"Where are you going?" Tony asked loudly from his spot on the couch

"Work," I replied quickly, correcting my ponytail.

"Have fun," Pepper told with a small smile from her spot next to Tony.

"Thanks Pepper!"

"Bye pizza girl!" Tony yelled as I left.

I'd been living at the tower for about two weeks and had had my daily life there. Well, there and at Devine Pizzas, that is.

The walk to Devine Pizzas was longer than from my old apartment, but still relatively short, meaning I was there after ten minutes.

"Hey Zack," I greeted as I walked in the back, quickly getting an overview of the situation.

He sent me a quick nod instead of answering as he was on the phone, scribbling down an order.

"And you want that delivered?" he asked with his customer voice.

"Okay, it'll be there in 45 minutes."

He placed the work phone back on the counter before starting on the dough.

"It's pretty quiet today," he informed; "Maybe you could refill the soda fridge or something?"

TONY

"What are we gonna do about it?" Steve asked Fury.

"Go check it out," Fury ordered; "We don't know how big a situation this is, so I'd like for you, Tony, Natasha and Clint to go."

We all nodded.

"And we need you to bring along Arabella. As... Backup, we'll call it. I want to see how she acts on a mission."

"Uh, she's actually at work," I added to the conversation, awkwardly holding up a finger.

"This is her work," Fury corrected; "Are you saying she's unable to do her job here? That means we have to consider her a threat," he warned.

"No, she'll be there," Natasha decided, sending me a silencing glance.

"Devine Pizzas, this is Arabella," Arabella replied immediately after I'd begun the call.

"We need you to come in," I told.

"Can't. I'm at work," she replied calmly; "Also, it's polite to introduce yourself when you call someone."

"Okay, hi Arabella, this is Tony Stark, we need you to come in," I repeated in a hiss.

"You have to order a pizza," She told.

"Fine!" I agreed; "We'd like a pizza, and we'd like you to deliver it. I'm sending you the address, okay?"

Natasha lifted her hand in a questioning manner, making me shrug.

"Thank you for placing your order at Devine Pizzas! Your order will be delivered in 45 minutes," she informed politely.

"Be here in 30," I ordered before hanging up. The others looked at me.

"She's on her way," I explained.

ARABELLA

"This place is kind of lame," I stated as we looked at the seemingly empty apartment building.

"We think it's a hiding spot for an organisation," Tony informed.

"Which?"

"We don't know," Natasha lied, clearly thinking I wouldn't see. I ignored it.

"How do we get in?" Clint asked.

No one answered, which made me impatient.

"We knock!"

"We can't just-" Natasha didn't get further in the sentence before I had already knocked on the door.

"Arabella!" Tony hissed nervously.

"Pizzaaa!" I yelled loudly.

I heard someone behind the door.

The door slowly opened, a creaking sound coming from it.

"We didn't order a pizza."

A man in a trench coat and a buzzcut stood on the other side, his hand still holding the door, ready to close it.

"Oh. Well, then I'll just eat it in the car," I said with a shrug before kicking it open, forcing him to step back.

"What the he-""Don't swear!" I lectured as I knocked him out with a single punch, the pizza still in my other hand.

I turned around to look at the group.

"You coming?"

"You can never defeat him," the guy hissed, his breathing heavy.

"Maybe not, but I'm kind of on the clock here," I informed, stepping down on his chest.

"Where is he?"

"How can you defeat a god?" he spat, a smile appearing on his lips. I crouched down next to him, a smile on my lips as well.

"With a goddess."

I watched his eyes widen in fear before I heard a noise behind me.

"Did you find som-" Steve's voice silenced when he saw the position I was in.

"What are you doing?" he asked quietly.

"Interrogation," I shrugged it off, still with my foot on the guys chest.

"Okay, well, you can let him go. We're gonna bring him back and interrogate him at the tower," Steve informed, looking cautiously between me and the guy.

"Come on, Arabella. There's a crew ready to bring the people we find back," Steve decided, taking a step back as I stepped towards him.

"Relax," I advised; "I'm just coming with you."

"Yeah," Steve muttered, walking out to the sunlight behind me. The entrance had been blocked off from the public and three extra cars had appeared to take the people home.

"How did it go?" Tony asked me happily, throwing an arm over my shoulder.

"Fine." I handed the pizza box to him; "12.50."

"I should get the friend discount," he claimed as he pulled out a wallet; "Or the 'I live with you rent free'-discount."

"Sadly, they don't offer those," I replied, looking at the money; "No tip?"

"Guys, we're heading back," Steve interrupted.

"Actually, I have to get back to work," I admitted, stepping away from Tony's arm over my shoulder.

"We have to interrogate the people," Steve told.

"Can't you do that without me?" I tried.

"No. You're coming with."

I sighed, but to no avail, and ended up in the back of the SHIELD transportation car. A bench was against both sides of the van, me on one side with Tony on my right, Arrow on my left. On the other side was Natasha and Steve.

"What happened back there," Steve began.

"You needed answers. I got them," I cut him off.

"No, you didn't," he corrected.

"And you didn't even not get answers right," Tony agreed. I looked at him with both eyebrows raised.

"Steve told me what you did."

"My job?"

"That's not your job," Natasha budded in.

"You're right... My job is delivering pizzas. Which, speaking of." I pointed awkwardly to the box still in my hand.

"We have to bring this up with Fury," Tony stated, looking between his team members.

"He wants us all to report back anyway." Natasha shrugged.

"Why did you do it?" Arrow asked me.

"Why shouldn't I? What's the problem?"

"That that man got injured!" Clint said loudly before taking a deep breath; "We don't hurt people."

"But I'm not one of you," I argued, looking him directly in the eyes.

"It's either one of us or a threat to us," Steve warned.
