"Sir! Let's play arcade!" Shoma happily exclaims, tugging his sleeve.
Shoto, Shoichi and the other heroes widened their eyes in surprise.
That was when his older brother furrowed his eyebrows.
"Shoma, idiot! We shouldn't waste time and bother Shoto-san anymore."
(A/N: I used his first name not bc they're in first name basis but bc that's his hero's name:>)
The younger boy turned his head, enough to show a pout to his twin.
"But if you're having fun wasting time, it isn't wasting at all! That's what mom used to say."
Shoichi's eyebrow twitched.
Todoroki on the other hand had almost instantly let out a quick yes when the adorable young boy asked to play with him.
So the hero clears his throat. "I'm alright with it."
Shoma awed and his eyes shone bright while Shoichi simply sighed.
"If that's what Shoto-san would like.. Either way, I'm still sorry for dragging you into this." The older one apologetically bows.
"It doesn't bother me at all." Shoto gave a small and soft smile.
. . .
"Ah, sir Shoto, have you ever played at an arcade before?" One of his subbordinates asked as they entered the place.
Instead of a smug smirk, the hero showed a sad smile.
"Yes. Someone I love showed me how. Ever since then, when we'd visit the mall, there wasn't a time where we wouldn't play a few arcade games."
The man's voice was tainted with sadness but a hint of joy and nostalgia.
His subbordinates had their mouths open, having their eyes dramatically tear up.
Shoma and Shoichi stares in adoration.
Although they both already knew you and Shoto would go to arcade dates a lot back at the day, they couldn't help but be mesmerized to hear and know their father's side of perspective.
"Wow~ She sounds like an amazing person sir!" Shoma exclaims, grinning.
Shoto chuckles. "No mistake about that. She is fascinating and beautiful all in between."
Shoichi stares in a surprised and awed look at his lovestrucked father.
Just how he talks about you touched his heart.
Shoma sadly smiles. "Well, where is she?"
"I don't know.. But I'll find her. She's someone I can't lose. Not in this lifetime." The man says in determination.
"Then... introduce her to us when you do." Shoichi blandly says, not bothering to look at them.
But that was more than enough for Shoto's heart to flutter in happiness for some reason.
"I will." He sends off a small smile.
. . .
"You're particularly good in these games Shoma."
The younger twin laughs. "I guess~!"
"Oi idiot! Don't steal my kill!"
"Bleh!"
The three were having lots of fun.
At least that's what Shoto's subbordinates think of- and it made their heart warm as well.
To see their hero they look up to have fun in typical arcade games was something rare.
But what nobody know was that Shoto had fun not only because of games, but also because of the time he spent with the twins.
Usually when the dual-haired man would try to play games, he'd always remember of you.
Even now, the images in his mind were tingling with his memories of you.
But this time, he was happy than sad of missing you.
It wasn't that he moved on- oh, of course no- it was simply because the children reminded him of you.
Probably because you were the one who influenced your children in games too, but as if he'd know that.
As soon as all tokens were spent, they then headed to the stationary shop to buy school supplies for Shoichi.
And honestly, even the oldest twin couldn't deny that he, his twin and father are getting closer together.
It was something that he should've prevented but he couldn't deny that he was actually... enjoying it.
That was until his train of thoughts were cut short when he felt a hand plop on top of his head.
"Are you alright Shoichi?" Shoto tenderly asked.
The boy's breath hitched as he turned up to look at the hero.
"They way you ask me that... I can't help but think of you as a father.." He unconsciously mumbles.
Catching Shoto and Shoma off guard, the hero in particular was startled.
A father..
Not giving time for the hero to think, Shoichi immediately regains consciousness again.
"Never mind. Forget what I said." He simply shrugged. "So, what do you think? This or this?" He shows two objects to divert attention.
"Oh.."
While the two continued on with their supply hunt, Shoma stopped to think.
Suddendly realizing it, only has he become alarmed by the fact that this outing resembles a father and son bonding time.
Shoma was having so much fun he almost lost track of his time.
And that alone was enough evidence that he really did enjoy being with his dad.
Staring at his older brother, Shoto was crouching whilst comparing and judging paper.
(A/N: Poor paper..)
The fact that their picking out school supplies with Shoto and that they were using his money as if he was treating them like what any father would almost brought Shoma to tears.
It was what they always wanted.
So he asks. "Sir, are you having fun? I'm sorry for dragging you into this~"
Shoto chuckles. "Surprisingly, I am. It's been a while since I left to shop anyway."
"You three remind us of a father and son bonding~!" One of his subbordinates just had to bring it up.
The twins pursed their lips while Shoto adorably tilted his head.
"Really?"
Another one eagerly nodded. "Mhm! Especially when you three look alike. I wonder who your parents may actually be Shoichi, Shoma."
Shoma shrugged with a grin to play it cool. "Can't say~!"
Shoto gave a thinking to it and it was true.
Indeed that they do look alike.
But how? Could it be coincidence as it is?
"Either way... You can look up to me as a father figure if you'd like."
What was he saying? Was he out of his mind? He haven't even found you yet now he's taking in another responsibility.
Both eyes of the twins twinkled.
Though Shoichi quickly shook it off while Shoma didn't even bother to close his widen mouth.
Seeing their adorable and dorky faces, Shoto couldn't help but think.
'But... they give me a precious and special feeling though..'
. . .
"Are they alright?" You asked the wind by the window.
To which replied with a gust, "Yup! They're having fun."
Though the wind purposefully excluded out the fact that they met their father again.
So it used another report to divert your attention.
"Oh, and he's on his way by the way."
You looked surprised. "I see. I hope the kids come back just in time."
