Tejasswi, Kavya, and Pratik arrived at Tejasswi's  home. 

tejasswi took Kavya's hand, offering her a reassuring smile.

Tejasswi: "Kavya, yeh hamara ghar hai. Tumhari nani aur nanu tumhara intezaar kar rahe hain."

Kavya's eyes widened with excitement and nervousness as they walked up the path to the front door. She had seen Tejasswi's parents, her nani and nanu, only through video calls, and now, seeing them in person was a big moment for her.

Tejasswi opened the door and called out, her voice filled with anticipation.

Tejasswi: " aai baba , hum aagaye hain!"

Tejasswi's mother and father appeared at the door, their faces lighting up with joy. They quickly moved to greet their daughter and granddaughter. 

t.m and t.d went near kavya

t.m: " kavya....video call pe pata hi nhi chala ki kitni badi ho gayi hai

t.d picked her up in his arms

t.d: " aap toh aapki mumma se bhi bohot pyaare ho.....

Kavya, still a bit shy, looked up at her nani and nanu. 

Tm: " kitna acha lag raha hai isse yaha dekh ke

 She pulled Kavya into a gentle hug, her voice choked with emotion.

Tejasswi's Mother: "kitni pyaari hai hamari Kavu....."

Tejasswi's Father: " bilkul choti teju ."

Kavya, now feeling more at ease, hugged her nani and nanu tightly. She looked up at them with a beaming smile, her initial nervousness replaced by joy.

tejasswi : " aai baba..mai bhi 6 saal baad aayi hu..mujse toh mil lo" 

pratik: " aee jeko...apani beti se toh mat jal" 

tejasswi : " see..i am not talking to u..chup kar tu

pratik: " tu chup kar..chapar chapar..

tejasswi: " baba..." 

t.d: " pratik..gup bas...."

teju hugged her parents

t.m: " finally aagayi tu..6 saal baad" 

tejaswi : " come on aai..aao toh gayi na...chill" 

t.m: tu hat...kavu..aaja..maine tere liye bohot kuch banaya hai...puran poli, misal pav, thali peet......"

tejasswi : " baapre aai...full form mai hai"

all laughed

Tejasswi and Kavya were relaxing in the cozy living room of Tejasswi's family home. The excitement of arriving in India and meeting her nani and nanu was still fresh in Kavya's mind, but her anticipation for seeing her papa was growing.

Kavya, sitting cross-legged on the plush sofa, turned to Tejasswi with a hopeful expression.

Kavya: "Mumma, Papa kab aayenge? muje laga papa peheli hi yaha honge"

Tejasswi gave Kavya a gentle, reassuring smile, though her own heart felt a twinge of sadness knowing the complexities ahead.

pratik: teju....jiju..sorry..i mean karan bhai aane wale hai yaha?"

tejasswi: Nhi pratik..paps ka daar hai na"

kavya: " papa nhi aayenge yaha?" (sadly)

Tejasswi: " betu, Papa humare saath Lonavala mein milenge. Wahan shaadi ke rituals  hai na...aur aapke BF papa ke best friend hai toh papa ko arrangements dekhne hai na."

Kavya's smile slowly faded as she processed the information. 

Kavya: (Sadly) "Toh aaj raat ko nahi aayenge?direct lonavala mai milenge vo?"

Tejasswi, seeing Kavya's downcast expression, crouched beside her and took her tiny hands in her own.

Tejasswi: "Haan, betu..par pls aaise sad mat ho...lonavala mai aap papa se mil lena..par yaad hai na..papa ko papa kehke mat bulana aur act karna ki vo aapke liye stranger hai."

Kavya's eyes began to well up with tears, and she looked away, trying to hide her disappointment.

Kavya: (Whispering) "Par mujhe toh unhe Papa kehna hai aur unhe hug karna hai..."

Tejasswi's heart ached at the sight of her daughter's sadness. She gently lifted Kavya's chin so that their eyes met.

Tejasswi: " dont worry kavu...aapke papa ke pass ek cheeze hai jo bohot useful hai.....

kavya: " dimag?? vo toh aap dono mai kam hai"(wispers) 

tejasswi : " kuch kaha?" (raised her eyebrows)

kavya nodded in no making pratik chuckle

tejasswi: " ha toh mai ye keh rahi thi ki..aapke papa ke pass karan neeti hai...and i am sure vo kuch toh plan kar hi lenge aapse milne ke liye"

kavya: " okay mumma"

The doorbell rang

Pratik, answered the door. A delivery boy stood there, holding several large boxes. Pratik took the boxes with a smile and brought them inside.

Pratik: "Yeh boxes Karan bhai ne bheje hain."
