Question: Where is the Hoenn Dexter Base?

This thing hurts my brain. Do not ask Emerald. He will tell you Hoenn or he'll name their other bases.

But their main base, with the help of some very certain StoryTellers, have unmasked the location.

Apparently something happened and it is a combination of houses in Littleroot Town. And no, it's not like what you're thinking. What I mean is that a bunch of houses combined to make the base.

I haven't been in Littleroot Town to know what's up with the town, but there you go.
