So in the year 3010 humans have reinstated animal and DNA testing. Humanity has now created mutant creatures out of the DNA of other animals, these mutants or DBWs  (Deadly Bio Weapons) are kept in a facility that located in Madagascar. And it's in this facility where they are tested and experimented on, not to mention treated poorly. These creatures are believed not to have feelings or emotions, but that's not true and still humanity doesn't bat a eye at this.
