet. "Dmitri~Senpai knows that Nekoette~Tan hates being called NT!" Nekoette scolds. "Just like Kawaii~Chan." I mutter. "What was that?" She asks. I play it off like it was nothing. "Is Dmitri~Senpai going to ask Abby~Chan on a date?" NT assumes, seeing my fancy dressing. I turn around, looking in her direction. "Y-Yea." I stutter nervously. She holds in a squeal. Like I said, just like Kawaii~Chan. She scrambles over to me, fixing my hair and straightening my clothes. "Dmitri~Senpai is all good to go!" NT exclaims happily. "Thanks, Neko." I thank, smiling. "Dmitri~Senpai! Nekoette~Tan hates being called NT and Neko!" NT snaps. I roll my eyes playfully as we walk out the door. She leads me to Abby's house, us getting the occasional greetings. Since we're in Scaleswind and all. "DMITRI! DMITRI, WAIT!" I hear my mom yell from behind me. I turn around to see my mom and Dante. "M-Mom? D-Dad?" I stutter. They both smile, then engulf me in a hug. Once they release, Mom looks me in the eyes, then cracks a smile out of that serious expression she held earlier. "Have fun and go get 'er." My Mom encourages. I give her the same weak smile she gave me. She pats my shoulder, then walks back off with some villagers swarming around her. Dante walks up to me, "Hey, son." He starts. "Dad..." I trail off. "What're you doing here?" I ask him. "To see you, of course. Nicole-- I mean, your mom.. Told me that you were going to ask Abby out, and I couldn't miss it! My boy's becoming a man." Dante explains cheerfully. "Thanks, Dad." I thank genuinely. He does the same thing as my mom did (pat me on the shoulder) then walks off. I take a breath, then hear Neko's couple words of encouragement. She then scurries off, leaving me to my own. "Why such the crowd?" I hear Abby say behind me. I turn around swiftly, "How much did you hear?" I ask, on the verge of personal panic. "Nothing really. I just saw Neko run off." She replies. I give myself a mental forehead wipe. "NEKOETTE~TAN HATES BEING CALLED THAT!" We hear Neko yell in the distance. Abby and I chuckle a bit, until she stops suddenly. "Why're you dressed so fancy? Asking Marshal out?" Abby wiggles her eyebrows playfully at me. "W-What! No... I-I don't even like her..! At least not like that." I defend. Her playful expression turns into a more serious one as she walks closer. "Are you alright?" She asks genuinely. "N-No.. Just nervous." I reply with the same truthful tone. "About what?" She continues. "About... This." I start. She looks confused. "Abby Goldenheart... Will you be my girlfriend?" I ask. Her eyes shimmer with delight and surprise. "Y-Yes!" She exclaims. I then feel her hands on my cheeks, pulling me closer. She crashes our lips together. 

This day couldn't get any better...
