Nya's POV

Everyone looks up at the screen in suspense.

"People of Ninjago, the footage we are about to show you is of your one and only Harumi, who has put every elemental master through hell, but mostly Lloyd. I hope you guys can see that we're not the ones you should be afraid of, but her," Zane tells everyone. Then, the screen switches to Lloyd and Juliet sitting in front of the fountain in the facility we were held in, holding their backpacks. It's from the day we were trying to escape.

"Juliet, I have to tell you something," Lloyd says, seemingly impulsively. She looks over.

"What's up, Lloyd?" she asks him.

"I really thought I liked Harumi, like that I like liked her, but I didn't. It took you for me to notice that," he admits. "We've had real conversations, and you've made me genuinely enjoy hanging out with you. I really, really like you Juliet."

"Lloyd, I really, really like you too," she tells him. The two of them sit there smiling at each other and talking before they get interrupted.

"Lloyd!" Harumi cheers as she walks up, four guards on her flank. Lloyd's heart visibly drops when he sees her.

"Harumi, what are you doing here?" he asks her nervously. Juliet's face looks deathly pale.

"In all that time searching for a husband, I could never find anyone. I wondered why, but then I realized something. The only boy I've ever loved was locked up in here," she tells him in a sweet voice, walking closer to him. "I talked to my parents Lloyd. They'll let you out to rule beside me!"

"I don't want to," he tells her. She looks dumbfounded.

"What?" she snaps, confused.

"I don't want to be with you Harumi. I'd rather rot in here for the rest of my life," he spits at her. Her face turns furious, and she faces Juliet.

"This is your fault! What did you do to my Lloyd?" she yells at her, pointing. Suddenly, there is a bright flash in the distance, followed by a series of other bright flashes. It catches Harumi's attention, and her face drops with fear.

"Restrain them!" she commands, and her guards hold both Juliet and Lloyd back. They fight back. Suddenly, the flashes stop. Harumi smirks. One of the guards listens to his earpiece.

"Your highness, he doesn't have the key," he tells her. Her eyes widen.

"What?" she snaps.

"They searched him. His cuff is off, but he has no key with him. The girl must have it," he tells Harumi calmly. Harumi, on the other hand, is nowhere near calm.

"Did Tox say where she would be? Or where Skylor would be?" Harumi fumes.

"No, your highness," he tries to stay calm.

"Damn it!" she screams. "If Skylor gets that key, we lose! Simple as that."

"We could send men to find the girl," one of the guards suggests, but Harumi shakes her head.

"That's too improbable," she declares. Another large flash in the distance occurs. "We have to use plan Z." The guards look weary.

"Are you sure?" they question. She nods.

"Just leave Lloyd here," she commands. The guard nods, and he whispers something into his ear piece. Lloyd starts to squirm around more.

"Let me go!" he yells, kicking his feet.

"Oh Lloyd, don't worry," she walks up to him. "You'll be happier this way. We can be together now." There's a large red light that spreads across the whole place. As the light goes over them, Lloyd looks over at Juliet. Once the light hits them, Juliet fades out of sight, and the guards holding her come to restrain Lloyd more.

"What the hell did you do!" Lloyd screams at her, but Harumi just laughs.

The video cuts back to Zane. I look at the Harumi here, and she is furious.

"Make this stop!" she stomps the ground, but no one listens to her.

"This clip is after she took Lloyd against his will and held him captive at the palace," PIXAL gives context before the next video starts. It cuts to the image of Lloyd chained up in a dimly lit room. Everyone here gasps.

"Oh Lloyd," Harumi walks in, her hair tied into a high ponytail. "How is my fiancé doing?"

"Terrible," he spits at her. She laughs, walking up and pressing a kiss to his cheek, which he tries to avoid.

"You look terrible. You need some food, but I can't give it to you until you agree to stand by my side," she tells him, her face hovering over his.

"Never," he grits. She sighs and stands up straight. "Don't you think your people find it a but suspicious that your future husband hasn't been seen by anyone at all?"

"Nope. I said that you're adjusting, and that you'll make your first public appearance tonight," Harumi informs him, and he just snickers.

"You're insane if you think for a second I'll go anywhere with a total psychopath," he informs her. She smirks at him.

"I know you think that, so I brought help," she gestures to the doorway. Two guards come in with a sad looking Neuro in between them.

"I weakened him like you said," Harumi informs Neuro. He nods.

"And if I do this for you, you'll let me free and leave my family and the other elemental masters out of this?" he asks. Harumi nods. "I'm so sorry Lloyd." Lloyd tries to escape, but he's still chained down. "What do you want me to do?"

"I need you to convince him that he loves me. I'm the love of his life, and he's head over heels for me. He'll do whatever I ask because he loves me so much. He'll only use his elemental powers if I ask him to. He hates other elemental masters because they won't see that this is the life he wants," Harumi plays with Lloyd's hair. He looks petrified.

"You can't do that. Can you?" Lloyd asks Neuro. He has a look of sadness on his face.

"I'm so sorry Lloyd. It's to protect my family and your friends," he sighs. He takes a step forward and puts his hands on both sides of Lloyd's head.

"Please no," I beg. Neuro ignores Lloyd, furrowing his brow. Lloyd lets out a loud scream, looking tortured. That continues until he passes out.

"I did what you requested," Neuro tells Harumi, who stands above Lloyd.

"Guards, take him," she orders, and they inject Neuro with something makes him pass out. "We can't have him escaping if we need him later." They carry Neuro off, and Harumi gives Lloyd a kiss.

The screen cuts back to Zane and PIXAL.

"And now, we'll leave the rest of the explaining to someone else," they cut the camera back to here. Everyone is silent. Harumi looks flustered, and Lloyd looks hurt, tears welling in his eyes.

"How could you?" this brainwashed Lloyd looks at her with pain before turning to Juliet. "Fix me, please." Juliet walks towards him, and Harumi goes to stop her, but Cole holds her back.

"I love you Lloyd. This will be a temporary fix, but then we can get Neuro to fix it for good," she informs him, holding his head in between her hands just like Neuro did. She places her head against his and closes her eyes, and he does the same. After a minute, she raises her head up and removes her hands. Lloyd opens his eyes and gives her a giant hug.

"Hey, you're missing your glasses," he smiles at her, which makes her give a teary happy laugh.

"Contacts, they're terrible," she tells him. He smiles and presses a kiss to her cheek before walking in front of Harumi.

"You're a psychopath. I'm never going to deny that. You wanted to bring back Lord Garmadon," once he says that, everyone gasps. "You wanted us to have a child so you could take their blood to bring him back. You sicken me."

"Thank you, Lloyd," an old voice says. I turn my head, and see Wu walking into the room with a bamboo staff. "Dear everyone in Ninjago," Wu faces the camera,"The royal family has been lying to you all this entire time. The emperor isn't a descendant of the First Spinjitzu Master. He's not Garmadon's brother. Garmadon's brother was also an elemental master, the master of creation as opposed to the master of destruction. He's been locked up for the past 18 years. I am that brother, and here's my birth certificate as proof," he lifts up his birth certificate. "However, I will not be taking the throne. That role will go to Garmadon's only child, one that he had before he turned to darkness, Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon." Everyone audibly gasps. Lloyd walks over to his uncle and gives him a hug. "The fake royal family will be detained for the rest of their lives for their actions, and the true royal family will take action immediately. Thank you."

The screen goes blank, and everyone in the venue is silent. I look over, and Skylor is conscious now. Kai is holding onto her. The guards take Harumi, putting her in handcuffs. Lloyd stays over with his uncle, talking quietly. Juliet goes over to them, and Lloyd wraps an arm around her.

"Here you go Lloyd," Wu hands Lloyd a cup, "this erases any elemental hold on your system." Lloyd drinks it, and looks fully back to the old Lloyd.

"Harumi!" I chase after the guards who are dragging her away, eventually catching up. "Where is Jay?"

"Like I'd tell you," she spits at me. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Lloyd come over.

"Where is he, Harumi?" Lloyd demands. She sighs.

"I'll tell you for one last kiss," she winks at him.

"Harumi," Lloyd deadpans.

"The lighthouse prison that's miles off shore, you're no fun," she answers, continuing to get dragged off. I head over to Kai and Skylor, who also are talking with another man who is hugging Skylor.

"You're so big now," the man says with tears in his eyes. After looking close, I recognize him as Chen, Skylor's dad. When Kai sees me, he runs over to me, giving me a huge hug.

"Oh I missed you, Nya. I was so worried," he tells me, not letting go of his grip. "I see you got your powers."

"I missed you more. By any chance, can we use one of those helicopters you came on?" I ask. He looks at Chen who nods.

Cole, Kai, Skylor, and Chen all ride in the helicopter with me. Chen wants to be with his daughter, so he tagged along. Lloyd and Juliet stayed back to help clean up. When we finally see the tower, and my heart starts racing. We land on the rocks at the bottom of the island.

"We'll stay here. You can go get him Nya," Cole tells me. The others all nod. I get out of the helicopter and run up the stairs, my legs tired at the end. With joy, I knock on the door. About a minute later, a tired looking Jay opens the door. When he sees me, his face lights up. I throw my arms around him automatically. "We won Jay, we won. Harumi's gone. We're free." I look up at him, and he has tears in those blue eyes that I adore. Going up on my tip toes, I give him a kiss, wrapping my arms around the back of his neck. He places his hands on my hips, pulling me closer.

"You're telling me you guys were able to kick Harumi out of power?" he asks after the kiss. I nod.

"Plus, I got my powers," I tell him, and his face lights up.

"Show me, I'm so proud of you," he smiles as I make a little sphere off water in my hand.

"Now, we should get back to Ninjago. We finally have a home there."
