The Aimer Festival- actually... lemme explain what an Aimer is.

An Aimer is a sorta blessed person that was granted an almost god-like sight. Once turned on, they can see through walls and... really anything. But it gets better when they hold a weapon... like a gun. They can use that sight to accurately hit their target.

There are 5 originals and 1 copycat. They go as follows;

Red: Owner of Headshot and Facestain
Kinda: Former owner of Limbdent and Shoulderbender
Ella: Owner of Minorjoint and Majorjoint
Connor: Owner of Neckcut and Lowermain
#5: Owner of Spinesnapper and Cageshatter

Red Flame: Owner of the Fake Headshot

They can do more with their Aimer Sight, but that's all I have. I'll try to get more later if you want.

Now for the festival.

This is for the 5 original Aimers. No other Aimers can take part.

Basically, it is a worldwide event where the original Aimers go around the world and show their skills with their guns. They are to bring their guns and their paperwork with it.

They are then to present and have fun. The festival is all about them.

As for why he has to tell his mom...

She's an Aimer. But because she lost her title of Excellente to Red, she also lost her chances of being with her guns. But since she's part of the original group of Aimers, Red has to alert her of the festival.
