Authors Note - Quotes

Hello everyone, this is your one and only author Ruby. I really loved chapter twenty-one of Hidden Truths so much, so I'm going to pick out a few paragraphs that hit me.

Some of you might be wondering 'How did the paragraph hit me when I wrote it?' Well, I don't plan out my chapters, I just write and let it flow. I actually read through every chapter before I post it and I fell in love with that one. If anyone wants to post these as quotes on social media, I'm perfectly fine with it but you have to ask for consent.

My email is [email protected]

I'm currently in search of new platforms to publish this book in the hope that someday it gets published as a soft copy. I'm open to anyone who takes interest in my book because I sincerely feel it's worthy of being a movie and I literally play it out in my head as one.

And if anyone has noticed, there are a few songs in this book from great artists and I hope I'll be able to put a playlist on Spotify named after my book, containing all the songs already there and the ones to come.

Please note that this book is copyrighted and legal action will be taken if any content is posted without my consent. My main goal is to first reach 10 million reads, and then get it published. With all that being said, I'll start laying out my favorite paragraphs and short sentences from chapters nineteen to twenty-one of 'Hidden Truths'

Enjoy...

Quote 1:

'Sometimes people say nasty things and claim it's a joke, without even realizing the impact it made. A little insult—even pointing out something on a person's body, could make them hate themselves.'

.

Quote 2:

'Every word said to me was engraved in my mind and my heart. And because I thought about it so much, I began to see it. I began to feel it.'

Quote 3:

'If I've learned anything over the years, it's to not keep quiet when you don't want something.'

Quote 4:

'No matter how happy others would be if I died, I knew deep down the pain my family would feel, and that was enough to stop me.'

Quote 5:

'At a point, I told myself I didn't need to care about the words or judgments of others but deep down, I cared so much.'

Quote 6:

'Maybe the real reason I'm not dating anyone is because I haven't moved on from everything. I haven't healed.'

Quote 7:

'I'm still afraid of rejection, I'm still afraid of being abandoned and I'm afraid that I'm unloveable. It's just easier to tell myself everyone is the same, because that way, I won't be able to let myself care about anyone.'

Quote 8:

'No one knows how damaged a person can get. They see perfection but I see imperfection. They see beauty but I see an ugly duckling. They see love but I see hate. They see happiness but I don't believe in happiness. They see me but I see nothing.'

Quote 9:

'No one will ever really understand. And I've come to accept it— because my life isn't a fairy tale, it's reality.'

Quote 10:

'The signs of mental illness may seem little but it's always the little things that have the loudest voices.'

Ok, everyone. That's all for today. There are actually many other things I wrote in all the other chapters but I focused only on these three because they were the most emotional chapters in my opinion. At the end of the book, I'll find all the sentences and paragraphs that just you know—make sense, and I'll put them all in a part.

I hope everyone loves this book and I hope you all sit tight till the end. Bye 'R Star Readers'.

Also, I came up with that name for my fans. 'R Star Readers'. If anyone has better suggestions, please feel free to tell me. I consider myself bad at naming things, and talk less of people💀.

Please try your best to vote on each chapter and leave a few encouraging comments. Thank you.

Anyways bye once again❤️
