Shisui POV

I was surprised when I felt the surge of yang chakra course through me, but I didn't hesitate. I flung myself in front of Itachi, taking the Kunai head on. I didn't think of how It could fly through me, the only thing I was thinking was 'Don'tPanicItWonthelpSaveHIM!'

I felt the weapon drill through my chest. Pain flashed through me, but no blood spewed out. I quickly pulled out the Kunai and turned to Itachi to see if he had any wounds. When I saw that he didn't, I gave him a smile and was shocked to see his eyes widen. 'He can see me!'

I want to sob in relief, want to grab Itachi and not let go. But the yang chakra was ebbing away. So I used the Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker) Shisui style. I cut down each enemy quickly, barely hesitating long enough to confirm their death before Flickering tot he next victim. 'No one hurts Itachi!' When they are all cut down I walk back to Itachi, kneeling in front of him.

He is staring at me blankly. "Itachi," I say and tears well up in his eyes. "You scared me! Don't allow yourself to be distracted like that!" I'm scolding him. The first thing I do when he sees me again is scold him.

"Shisui..." he sobs, and I hate seeing him cry, hate it more than everything. I press my lips to his, hearing him gasp in surprise. And then suddenly me yang chakra I draining fast, so I pull away. I say. "I'm sorry 'Tachi. You've had to suffer so much because I wasn't strong enough. I never left you though. Remember? I'll always be with you."

His eyes fog over before focusing sharply. "Don't go!"

"Don't worry," I say softly. "I'm still here even if you can't see me. Remember I love you." I smile as I hear him say,

"... love you too." He is blushing and it's adorable how embarrassed he seems. He turns and we continue with the mission, encountering no more problems. When we get back to the hideout I scream into Peins ear about the mission. He can't hear me but those eyes are creepy. It's like they see me and all my secrets. Before we leave I kick him in the balls. "You are a terrible boss!"

I swear his eyes widen for a second. Yep he can see me.
