Question: What is up with Blue's hatred towards certain Dexters?

Ok-

At first, I thought it was because she only trusted her Waves or her fellow Senior friends. However, that was not the case after I read a bunch of scripts and talked to the actor of our dear Wave Senior.

Apparently, Blue doesn't hate them at all, an example to show is that she has a hard time keeping a laugh down when Onyx goes on a rant that was about making fun of his dear rival and another being when she cares for Cedar after a Crepe struck an extreme power source into him. I actually learned that instead of hating these individuals, she actually simply doesn't like how she has a hard time getting angry at her allies for if they do something stupid (We'll use Gold as an example because I can't think of anyone else).

So instead, she decided to use a few Juniors to practice. It was hard, but she actually can use that practice for when she really has to hit enemies as well.

Apparently, Onyx is actually very hard for her to maintain this practice as he's actions, while small and rare, always get her laughing and having to quit early. According to many sources, Onyx is the hardest while people like Purple make it easy.

I found this clip of her explaining this to Cedar and another with Onyx.

Cedar woke up to Blue gently combing a hand through his hair. Everything hurt as he spoke.

"Senior Blue...?" She smiled as he rolled onto his back. "What are you doing here...?"

"I... want to come clean with you?" He raised an eyebrow before gently purring against her hand.

"With what?"

"I don't actually hate you." He blinked as he slowly sat up. "I just did that for practice so that I did restrain myself or force someone else to do the punishment for something stupid." He blinked a little as he met her eye.

"So... all that was just to help...?"

"Yeah... I don't hate any of the Dexters. I just... can't bring myself to do damage to you guys if something like manipulation hits. Which is one of the many reasons why I did it. I'm sorry you had to get hurt because of it." He blinked before lying down.

"It's ok... at least you're honest..." He then paused before he got curled up in the blankets. She gave a mischievous smile before tugging at the blankets.

"No you don't. Time to get up and make Lapis eat." A whine escaped the Covenant as he buried himself in the blanket. "If I can get Silver up, you are not a challenge. Come on." He gave a playful growl before pulling at her grip. She giggled at that.

The look was what started it.

They were going to go talk to Onyx, or in Blue's case, find something to yell at him for, when they heard some kind of riot of sorts.

"Dude, you're pathetic! Get a real job!"

Onyx, who seemed to be the target of the comment and clearly knew they were there, turned and gave this look of sheer disappointment. Blue had to hold her tongue to not burst out laughing. It got worse with his comment.

"Oh? And what? You have a job? Where?"

Nothing could stop Blue as she lost it. The others gave her a confused look as someone fired a complaint from the other side.

"You don't have one at all!"

"At least I'm more liked." Blue grabbed her mouth as he continued. "And if I think about it, I have a better reputation than all of you and all I did was steal and return. You all are lazy jerks that need to go back to living in your mom's basement." Blue was torn down by laughter once more.

"I hate him for that..." The fact that no one had an argument was the best part. He shrugged as he did a 180.

"I rest my case. Go find something to really do with your lives."

He then went over as Blue grabbed her breath and pulled herself together. It took all of her strength before she finally spoke.

"Why me?!" He shrugged as she growled. "I can't keep an act around you."

"I wasn't trying. So, who wants food? I heard they got a grill up and running down the street. And yes, the jokes were already made."

Yeah... Blue lost it as he turned back around to start for the place.

See? She doesn't hate them. She just doesn't want to be the one that has to get sidelined because of it.
