A/N: sorry for the crappy writing, also the fanfic takes place in the U.S.✌🏼(Let's just appreciate this gif)

"Dan, come on you're going to be late!" My mum yells at me, "I'm up! Geez" then I remember, first day at my new high school, great. Twenty minutes later I  get off the bus at my new school. I walk into the room marked office to get my schedule, the lady at the desk glances up at me and asks my name, "Daniel Howell, I'm new here and need my schedule" she looks at me and nods "I'll be right back with it, wait here" a few minutes later she returns with a small sheet of paper that that I assume to be my schedule. "Here you are Daniel, I'll call a student down to help you" she dials a number into her phone and asks"can you please send down Casper Lee, thank you" about a minute later a guy that slightly resembles a pineapple walks in, sees me and heaves a sigh of relief as he asks the woman" I can take him to his classes now, right?" " yes Casper, and here's a pass for first period too, just show it to Professor Madden and you should be good to go" handing pineapple man, I mean Casper a small pink sheet of paper. 

In the hallway Casper asks to see my schedule, I fish it out of my pocket, "here" I say giving it to him, he looks over it for a little bit then we start walking  "where'd you move from Daniel?" Casper asked, "Minneapolis, and just Dan is fine". "Okay Just Dan, here's your first class, Earth Science  with Professor Madden." We walk into the classroom and everyone turns to face us, at least 30 pairs of eyes in synchronization. "Glad you could join us Mr. Lee, and you seem to have brought a friend, how sweet" Casper pulls out his pass and walks up to the teacher, and says, "This is Dan, he's from Minneapolis." Thanks Casper, I'm sure that helps me loads,  the teacher points to a seat next to a guy that has red hair and is looking down at his phone, "Mr. Fischbach, please come up here" the boy groans, then slowly walks up to the teacher handing in his phone, "thank you Mark, you may take your seat, Dan, you can sit next to Mark" I walk over to Mark and sit down next to him. He smiles at me then introduces himself by, "hi, my name is Mark" 

After science I look at my schedule and see that I have English with Ms. Lanthanum in room 242, I assume that the class is upstairs so I head up there, I ran into a girl with long black hair, she turned around looking a little mad, but then she said, "You must be Dan, I'm Lilly, we're in science together, which class are you looking for?" "English, room 242" Lilly replied "cool, I have English next too, let's go". We get to the room just as the bell rings, Lilly brings me to the teacher, a small middle age woman with curly short brown hair. "This is Dan, Ms. L, he's new here." The teacher looks at me and smiles, then she says to Lilly, "you may take your seat, Miss Singh." Lilly goes to her seat and the teacher points to a chair next to a pale boy with dark bluish black hair, kind of like a raven, drawing in a notebook. "You can sit next to Phil over there Dan." "Thank you" I say quickly walking to my seat. As soon as I sit down, Ms. Lanthanum tells the class to take out their books and open to page 394 please students." Phil takes out his book and opens it then he asks me "do you want to share my book, seeing as you don't have one?" I nod thanks to him and he slides his book between us. 

 The rest of English was a blur, Phil asked me which class I had next, it turned out we had most of our classes together. As we walked to Maths, Phil asked me how I liked it here and how it was different from where I used to live. Instead of replying I asked him "how did you know I moved?" Phil kind of looked at me and replied with a straight face, "you're new here and you have a moving sort of aura around you" Okay, I thought, this guy is kind of freaking me out now. I replied with, "oh, cool, yeah I moved from Minneapolis" then we arrived to Maths.

A/N: hey guys, so, sorry this chapter kind of sucked, this is my first official phanfiction, I guess, so anyways, I'm thinking of adding new characters in as well, if you want a character added just comment the name if they are already a person or, if you have an OC, please give me a brief description of them, I will try and make the story more interesting as well.
