Marinette opened the door of her family's bakery. There were a lot of customers so Marinette didn't stop, she just said 'hi' to her parents and walked to her room. There she started to fangirl again. 'Tikki can you believe it! Adrien asked me on a date!'
'Marinette, first see how your "date" will be and then you can start to fangirl again.'
'Okay, Tikki I'll try to keep calm.' Marinette said trying to stay calm but inside her head was screaming: Adrien! Marinette spent the rest of the day worrying about the next morning and thinking about all the things she could do wrong with her clumsiness. Eventually she fell asleep.

Adrien walked in his house. Was it smart to ask Marinette and Alya to do something together? Alya was alright but he felt like Marinette didn't like him, she never spoke to him and when she did she was only stuttering. His thoughts got interrupted by Plagg. 'You know this is a really good time to eat camembert.' Plagg said. 'You're always thinking about everything which you can eat, especially cheese!' he said. 'That's because real love has another name too, food.' Plagg said dreamy. 'You don't know anything about love.' Adrien said more to himself than to Plagg. Adrien heard his father's voice. He followed the sound and found his father. He didn't seem to notice him so Adrien left. His father neglected him and his mother was gone, and he still wasn't evil, he was a superhero. Adrien went back to his room and ate there, together with Plagg. After that he felt asleep, dreaming about Ladybug.

The next morning Marinette didn't oversleep for once. As soon as she opened her eyes she jumped out of her bed. Immediately she put on her clothes, it was Saturday and she had a date with Adrien. At least that was how she thought about it. She ran downstairs, grabbed some food and left the bakery. Alya was waiting for her there. 'You're early girl.' Alya said. 'A...Adri-en.' Marinette stuttered, biting her nails. 'Relax girl, he isn't here yet, just stay calm and everything will be alright.'
Marinette pointed at two persons who were heading their way, Alya turned around to see what Marinette was pointing at. Adrien and Nino. They came closer, until they were close enough to say 'hi'. Marinette hid behind Alya, but Alya stepped aside and Marinette stood in front of Adrien. 'H-hey.' She stuttered slyly. 'Hey.' Adrien answered. 'What are we going to do?' Alya asked. 'Well since we live in Paris and we got this beautiful river called "The Seine" we thought that we could go for a swim.' Nino answered. 'Awesome idea. Let me and Marinette put on our swimwear and we'll come with you!' Alya said when she grabbed Marinette's arm and pulled her back into the bakery. Marinette still didn't say a word, excited as she was. 'Don't freak out girl, talk to him!' Alya said when she took a bikini for Marinette and borrowed one of Marinette's bikini's for herself. 'Here put this on.' She said when she gave Marinette one of her bikini's. 'Thank you Alya.' Marinette said when she took the bikini and put it on. They both took a towel and walked back to Nino and Adrien. 'Shall we go then?' Nino asked. 'We're ready to go!' Alya answered. They walked to the Seine, Alya trying to let Marinette speak to Adrien. But the only thing Marinette could say was: 'Eh... Er... Ehm... Uh...' Which caused some strange looks on Adrien's face. When they arrived at a place where they could swim, Alya and Nino ran immediately into the water, leaving Marinette and Adrien behind. Adrien put off his shirt. Marinette felt like she was going to faint. 'Are you coming Marinette?' He asked her. 'Eh... Er... I... I'm co-ming, you... go ahead.' She told him. 'Marinette, you give me the feeling that you hate me or at least don't like me, you never talk to me and you always try to avoid me. Is there a reason for that? I would love to know because I really want you to like me, we could be great friend you know?' Adrien said friendly, with his adorable smile. Marinette sighed, she couldn't believe what she just heard, she loved him but he thought the opposite! 'A-drien, I do-n't ha-te you, I li-ke you.' She wanted to add "and I love you and we could get married and have 3 kids and a hamster." but she decided not to say that. 'Alright then, that's great to hear, thank you Marinette that makes me feel better.'
He ran into the water, leaving Marinette behind. Marinette put off her clothes and ran to the water. They had much fun in the water, until they people panicking. They looked around but didn't see anything. Then suddenly a girl came from the water, she stood in a whirlpool but it didn't seem to bother her. Marinette and Adrien ran out of the water, followed to Alya and Nino. Marinette walked to a wall. 'Tikki spots on!' She said and she transformed into Ladybug. She ran back to the water, seeing the Whirlpool taking Alya and Nino. Adrien ran to a place where no one could see him. 'Plagg claws out!' He said and he transformed into Cat Noir. He saw the same as Ladybug saw. He looked at Ladybug and she looked at him. 'We got to do something, now!' Ladybug said. Cat Noir had already jumped to the Whirlpool with his stick ready to attack, but he got a lot of water in his face and cats don't like water. Ladybug threw her yo-yo to Whirlpool and got her ankle. She pulled her yo-yo back, with Whirlpool. But before she could get to Whirlpool, Whirlpool created another whirlpool and escaped. 'Give me your miraculouses!' Whirlpool said. 'Never!' Cat Noir said. He kicked Whirlpool out of her whirlpool with his stick. She fell but he didn't hit the ground, she turned into water and went back to the Seine. 'Lucky Charm!' Ladybug used her superpower. She got a towel. She used her Lucky vision to see what she had to do. 'Cat Noir! Use your cataclysm on the water!' She yelled to Cat Noir. 'Cataclysm!' Cat Noir said, he ran to the water and hit it with his hand. Whirlpool was forced to leave the water and turn back into a human. She looked at Cat Noir. Ladybug saw her chance and jumped to Whirlpool, drying a part of her head. Because of that a diadem became visible. 'Cat noir! The diadem!' Cat Noir jumped to the girl and took her diadem. He threw the diadem to Ladybug. Ladybug broke it in two parts. The akuma left the object. 'Time to de-evilize!' Ladybug caught the akuma with her yo-yo and turned it back into a normal butterfly. 'Bye bye little butterfly.' She said when she released it. 'Miraculous Ladybug!' She said when she threw the towel in the air, turning everything back to normal. 'Pound it!' Ladybug and Cat Noir fist bumped. Alya and Nino appeared in front of them. 'Ladybug! Can I ask you a question please!?' Alya asked her. 'I think I do have time for one question.' Ladybug answered. 'How is it to work with Cat Noir?' Alya asked, filming everything with her phone. 'Well sometimes it's great, but sometimes he can be really irritating.' She answered with a smile. Cat Noir seemed to agree with that. Ladybug walked to the girl and gave her her diadem back. 'Bug out!' She said when she threw her yo-yo and disappeared. She turned back into Marinette and ran to Alya and Nino. Cat Noir used his stick to get away, he transformed into Adrien and walked back to Alya and Nino. 'Where is Adrien?' Marinette asked Nino and Alya. But when she saw the smile on Alya's face she knew that he stood right behind her. She turned around with a head as red as a tomato. And she just stood there, she didn't say anything. She waited until Adrien began to talk. 'I'm glad everyone is alright!' He said. Marinette nodded to avoid her stuttering. They all went back to their homes and before Marinette had time to say goodnight to Tikki, she had already fallen asleep on her bed.
