A/N: sorry I haven't updated this yet. I'm trying to hurry with it but with being in home I won't be doing so much. This picture I made myself and I did a horrible job in the background I know lmao. Enjoy the chapter, now!

"Hmmm." Rarity took a long look at the dress she made for Rainbow Dash. She wanted to make sure everything she did stays perfect.
"Does this make me look fat?" Dash asked.
Rarity gasped of excitement.
"Okay. Its does. Thank you."
"No silly. I mean I never thought you would ask that."
That doesn't make any sense to Rainbow. "And why is it a happy deal for you?"
"Because, a mare would only ask that if she's not wanting to look silly in front of her date."
Rainbow blushed. She never thought of it meaning like that. Rarity says it all the time so she never thought that's what she means.
"And no. It's does not make you look fat. You look beautiful!"
Indeed Rainbow did. Her dress was something fantastic Rarity made. Her dress top part was pink and was sparkly all over being hold by a red belt. There was white puffy stuff of the top part where her collar bone was with a emerald in the middle holding it. Her bottom skirt was the colors of the rainbow and at the end of her dress were pink feathers. Her shoes were golden with red lighting bolts that shine real pretty. Her mane was change a little as well. Rarity kinda flat it a little down and put it in a red ponytail with gold holes on it. Rainbow looked so pretty.
"I think you're gonna be the beauty of them all Rainbow Dash." Rarity said hugging her friend.
Rainbow decided to give Rarity a hug back as in a reward for helping her with her dress. She even asks for some tips of what to do on a date.
But then Rarity pulled away and saw something wrong with her dress. Where the emerald was. "Emerald?! What was I thinking?" She said. "Let me get you a crystal blue diamond." Then she walked of the find one that was perfect.
She smiled, feeling good about this. Her date was tonight and she was just about ready. She just hopes she doesn't ruin Rarity's dress.
Suddenly, Rarity's door began to open to reveal four more ponies to walk in.
"Hey Rainbow Dash." Twilight said. "You look amazing in that dress."
"Thanks. Rarity made it." She said.
"We know!" Pinkie said jumping up and down around Rainbow. "Rarity told us you were going on a date!"
Now she felt a little embarrassed of Rarity telling them that. "Rarity!"
"I couldn't help myself." Rarity said with her magic holding a blue diamond. "I felt it was best for everyone to know."
Rainbow only blushed and tried looking away. Rarity began to remove the emerald and replace it with the blue diamond instead. "Now, there's just something missing. We need something that spreads your name."
"Uh, my mouth is the only one that does that?" Rainbow said.
Being miss clever is what made everypony's day.
Then Raroty gasped again and said "I got it! BRB!" Then she walked off.
"I'm glad you're taking this chance Rainbow Dash," Fluttershy said as she flew to her friend. "But of I were you, is be careful."
Rainbow only looked at her friend a little lost. But she smiled and said "Don't worry Flutters. I'll be watching my back the whole time. No one is gonna play with Rainbow Danger Dash."
"Besides, maybe he really does like her for her." Twilight said.
"Well, be careful. I don't want you getting hurt."
Since it was obviously Fluttershy was nervous, Rainbow decided to give her a hug to make her not worry.
"I bet your heading straight for the moon excited for this date huh?" Applejack asked.
"Yeah. I'm excited, but I'm also nervo--"
"Nervouscited!" Pinkie yelled.
Rainbow rolled her eyes and said "Nervouscited, about this. I've never been a date. And with Rarity's tips, I'm worried I'll screw up."
"Nonsense darling." Rarity came back with her magic working. She placed something on her ear to make her sparkle. It was a ruby diamond lighting bolt like her element of Harmony. It seems mostly like and warring but there isn't another one. "You're gonna be dazzling tonight. I know that's for sure."
"Thanks Rarity. I mean it. For all your help." She said.
"Well, if it weren't for me you would have never done this and ask if you look fat."
Pinkie gasped covering her mouth. "She'd asked that?!" She looked excited like Rarity did.
"I say it's really stupid to be excited just cause you're asking if you look bad." Dash said.
"Not really." Twilight said. "Most ponies who ask that are on desperate need of looking their best."
Rainbow only blushed but could t help but smile.
"Awww she's smiling!" Applejack said making everyone giggle at there friend.
Fluttershy flew to Rainbow Dash again and said "Please be careful."
"I'll will." She said smiling while Fluttershy remain looking worried for her friend.

Rarity couldn't resist Rainbow Dash to fly, some she ordered a carriage to taker her instead so she won't ruin it. Dash thought it stupid but could see her point. Plus she wouldn't want the dress to be dirty.
She had to tell Dumbbell before he went shopping for something that she'd met him at the gala. It was boring to Rainbow in the carriage. There was nothing to do and there was no pony there. So what can she do?
She was considering on flying out and go to the gala herself, but luckily, the door open revealing the gala right in front of her.
"Thank you." She said to the driver and walked off letting the carriage go for the night.
She was amazed by how the place was. It was shiny, dining lights, and there were so many ponies there. Although, she wasn't sure if she was gonna find him.
The easy way was to find a brown Pegasus with blue eyes. And luckily se found him by a flower pout, looking nervous.
"Itchy hoofs." He said. But then e notice the beautiful Pegasus standing there giving him a smile. "Hey Rainbow Dash."
"Hey Dumbbell." She said. "Ready?"
"Ready since day one when I was born in Equestria." He reached his hoof out to the rainbow Pegasus blushing small pink cheeks.
Rainbow decided to give him her hoof and blush as well. But it seems her's showed more than his.
They both walked to the gala with everypony else who was invited.
The place was beautiful just like the lat time. The chandler was shining, the music was lovely, and the food looked fantastic.
"Man, I hate music like this." She said.
"You and me both." He smiled at the pony.
They walked cross the room making sure they didn't bump into any ponies that were near the wall they were near at.
"You know, you look real beautiful tonight Rainbow." Dumbbell said making the mare blush red.
She couldn't help but smile of how sweet he was. "Thank you. Rarity made it for me."
"She's that white unicorn right?"
"Yeah. She was the one to give me a moment, you know?"
"I remember she had wings before. They were smashing. What happen to them?"
"They got burn by the sun."
He couldn't help but laugh. They could both see what could happen if she was still okay.
"Oh and, that's a nice cape Dumbbell."
Dumbbell looked at himself to see a cape but he wasn't wearing one. He was just wearing a black tuxedo.
Rainbow realized her mistake and her face went red. "I mean, tuxedo! I meant tuxedo." She used her hoof to cover her.
"That's okay. I wish I was wearing a cape. I would be a prince! That would be actually kinda cool. And you would be my princess."
This sweet stuff was making Rainbow so happy, but she was too embarrassed to let him see her face.
She wanted to look at his blue eyes again and got that chance to look up at him.
She suddenly began to giggle for some reason. She couldn't stop.
"What's so funny?" He asked almost laughing.
"Nothing! Nothing. I don't know why I am laughing." Then she smack her mouth to stop.
"I like hearing your laugh. It's cute."
The more he was like she kept trying to hide herself.
They made it to be outside and look at the garden. If Fluttershy were here, she would love to see the butterflies fly through the air.
They made to a bush of red roses that were simply divine. They both started to reach for one but pulled back. Dumbbell got one and placed in on Rainbow's dress, making it more beautiful.
"It's perfect, just like you." He said.
She giggled softly to where he couldn't hear and said to him "You know, the more you compliment me, the more I feel kinda bad."
"How come?"
"Well because you're saying all these sweet things and even gave this rose. What I am suppose to do for you?"
"Hey, you being here is all I need. Especially to hear your voice, be by your side, and always be with you, even if we were just enemies or friends."
Rainbow Dash blushed of him being so sweet. She wish she could do the same for him.
"Now come on," he said leading the way to somewhere with her following him. "I wanna show ya something before we can dance."
It was a long walk but he manage to show Rainbow Dash a beautiful sight of the moon and the water in front of them as she looked down. It was amazing. The water was sparkly, the moon was shining, and the green grass they were one just made it absolutely perfect.
She felt she could cry but could also scream with happiness. Luckily she didn't do either one.
Dumbbell made sure she was only looking out there and put his wing on her again.
She noticed but didn't bother to say anything like last time. She only stayed still and let him stay the way he was.
"I'm real glad you came tonight Rainbow." He said looking down at her as she looked up. "You've definitely colored my world."
"Oh stop it." She pushed her him playfully trying to hide her smile.
"No, I mean it. You're one pony I want to spend my life with. If that is alright with you."
Dumbbell was such a sweet stallion. So honest with Rainbow Dash, so kind with his words, finding ways to make her laugh, so generous thinking she's as beautiful as a rose, and very loyal all the way. He was like the elements of Harmony of all in one. Except for magic.
But he was definitely making this magical night to her.
"I think I might like that."
She smiled.
Unexpectedly, Dumbbell place a soft kiss on Rainbow's right cheek. He made her blush red of feeling the butterflies fly through.
He look into her magenta eyes and smiled. She smiled back and was about to do something she thought she never do.
She did it in a flash surprising him. Instead of him kissing her, she kissed him. He didn't try to fight back. he decide to enjoy this lovely moment with her.
And yet, he hates to feel.... guilt.
