IV
"Devine Pizza, what can I - oh god, it's you again," I cried out in annoyance when I saw Tony Stark's curiously eye the little shop.
"Why are you here?"
"To order a pizza," he said, nonchalantly shrugging. I raised my eyebrows.
"And to see my favourite pizza girl, of course," he added with a grin. I picked up the cloth and started wiping the counter off. Tony looked at me for a few seconds.
"We tried ordering pizza, you didn't come," he mentioned.
"No, Zack did," I agreed.
"So, you'll deliver next time we order?" He questioned me.
"Probably not," I admitted, looking him in the eyes.
"Why not?"
"Because I'm not here to get incolved in those kind of things. I'm being... human, you know?" I tried explaining.
"This is a once in a lifetime opportunity," Tony reminded me.
"Once in a human life time," I corrected.
"Well, we don't get much more than that."
I took a deep breath.
"Sorry, Tony. But hey, Zack was so excited about delivering to you, so that's good."
"I just need you to come one last time," Tony asked.
"Why?"
"We need to know more about you. Natasha went to fury, and if one of us don't report he'll track you down," Tony warned, walking along the side of the counter as I wiped it off.
"Tell him good luck with that," I muttered.
"He can track any human on earth down," Tony told. I scoffed, not being intimidated as I didn't go under than description.
"At least give me your name," Tony said with a sigh. I looked at him, completely silent.
"Arabella," I then decided.
"Peculiar name," he commented. I shrugged.
"I like it," I replied calmly.
"Come over tonight, Arabella," Tony offered; "we'll get something else than pizza."
"How uncharacteristic," I commented; "and I can't."
"Why not?"
"Family dinner night."
"Family?"
"My brother," I added.
"You have a brother?"
"Yes."
"Does he do archery too?" Tony questioned curiously.
"Hasn't missed his goal as much as once," I informed before freezing in my actions; "what are you really doing here, Tony?"
"I'm gonna be in big trouble for calling you in if you don't come see Fury," he admitted quietly. I sighed deeply.
"I'll come see Fury. No more."
"Perfect! Tonight?"
"Family night," I reminded him before sighing.
"Tomorrow."
Have anyone guessed 'Arabella's identity yet? I've given a few hints through the first few chapters, but I don't know if you noticed hehe
