Karan was about to change the topic to lighten the mood, but when he saw Tejasswi's distress, he hesitated. His heart sank seeing her in tears.

Karan (softly): "Ladoo, shayad..."

Tejasswi (interrupting gently): "Nahi, sunny....kavu ko sach pata hona chahiye na...hamari beti samajdar hai..samaj jayegi....yaha rehena hai toh sab sach pata ho toh hi acha hai na"

Karan nodded, realizing she was right. He stepped back, letting Tejasswi take the lead. Taking a deep breath, she started sharing.

Tejasswi (sitting with Kavya, her voice shaking a bit): "Betu, kuch saal pehle  mai aur aapke papa ghumne gaye the..family ke sath..vaha  ek truck na mujse takrane wala tha..mera dhayan nhi tha par aapke papa ka dhayan hamesha muj pe reheta tha toh unhone dekha aur muje bacha liya par muje bachapne ke chakkar mai unka accident ho gaye......vo bohot seriously injured the aur isiliye unki behene, i mean aapke dono bua muje pasand nhi karte....g..galti..meri hi thi..muje careful rehena chahiye tha..agar uss time sunny ko kuch ho.....( she could not even compelte it)

Kavya listened closely, confusion and concern on her face. She glanced at Karan, looking for reassurance.

Kavya (with teary eyes): "Papa, sach mai ye sab hua tha?"

Karan felt a pang of regret as he knelt down and hugged her.

Karan : "h..ha..princess... "

Kavya clung to him, her little body shaking. Tejasswi watched, her heart aching, scared that Kavya might blame her now.

Kavya (crying): "Papa, mai rabji aur ganpati bappa ko thanku bolungi ki unhone aapko safe rakha....."

Kavya rushed to her mother, concern evident in her young face.

Kavya (hugging Tejasswi): "Mumma..aap roo kyu rahe ho?"

Tejasswi couldn't hold back her tears anymore. She looked at Kavya, feeling guilty.

Tejasswi (sobbing): "Kavya...a..aab tu bhi muje hate karegi na? m..meri hi galti hai...uss din mai careful reheti toh ye sab nhi hota"

Kavya looked confused.. Despite her young age, she was trying to comfort Tejasswi.

Kavya (innocently): "mumma...maine papa ko hu kiya kyuki mai dar gayi thi unka accident ka sun ke..iska ye matlab thodi na hota hai ki mai aapko hate akrungi...aagr kabhi aapki jagah mai hoti toh papa bhi mere liye vahi karte...toh kya aap muje hate karti? nhi na...toh mai aapko hate kyu karungi

Tejasswi was surprised by Kavya's maturity. Karan, who had been silent, looked at Kavya with admiration.

tejasswi : " sach mai betu..tu bohot samajdar hai....shayad hum dono ki samajdari tuj mai 100 % aayi hai " ( chcukles)

Kavya hugged her mother tighter, giving her comfort. Tejasswi felt relieved and pulled Kavya even closer, grateful for her daughter's understanding.

Karan (a bit annoyed): "princess  itni choti hai, phir bhi samajh gayi ki jo bhi hua, usmai ladoo ki galti nhi hai  Lekin Reva aur Shilpa ke liye yeh samajhna mushkil hai. Unhe samajhna chahiye ki jo kuch hua, usmein Teju ki koi galti nahi thi."

Kavya, sensing the tension, looked up at Karan with a small smile, trying to lighten things up.

Kavya (cheekily): "Papa, unki baat  bhi sahi isliye hai kyunki woh aapse bohot pyaar karti hain. Jaise Mumma Pratik mamu ko pyaar karti hain."

The room fell silent for a moment as everyone absorbed Kavya's words. Karan's frustration eased, and he looked at her proudly.

Karan: "Princess...aap toh sach mai bohot badi badi baate karte ho..aur bohot smart bhi ho"

Kavya (grinning): "Main toh hamesha se hi smart  hoon! Jaise Reyansh kehta hai, 'I am smart.' Aare Mumma, Reyansh ko call karke bata do ki hum yahan hai aur US nhi gaye!"

karan: " uss..reyansh ke bache ke toh" 

kavya went in the passenger seat  engrossed in Tejasswi's phone is about to call Reyansh where as Tejran are sitting at back seat 

tejasswi : " thnaku sunny..tumne kuch idea lagake hume rok liya..sach kahu toh mera maan hi nhi tha jane ka US vapis" 

karan: " acha? muje laga tumhe zyada jaldi thi...."

tejasswi : " huh??"

karan:" manik se bolke tickets book karwa liya and then muje dinner pe indirectly bana rahi thi ye sab tum....kay yaar ladoo..kyu achanak ye idea tere dimag mai aaya? "

tejasswi : " mai bas tumhe aur tensed nhi dekh sakti thi sunny...i know tum mere aur apani fmaily ke beech phas jate ho" 

karan held teju close

karan: " ladoo..jitni meri fmaily vo hai utni tu aur kavu bhi hai..." 

both sat close

tejasswi: "Kavya  mere phone ke sath busy hai......... I think we should take advantage of this moment."

Karan raises an eyebrow, a playful smirk forming on his lips.

Karan : ' aur..vo kaise madam?"

Tejasswi bites her lip, feeling a rush of excitement. She leans in, whispering softly.

tejasswi : " shayad..thoda cozy time"

He moves slightly closer, their faces almost touching.

karan: "I love that idea."

As the car bumps along the road, Tejasswi reaches for Karan's hand, intertwining their fingers. The warmth of his hand sends shivers down her spine. She feels safe and cherished.

tejasswi : " i love u sunny"

karan: " i love u too ladoo"

Tejasswi blushes, feeling a mixture of love and happiness. Karan leans in closer, their foreheads almost touching.

At Reyansh's Side

manik and nandini were seeing their son who is being full devdas

manik: " ekta ma'am ko ye video bhej du kya? kya pata devdas 2 mai hamare bete ko cast kar le.." 

nandini: " manik...shut up..yaha vo sad hai aur tumhe mazak suj raha hai"

manik: " aare...5 saal ka toh hai vo...abhi se kya pyaar ho gaya isse ..." 

nandini: " pyaar umar dekh ke thodi na hoti hai..unexpected ways mai hi hoti hai..hamara bhul gaye? first meet? maine tumhe punch kiya tha..

manik: " ah..i guess hume hamare bete pe focus karna chhaiye"

nandini: "better" ( chuckling)

both went near reyansh

Reyansh (dramatically, pouting): " kavya  ke bina aab kuch acha nhi lag raha hai muje..i miss her..papa hum ka jayenge US usse milne? 

He said  hugging a toy that Kavya had given him. Manik and Nandini exchanged amused looks.

Manik (smirking ) : beta...pehele usse toh US pohochne de......uski flight take off hui hai just abhi....

Reyansh  : " bhagwanji..agar mera meri jaano ke liye pyaar sacha hai toh vo India chodh ke nhi jayegi...nhi jayegi vo " ( dramatically) 

nandini: " hey bhagwan....ye bhi na...itna drama" 

nandini's phone rang.............
