        HOLLAND WATSON DIDN'T believe in Shadyside's tale that Sarah Fier had cursed the town. The only reason people started a murder spree every ten years or so was because Shadyside sucked and they didn't know any other way to get out. However, when a bus ride home goes wrong and Sam Fraser ends up bleeding on Sarah Fier's bones, she becomes hunted by murderers who are supposed to be dead – one of them being the same person who'd killed Holland's sister.

        CHERYL WATSON WAS expecting a good summer at Camp Nightwing. She had her girlfriend and her mother was supposed to be giving birth to her younger sibling. She wasn't expecting someone she'd known her whole life snap and start a murder spree a week later. She wasn't expecting to die at a mere sixteen years old while trying to save her girlfriend.

One moment, they were laughing and partying with their friends, and the next a curse was placed over Union.
