"When I get my hoofs on that Pegasus, I'll make sure he'll never see the day of light again!" Rarity said.
"Me too!" Fluttershy said crossing her arms as she flew.
They left Rainbow Dash at her home alone while thy through Ponyville feeling really bad.
"Now guys listen," Twilight said. "I know what happen to Rainbow Dash is bad, but we can't hurt him or do anything. The most we can do is be there for her."
"How an you not want to do anything?!" Rarity said. "Because of him, Rainbow's mane is ruin and she's crying her eyes out. We have to do something."
"Even if we could, what can we do?"
"I... don't know.... but I will think of it! Then we'll use it!"
"Buck up sugarcube." Applejack said. "Hurting him is only hurting her as well."
"But he and Hoops have picked on us for years." Fluttershy said. "They shouldn't have gone this far and they're not getting away with it."
"Wee!" Pinkie jumped. "I love pranks!"
"Guys no." Twilight said. "We're not gonna prank him. We're just gonna leave it alone. It's for the best. I mean, would y'all want to become the bully you hate the most?"
Twilight made a good point. The last time Fluttershy stood up for herself, she became a brute and took it to far. If they do anything to Dumbbell, they're just becoming what they hate most and no pony should ever be that kind of hatred they have.
"I guess you make a point." Rarity said. "But I still hate him!"
Twilight only shook her head almost about to give up.
"Speak of the devil." Applejack said looking up a little mad.
Everypony looked and could see the reason why as the brown Pegasus flew down to face them terrified.
He stood there for a moment and said calm "I believe you heard--"
"How dare you?!" Fluttershy got in his face with anger in her eyes. "How could you possibly be so rude to Rainbow Dash?!"
"Fluttershy." Twilight had to use her magic just to get her down and stay away. She knew she would mostly hurt him.
"Listen, you all have every right to be mad..."
"You bet we do!" Rarity said.
"But... I didn't mean for this to go that far."
"Oh don't play dumb you horrible excuse of a jock!"
"Hold on Rarity." Twilight said. She look at him with a curious eye and asked "What do you mean?"
Dumbbell kinda felt embarrassed talking about this but it was the right thing to tell the truth. "It true. We did mean to play with her and get her dirty. But, I wasn't happy with the idea. I didn't want to play with her feelings and for her to hate me even more. Before it was fine when we call her Rainbow Crash. But when Hoops and Score called her Rainbow Trash, that's something I regret happening."
"If you didn't like the idea why did you do it?" Applejack asked.
"Because my friends will find out the truth. I've like Rainbow Dash for a long time and if I said no, they ruin my life with the fact I like her."
Now the can Rainbow's point of being cool. But does it always go out this bad to other ponies?
"Look," Twilight said. "We understand the whole basic of being cool and not made fun of. But what you did to Rainbow was really mean and hurtful and unforgivable."
"I know. I tried to get her away, but she kissed me before they caught her."
"But either way, do you think she ever forgive you?"
He stayed silent and said "No. That's why I'm trying to find her, and hope maybe you guys would know since you're her best friends."
As much as Rainbow was crying her eyes out and if they really wanted to tell him, would she forgive him?
"I can't blame her if she doesn't forgive me and throws something to hurt me. I deserve it. Right now I want to prove I'm really sorry."
Twilight looked at her friends, curious of what they think. Applejack seem he should apologize, Rarity still seem a little mad, Pinkie always remain the same with a happy smile, and Fluttershy, well she couldn't find her face.
She looked back at Dumbbell and was about to say where she was, but then Fluttershy got in between the Alicorn and Pegasus looking still mad. "No! Do not tell him! It's doesn't matter! He's just gonna trick her again!"
Seems their shy friend still doesn't trust the brown pegasus, which no pony can blame her. Rainbow Dash was her best friend.
"Look Fluttershy," Twilight said. "I understand Dumbbell has been mean to you all these years and what he did was ungrateful. But maybe if he apologize, he might change. Give him a chance, please?"
Fluttershy still regrets trusting him with Rainbow.
"Look," he said as se turned around to face him. "I can't blame ya for hating me. You can hate me all you want but I still want to apologize. Rainbow Dash doesn't have to forgive me. I just want to see her happy. Even if I'm no longer a part in her life after today. So will you help me? Please?"
He looked serious and Fluttershy has never seen him this way. She knows everypony deserves a second chance. But does everypony tell the truth and want forgiveness?

"You sure she's in here?" He asked pointing at Rainbow Dash's bedroom door.
"Should be." Applejack said. "She wanted to be alone for the day."
"We're gonna be on the other side of the wall listening, making sure your not tricking her again." Twilight said.
"So don't even tried to do anything." Rarity said.
He nodded understanding. The mares went into the room were they could peep out through the cloud wall. He walked up to the door opening it. When he did, he saw everything in Rainbow's room. Her bed, her turtle, but she wasn't in there.
"Where is she?" He said to himself.
He search the room but doesn't know where she could be. But then he discovered a door on his right side that was closed. Maybe she was in there.
Pinkie Pie took a peep through the clouded wall and watch him knock little on the door.
But then the door open revealing so much smoke. It look like when you take a hot shower. He cough waving the smoke away only to reveal a blue Pegasus walking out wet and hot holding a pink towel by wrapping it around her body.
They finally got a chance to see, but when they saw each other, Rainbow was the first to scream and then came Dumbbell. Then they both scream as Rainbow Dash flew right back into the bathroom.
Pinkie started to laughed crying her eyes with joy. Applejack and Rarity pulled her back in with her laughing. "Oh my gosh! That was epic!" She said laughing to the floor.
Dumbbell blushed and stood up back on his four legs. "Wait Rainbow. Sorry. I did not know you were taking a shower."
"Oh my gosh!" She said in there blushing red of embarrassment. "What are you doing here?!"
"Well, I think I'll have to tell you when you're not in the shower. I'm sorry." He tried not to laugh.
Rainbow was scared to go back in her room. She didn't expect him in there so sudden. But it was getting hot in the bathroom. She rubbed the towel all over her and grabbed her purple robe to put on her.
She open the door and look to see f she was overreacting that he might be there. But she found him turned around not looking.
"Just tell me when it's safe to look." He said.
"You're fine." She said making him turn back. She flew onto her bed and laid there looking at him.
"Sorry about." He said again. "I didn't mean to..."
"You're fine. But why are you even here?" She said.
He was about to say something, but it seems he didn't think this through cause e never thought he find her. He looked into her magenta eyes and finally said it.
"Rainbow Dash. I am so very sorry."
This was new to Rainbow. He was apologizing?
"I'm sorry for what happen. I didn't think it would go that bad."
"So you did plan it?"
"Kinda. It was mostly Hoops's idea. Listen I don't want to hurt you. I just didn't think I be back to being my colt self again."
"You're what?"
"Well, remember what I told you the other day about our fillyhood, when I believe you were beautiful?"
She nodded remembering.
"Well, all that was true. I did like you Rainbow Dash. But as I grew older, I started to think, maybe me being as a colt was just something silly that could just move on. But the thing is, I never did. Every moment I spent with you, kissed you, I thought maybe I was losing my mind again. But it seems never did. My heart was just telling me one thing about you that meant the most to me, that I love you."
Rarity gasped hearing this through the wall.
"Rarity, shush!" Applejack whispered.
Rainbow was so surprised by his words. She never thought she hear him say that.
"And, I tried to get you away from the gala, but the way you kiss me is more lovely than how I kissed you. I really hated to see you cry and to ruin your dress. I wish we hadn't ruin it and now you lost it. But right, I just wanted to say how sorry I am. I can't blame ya for not forgiving me."
Rainbow felt tears enter here eyes. Most ponies are so hard for her to deal with.
Dumbbell began to look at his back and grabbed out something golden. It was on of Rainbow's shoes she lost when she flew away from him.
She was so surprised. She thought she never find it.
Dumbbell reached out for her left hoof and placed it slowly onto Rainbow's hoof.
"He's putting a shoe on her hoof!" Rarity squealed through the window.
He finally was finish putting it on and look back into her wet magenta eyes. She look as if she wanted him to leave, and he was about to. But then Rainbow's words stopped him.
"You are the weirdest, most annoying stallion I've ever known all my life." She said with a serious look which made him feel worse.
He looked down feeling worse.
Rainbow got on her four legs on the bed and walked closer to be near him and sat down.
Then she smiled and asked blushing "Why do I love you for that?"
He looked surprise of her words and wanted to be true. He looked up but when he did, Rainbow placed her lips onto his making him close her eyes enjoying the kiss.
Rarity and Pinkie Pie were squealing of how cute this was. Twilight and Applejack only smiled while Fluttershy still looked a little mad.
Rainbow Dash pulled away with him looking at her in the eye. Her smile went to a frown when she said "But you know? Maybe we took it too fast."
"What do you mean?" He asked.
"I mean I don't know much about you and we took dating a little fast. Maybe we need to start off as friends first. I mean, you wouldn't want to spend your life with some pony like me. Some pony pathetic."
"You're not pathetic. But you do make a good point. Maybe we did start off too fast."
She smiled, glad he could see her point. She put her hoof where she show was one into his hoof and said "How about we wait until we feel ready? That way I get to know you more and you get to know me."
"Actually, I kinda know everything about you."
"Stalker."
They laughed.
"But, then you probably don't know about me."
"So, are we sticking as friends?" She ask lending a hoof to him to shake.
"Yeah. Maybe, after another kiss?" He looked like a little colt trying to beg for candy.
She giggled at him being cute. "What is with you stallions?"
He shrugged happy that she was okay. Then he leaned in and kissed her one last time before their friendship began.
When they pulled away, Rainbow Dash was about to say something, but they both heard squealing in the other room that sounded like her friends.
She giggled and looked into his blue eyes and said "And I forgive you."
