Seira's pov****

"Ughh...." I groaned, waking up groggily to the sound of.... Something.

You know that little noise you hear when Cowboys walk? Like the sound of chains dropping! Yeah that!

I groggily open my eyes and regretted it soon after.

Two large skeleton looking things wearing armor and holding swords were poking me with the tip of said swords.

My eyes widened as one of them let out a battle cry and swung it's sword at me.

I screamed and moved out of the way and made a run for it.

"Oh great way to start out the day! I wake up and I see two skeletons. And they attack me!JUST PERFECT!"

I tripped on a root and face planted the floor.

Out of all the things that could have happened it had to be that!

Well it could be worse, I mean I could be dead.

Again the skeletons ran after me, along with some weird looking pink pigs with bows and arrows..

Bows and arrows.

"Shit...." I got up and ran as best as I could with my hurt ankle and managed to reach a river bank.

I was debating on jumping but that would be suicide since the current is way too strong.

I could hear the monsters getting closer.

I sighed, "down stream it is." I was going to run alongside the river when searing pain spread along my left shoulder blade. one of the arrows shot by the pig looking things had hit me. And I fell straight into the river.

I couldn't move, I couldn't swim.

I felt the water clawing at my throat and a searing pain all over my body. I grabbed all the courage I had left and pulled the arrow out of my shoulder and let it be dragged from the current.

I couldn't take it anymore, I was weak, and my throat burned from allowing all that water into my lungs.

So this is what drowning feels like..

Anna's pov****

"Miss Anna it's time for you to wake up now, the princess wouldn't be happy if you missed breakfast with her."

I yawned and opened my eyes. I was met with a Girl, not much younger than me, with long brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a maid uniform smiling at me.

I liked her instantly. "What's your name?"

Her smile turned into a blush of embarrassment, "m-my name is Sonya"

I smiled, "nice to meet you Sonya my name is Anna.^-^"

She smiled, "I know milady, the princess assigned me to be your personal maid."

I looked at her with a "uh what now?" Look.

I sighed, I knew this would happen, I told Zelda to not treat me like royalty while I was here..

Why does she have to do this ;~;

"Ok listen I don't need a personal maid but I'm happy with a new friend."

She smiled, "but mi-"

I frowned and threw a pillow at her playfully, "and call me Anna!"

She giggled and grabbed the pillow and placed it on my bed, "well what outfit will you be wearing today? Would you like blue or-"

"Blue!" I laughed not letting her finish the question.

Sonya brought a floor length dress out of the wardrobe.

It was gorgeous in my opinion, it was black and blue with black designs in the middle area. It looked Kind of like the dresses you would see in elvish movies, like lord of the rings.

It also has a hood which made it look mysterious.

I loved it.

"Do you think she would mind if I wear this?"

Sonya laughed, "they're yours,"

I looked at her, "you're lying!"

"No, she said you loved to always look fashionable so she got you a whole bunch of stuff last night."

I groaned, "Zelda you are spoiling me!"

I laughed and put on the beautiful dress and sat down so Sonya could do my hair.

"Your ears are weird. They aren't like ours."

I smirked, "that's because I'm not from here."

We both laughed and Sonya finished braiding my hair in an elvish fashion.

"Well looks like I'm done! Tha-"

"You aren't finished yet!"

I groaned, "there's more?!"

She smiled, "you need shoes and accessories!"

My eyes widened, "are you serious?!"

She laughed pulling out a pair of black and blue flats. Along with a matching headpiece and necklace.

Zelda will get an earful after this.

Once I was done I looked in the full body and stared in wonder.

I looked like I came straight out of the lord of the rings movie. And I wasn't wearing any makeup!

"You look gorgeous Anna."

I smiled, "thanks, now let's go get something to eat shall we?"

Sonya laughed and escorted me to the dining hall.

Seira's pov*****

I felt something nudged my face and I opened my eyes.

I looked at a school of brightly colored fish. I smiled, and looked up.

I seemed to be at the bottom of a lake.

How am I not dead?

Another thing crossed my mind.

How was I breathing?

I sat up and looked at myself, and that's when I saw it.

Violet hued skin replaced my human skin. I touched it. It's textured felt like wet velvet, like the skin of a sting ray. From my waist down, a violet scaled tail took my legs place. Scales of a variety of violet  hues, covered the tail.

My hair, no longer short, flowed like waves around me.  Two fins traveled down my hips to what would be my knees. And another dorsal fin, adorned my back from the nape of my neck to my lower back. All three resembling the flowing fins of a beta fish.

"damn... Zaida was right."

I was a freaking mermaid..

I flicked my tail and slightly moved.

I smiled. Let's have some fun shall we?

I swam upward and the sped as fast as I could, shooting out of the lake the way a dolphin would and then fell back in.

I surfaced again. And laughed. "How awesome is this!"

I brought my tail back out of the water and smiled.

This is so awesome!
