Preeti's POV

"Open your eyes" He whispered in my ear slowly holding my waist.

"Varun!" I opened my eyes looking at my Varun who is standing in front of me.

He is the one whom I collided with.I hugged him without bothering about surroundings.

"Preeti"He shouted taking away my hands.Now what happened to him.I lifted my head and looked into his eyes.He is angry with me.Oh my god!Now what should I do to convince him?!I slowly stepped back releasing him from my hug.I stood there bowing my head a bit.

" Are you okay?!"He asked in a serious tone.

"Yes!"I cooed still looking at the floor.

" Sir!"I saw that Constable coming to us running.

"Where have you been?!" He shouted at him which frightened me for sure.

"Sir!I am sorry!" He lowered his head and stood there with a pale face looking at me asking me rescue him from his khadoos boss.

"Varun!"I tried to interrupt but Varun glared at me with his powerful furious eyes.

" Ahh...!"I stood there biting my lower lip.

"Give it to me" He forwarded his hand to Constable and he gave me him a spy can.

"You may go now"Varun looked at him and gestured him to leave.

" Varun!I am sorry!"I peeped into his face holding my ears.

"Come with me!" He said in a dangerous tone very calmly.

"Varun,Please" I didn't budge I am really afraid of him.I never saw him like this.His silence is killing me,His eyes are frightening me.I closed my eyes and took a deep breathe.

"Come!'He caught my hand and dragged me out to his car.He came here in civil dress in his personal car.May be he is coming to my house to meet my parents.I smiled inside.He is taking this relationship seriously.He loves me.I turned to his side and smiled madly.

" Stop drooling over me!"Varun said with out looking at me.

"Stupid!"I mumbled and looked away.

I engrossed myself in looking and appreciating the beauty of nature outside.I can't take my eyes off it.

" Hello!"Varun picked his phone for first ring itself.

I looked at him.He is least bother to have a glance at me.It hurts to see him ignoring me.For a moment I felt like old Preeti who was so naive and insecured.

"Sir,We found where he is!" He said smiling a bit.I felt really relieved to see him smiling.Now I hope I can convince him.

"What?!" He cut the call and asked me tried to sound harsh.

"I love you!'I smiled.He didn't say but I noticed Varun trying his best to surpass a smile trying to creep his lips.

"Love you!"I smiled again and chanting it like a hymn.

"Stop it yar"He chuckled.

" Oh my!"I laughed at his expression.

"Why did you follow him?Why did you go behind him all alone?Why didn't you say a single word to Constable."He asked me a bit  seriously

"I did it with out any thought" I said sincerely.

"How could you be so reckless?"He questioned me crouching his brows.

" I am sorry"I truly don't know what to say.I didn't think much.I followed him as such.I messaged Varun but what if I haven't defended him well.I shook my head and looked at Varun with a pale face.I got afraid of my own thought. I might have missed a life with my Varun.

What would he do without me?!I don't know.I have to admit I might have missed all the happiness.I frowned at myself for risking my live,our lives.

"Are you okay??" Varun's booming voice interrupted my stream of thoughts.

"Yes!" I nodded and looked away.

He caught my hand and kissed it.

"Love you, I can't imagine my life without you.Please don't do anything stupid which would seperate us.Actually I can't live without you.Please for God sake don't do stupid things."He said.

It was more like a warning.I nodded quietly as I don't want to hurt him by saying anything but I am happy for his words,his confession.These are the words which I am longing to hear from years.I felt I am complete, my life is complete.

Varun looked away.His face is so serious and I can see in his eyes that he is so hurt.

"Varun" I looked at him pouting trying to convince him.

"What?"He looked back with a small smile.

"I love you!"I winked and he smiled back pinching my cheeks.

I pinched his cheek and laughed aloud.

Finally I could draw him out from his sulky mood.He is smiling.I got relaxed and don't know when I fell asleep.

I took a quick nap for half an hour or so without my notice.I opened my eyes soon I felt someone shaking my shoulder.I looked around and saw our car stopped before my house.

"Oh my god!"I screamed.

I don't what will dad do if he sees me with Varun?

"What did you do Varun" I muttered

Varun snapped his finger on my face listening to my mutter.

" What?!"He waved his hand raising his brow.

"Why did you took me here?!" I asked gritting my teeth.

"You started to your home right?!Hence I brought you here.You may forget that but I can't" He smirked.

"Idiot!"I punched his shoulder.

"Thank you!"He smiled.

" Get down!"He opened the door.

"Hu...!" I got down holding my heart.

"Preeti" Anurag shouted from the door.

"Anurag!Please" Varun almost requested.

"You stay away from this.It's between us two brother and sister." He said gritting his teeth.

"Anurag" We heard dad coming to us shouting from inside.

We got freezed and stood there like rocks.

"Come in both of you" Dad asked us to come inside.He didn't try to look into my eyes.

He said as he shunned my presence.

Varun caught my wrist and patted it gently.
