I was sitting alone on the beach, wondering what Leo was doing, if he was okay and well, just thinking about Leo. I looked down at the sand with a furrowed brow and sighed. I was soon interrupted by a blinding flash of golden light that caused me to turn away with a hand on my eyes. The light faded to reveal a slim man with salt and pepper hair and a mischievous smile. He was holding a large staff with two intertwined snakes which I knew ad George and Martha.

"Lord Hermes," I managed, "To what do I owe this honor?" I asked the god. He grinned and pulled out a large leather case.

"The gods have allowed me to give you a bit of insight to the outside world before Leo can rescue you." He replied. I was taken aback, they were actually letting me do that!? I opened my mouth but no words came out. His grin grew wider as he unzipped the pack and pulled out a strange flat contraption.

"That's it?" I wondered aloud, then blushed in embarrassment.

"It's called a laptop. It's a type of computer." He said simply, not seeming to mind. I just stared at him weirdly.

What the Hades is a computer?

He opened it and pressed a small button with an omega on it. I jumped a bit as a picture appeared on the screen.

"Holy Tethys!" I exclaimed and watched with wide as as the picture changed. I made out the words Loading in the middle.

"You have much to learn young padawan." Sighed Hermes.

"What?"

"It's a reference." He said, "Now, let's get to your cave eh?" I didn't have much of a choice because we disappeared in a puff of yellow smoke and ended up in my cave. I doubled over for a second, overcome with nausea. Hermes pointed at the floor near my loom and more smoke appeared. When it cleared sitting there was a reddish brown table, which he told me was a desk, beside the desk was a bronze box with random holes in it. Hr grabbed a black rope and connected it to the box, then attached the other end to the laptop.

"Now," He said turning back toward me, "You have much to learn."
