//First of all a huge thank you to the author for introducing me to such an amazing story. Absolutely worthy to be included amongst these hidden treasures.//

You won't imagine what potent issue she silver lines in her distinctive work.
Ahem, so to start, the title "Dollhouse" absolutely beguiled me, a 10/10 for that.

So far this story has left its unrectifiable mark on me. A general fiction, that strives to justify the astounding creativity she as a writer holds.

If you want to travel to some alternate universe, a fictional world, she creates it for you. While reading I nearly fail to remember that I was sitting on my couch reading rather it was like all the events taking place in the story materialized in front of me.

She exceeds the limit of innovativeness by drafting a piece of literature so original. It was absolutely refreshing to come across an off-track work on Wattpad.

About the story

The plot forms the roots of a good book and the plot descripted here does its work. As mentioned earlier too its originality and uniqueness get me. On top of it, I love her writing. The way, the writer depicted the protagonist's emotions, from her inner voice to her actions are lit. She even succeeds in flawlessly delineating the contrast between what the character does and what's going on in her head.

My perception

So as I can interpret the story, though a work of fiction it definitely gives light to some major issues in this real world.

The evil corrupt government shown in this opus somewhere resembles the corrupt government officials in this world.

Identical to the story there are certain government officials who are corrupt and evil. They try to blind the citizens with their hollow promises and commitments. They conspire in such a way by which they make the people consider them the ones with power while the reality is the other way round.

Some people too as said in the book,
"are so blinded by the words spoken by the foulmouthed members of the government." that they doubtlessly believe in every word that would escape their mouth. Simultaneously they would doltishly give away their rights and freedom to the undeserving.

People should finally perceive the fact that they are the ones to choose who will govern them and they are the rulers, not the members of the government chosen by them.

People should be able to discern when the government they chose is working for their well being and when their motive behind is to exploit the citizens.

WAKE UP PEOPLE YOU ARE NO "dolls" OF THE ONE IN RULE.

Back to the story

I absolutely adore the lead, Hailey. Her character is just a perfect role model especially for teens nowadays. Her interest in the government and her ability to ask the question "why".

Why do they have to go through the rugged setting drafted by the government?

Why do they have to pretend to be in peace with the awful principles propagated by the government against their will?

And the list continues...

To add on her confidence is bliss and the line towards the end of the seventh chapter is what is holding me to read further that says,
"I will prove my worth but not to you. I will prove it to myself. "
Absolutely 🔥

This attitude is what the teenagers nowadays should adapt that, no matter what others think of you what matters is what you think of yourself as an individual.

Furthermore, the suspense and the slow enclosing of secrets to keep the immutable excitement alive is her key to definitely leave an irreversible mark on the readers.
I assure you that her work is different and intriguing you'll certainly not regret trying this out.

This one was quite challenging as I have not read many books of this genre.
However, this book surely reserved its place here the moment I started reading it.
Anyways hope I did justice to the story and most importantly did not misinterpret anything.
