Marinette woke up, immediately thinking about going to Adrien's house. She hurried and did all of the things she had to do before she could go to Adrien. When she was ready she transformed into Ladybug and headed for Adrien's house. She was way to early, she knew but she wouldn't let a certain Cat ruin her moment with Adrien. When she arrived at his house she immediately went to Adrien's room. She jumped through the open window and landed on his floor. Adrien looked at her, a bit frozen but he corrected himself. 'Ladybug, nice to see you here. What are you doing here if I may ask?' He asked her. 'Well I can't give you all the details but Cat Noir and I need to investigate something, in your house. I hope you don't mind.'
'Of course I don't. Where is Cat Noir?' Adrien asked. 'He's eh... well I'm a bit eh... early.' Ladybug said looking at the floor. 'That's alright. We'll just have to wait until he arrives.' Adrien looked around, searching for a way or excuse to leave Ladybug so he could transform into Cat Noir. It was strange that he loved Ladybug but she also loved him, they just couldn't confess their love to each other because they would reveal their true identities, not that Adrien cared about that but Ladybug seemed to care. 'I need to go to the bathroom. Be right back.' Adrien said when he walked to his bathroom. He would be right back, but not as Adrien. He transformed into Cat Noir and left his home through the window to enter it again at the same place where Ladybug entered his home. 'Hey M'lady. You're early.' He said. 'Hey Kitty, Adrien is in his bathroom, maybe we should wait?' She asked him. 'Nah, he'll be fine.' Cat Noir said when he opened the door to leave Adrien's room. So where could my father have his lair if he really is Hawkmoth? Cat Noir thought. He's almost never home, he wouldn't even have time to be Hawkmoth. Unless he's Hawkmoth when he's gone. The penny fell for Cat Noir, his dad could be Hawkmoth! Ladybug and he really had to investigate this, he didn't know why but he had a feeling that Ladybug took the right place to search for Hawkmoth. 'So what do you think you're doing here?' A voice said to them, mr. Agreste. 'Your son let us in, we're looking for something.' Cat Noir answered his dad's question. 'Well hurry, I don't want superheroes in this house.' Mr. Agreste said a bit angry. 'Alright mr. Agreste, we'll hurry.' Ladybug said. 'You better do.' And with that, mr. Agreste walked away. Gabriel's brains started to make up a plan, he could easily set up an ambush and take their miraculouses. But he wasn't going to do that by himself, he had to akumatize someone. Someone in the house, his son. He walked to a secret button and pressed on it, it opened secret stairs which he used to get a level higher. There was a big, round window. He transformed into Hawkmoth. He tried to read his son's emotions but he couldn't find his son, just like he had disappeared. Suddenly he felt something, his son's strongest emotion was... Love? What could he possibly do with that? He had to make him upset but without him knowing that his dad made him upset. Going to him as Hawkmoth wasn't an option. He had to akumatize someone else. A girl who had just been robbed by some guys cried because they broke her precious necklace. Hawkmoth took his chance and transformed her into Jewel. She had the power to create anything she wanted with jewelry. 'Jewel, come to me and help me take Ladybug and Cat Noir's miraculouses.' Hawkmoth said. He was a coward, he never took on a fight, he always let others do the work for him. Ladybug and Cat Noir couldn't find anything. 'Maybe we should ask Adrien to help us?' Ladybug asked Cat Noir. 'Not a good idea, what if we can't trust him?' Cat Noir said, hurting a bit of the other identity he had. 'He can be! I promise you, if there's anyone who can be trusted than it's him!' Ladybug countered his argument. Cat Noir felt proud about his Lady defending him but Adrien couldn't come, unless Cat Noir disappeared. He got an idea. 'You go get him, I'll search some other places, maybe it works better if we split up.' He said. Ladybug ran to Adrien's room. She knocked on his bathroom's door. 'Adrien? Adrien?' She called him. Meanwhile Cat Noir went as soon as he could to the bathroom and transformed back. 'Yes?' He asked Ladybug. 'Can you be my guide please?' Ladybug asked Adrien. 'Sure, I'll come out of the bathroom.' He said when he left the bathroom and entered his room. Ladybug started to blush and even Adrien's cheeks were a bit red. 'Can you show me your house?' Ladybug asked him to break the ice. 'Sure.' He said when he started to walk to his door.

After Ladybug and Adrien had seen almost every place of the house, Ladybug decided that she had seen enough. 'Urgg where is that stupid Cat?' She said because she hadn't seen him for a long time. 'Maybe he's searching somewhere else?' Adrien to help Cat Noir, himself. Ladybug tried to call him but he didn't answer. 'Or he's very busy or he transformed into himsel, he never denies a call.' She said more to herself than to Adrien. Adrien felt a bit awkward because he knew exactly what Cat Noir was doing. 'I'll see him later, bye Adrien.' She said, in a way she wouldn't speak to Cat Noir. 'Bye Ladybug.'
Ladybug jumped out of the window and disappeared. When she had landed on her balcony, she transformed into Marinette. After that she started to admire the view and think about Adrien. Meanwhile Adrien was excited that his Lady had been in his house, with him. He would see if she took his love advice, the next day.
