"HELLOOO!"
Rainbow Dash literally hurt her head while being surprised someone interrupted her flashback. She rubbed the back of her head and saw herself back in the bathroom stall.
She stood up and open the bathroom stall seeing a woman looking above her with a angry glare. "I like to have the stall please?"
"Oh. Sorry about that." She immediately got out so the lady could have it and went to the sink to still think. She was starting feel nervous going back to him. How will she explain this to him?
He was just sitting on the table and was on his phone waiting for her to come back. He was texting one if his friends, but he wasn't gonna say what he's doing. Rainbow took a deep breath and let it out knowing she doesn't have a choice to leave.
She walked through the crowd and finally made it to the table to sit in her seat again. "Hey."
"Hey. Everything okay?" He asked finally putting his phone away.
"Um yeah. I'm sorry. I had to go to the restroom. I needed to clear my head for a moment."
"It's fine. I'm just glad you didn't try to bail out."
"And listen, I understand your point of feeling for me, but I'm not so sure it's good thing for our competition."
"What competition?"
"The dance competition between our schools."
"Ugh. But that competition is boring. I honestly don't like the idea. Dancing is fun, but I don't like it for competition."
"Oh come on it's not that bad."
"Yeah it is."
"But look, either way, I'm not sure cause in our history, it's me beating you and Hoops and Score and making sure I'm number one. And you are suppose to make fun of me without a feeling in your gut that you might like me in different ways."
Dumbbell only looked at her so confused. He had no clue with what she just said.
She facepalm herself and groaned "Stupid boys. I mean I don't think I'm suppose to like you like you. Does that make sense?"
"Yeah. And I get your point," then he placed a hand on her's making her blush red. "but I don't wanna compete you. You already out shined me when we were kids. Plus, I can't think of a better way to be with the most amazing person ever."
Rainbow felt this was getting a little awkward between them two. She slid her hand away from him and chuckled. "It's not that I'm against you. It's just... Uh...." She did not know what to say to not think what she's thinking.
"Oh. I almost forgot something. Hang on." He said as he was searching in his tux for something.
While he was searching, Rainbow tried to think of a reason not to like him. She could use the dance competition but that also wouldn't make any sense to her. She thought maybe she was too cool for him, but that sounded kinda rude.
"Found it." He said holding a small little blue box. "Hey, remember that time when me, Hoops, and Score took your small soccer necklace with your name on it?"
"Yeah. My mom made me that and I could never find it cause you losers hid it." She said crossing her arms.
He chuckled and handed her the small blue box. "Well I got it back. Well actually I've kept it ever since, we dig it underground. But I got it back for you."
She looked surprised at him and open the small box making her eyes wide with surprise.
The necklace laid there in the box with her name that and soccer balls on it. It was so shiny. It was actually polished just for her.
She was so speechless. She didn't know what to say. She stared at it, surprised it was in her hands again. Then she looked at him as he smiled at her. Soon she had a smile giving it to him. "I... I don't know what to say. This..... this is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me."
He then finally touch her hand again as it remain on the table by itself. "You don't have to say anything. I'm just to see that smile on ya again Rainbow Crash." He winked at her.
Her smile got wider and she finally look at him. "Thanks. This necklace meant a lot to me."
"I knew it did." He said.
So cute...
"Alright folks," the man on the microphone said. "That's a wrap with mr. Fancy. Now it's time for our next karaoke singer, Dumbbell."
Everyone clapped to show he was next.
"I thought you didn't do karaoke." Se said as he was standing up.
"I don't but tonight is a good reason. I be back." He said as he got on the stage and hold the microphone in his hand.
"Alright Dumbbell," The guy said. "What do you wanna sing tonight?"
"Well I like to sing Bruno Mars, 'just the way you are'. I wanna dedicated this song to my special friend." He said.
"Ooh. That's my jam man. Good choice. Here it comes." He them started to play the music.
Rainbow Dash watched him be on stage and saw how he was smiling directly towards her as the song was being played. Then he started to sing in the most magnificent voice she's ever heard from a teenage boy:

Even though Bruno Mars made this song, Rainbow couldn't help but believe this was one of the nicest things that's happen in the night. She's never felt this way before. And she liked it.

This song honestly was like their date. Rainbow was a little afraid she would look bad. She thought she did this so he could keep his mouth shut about the kiss they had in the hallway. Instead, she wanted to do this, because it felt right to do it.

This was one if the best songs in history and he was singing this dedicated to only her. She couldn't help but smiled at him for being so kind singing this.

She smiled a little embarrassed it was for her. Luckily no one knew he was singing it to her. Well, the only one who knew was Basket Hearts. She was smiling at the teenage girl as she was liking this song and him.

This song was one of the best but it sucks cause it was almost over and done.

He was looking down at Rainbow Dash. She was blushing so much but she smiled as he was looking down at her with his blue eyes.

Everyone clapped for him as the song was officially over. Rainbow Dash was clapping as well cheering for him. "Go Dumbbell!" She said with a smile.
"Woo! Nows that's some talent there everyone!" The man on the microphone said.
"Thanks everyone for this special night." He said and then got off the stage. He then sat down with Rainbow as she gave him and high five.
"Dude that was so cool!" She said smiling.
"I don't know. I don't sing that much. But thanks." He said.
"You did pretty awesome."
"Awesome? Coming from the amazing Rainbow Dash? Who are you?"
She laughed. "What? She's gotta give out compliments sometimes."
"Hey kids." Basket Hearts came by them with a tray full of food for them. "I got y'all's special meal here."
"Thank you Basket Hearts." Rainbow said smiling.
"No problem sweetie. And don't worry about the sauce, it ain't hot no more." She then giggle and left the two teens alone.
"I hope you don't mind, but I kinda order the cloud burger. Thought it would still kinda be your favorite since you loved it in fourth grade." He said.
"Are you kidding? I still love it. Thank you." She said.
The cloud burger was their elementary food that they usually served when it was lunch time. Rainbow Dash loved it wen se and Fluttershy were in the fourth grade and still does to this day. She just was surprised they served it in a restaurant.
They began to eat their meal and was thrilled stuffing their faces into the food, kinda. Dumbbell took a big bite and had mustard on his chin kinda. She smiled and said "You got something on your chin dude."
"Where?" He then wiped his chin but he never got the mustard off him. "Did I get it?"
"I got it." She leaned up closer to him and whipped it off him with her thumb. She started to realized how close she was to him and how she kept staring into his blue eyes. They were beautiful if you ask her.
This time, he didn't even do anything.
She leaned in and kissed his cheek where the mustard was on before. He blushed at her actions.
She pulled away and saw what she was doing. Rainbow then giggled and blushed pulling herself a little away. "Um, y-you still had... Mustard... And I like mustard... a lot."
He laughed and said "Alright. Thank you."
She started to eat more of her cloud burger, but now he was the one leaning in kissing her cheek. She could hating giggling but she didn't cared. Her face was already red enough.
He pulled away and smiled. "You had ketchup on your cheek. Now we're even."
Rainbow Dash smiled at Dumbbell and giggled in a girly way.
"I GOT IT!"
Basket Heart then came out of the crowd running to them both with a camera in her hands. Then she started dancing and singing "I got a picture of you two kissing! Even though it's not on the lips! Wiggle wiggle wiggle!"
This woman was crazy. But she was so funny to make them both laugh. And that picture was a keeper.

A/N: OMG that ending was funny! I got that idea watching 'Back at the Barnyard'. And I love the song 'Just the way your are' so you guys don't hate the song. I hope this made y'all's day swell and I'll see you on the last part of their date.
