Ever heard of the idiom "Never judge a book by its cover"?
This story further defines it.

Story of a girl judged too soon.

Pros and cons are fruits of the same tree but to very precisely pick 'em apart so that the pros are more prominent is not everyone's piece of cake.
Similarly, short stories have their advantages and disadvantages but writers like her successfully pass in making the best use of the advantages it has to offer.
And that's what she did here being it a short story she managed to just showcase one certain scenario but in a lovely way to capture the readers.

When you would read the story, it highlights a pretty common but most stagnant issue that's contaminating our society. She didn't let the fact that it was a short story condemn her from enthralling the readers into it by the way she portrays the emotions of the girl.

With such limited words, she managed to connect us with the story so deeply that it keeps bugging in our minds for a long time even after having read it.

Personal discussion: Why does it always happen that girls especially single mothers or who live by themselves are often the favourite topic of discussion for these kinds of people. They are the epitome of hypocrisy like they would sow bitter seeds against someone they rarely know while they hardly realise what they are doing could stir poison in someone's life!?
Could even lead to them being depressed or even attempt risking their lives.
Like I know so many girls who would just cut themselves, hurt themselves in some way just because some people 'think' they aren't good enough!?

Like people WAKE UP!
When will you all realise,
"Your worth is best known by you!"

A simple and very relatable piece of work.
Fictional. But again close enough to our real world.
Would definitely recommend this one.
