Ford paced around his lab. What was taking Dipper so long? The boy had left a moment ago to talk to Mabel and still hadn't returned! It had already been half an hour.

He remembered the twins arguing and worried Dipper lost control. The last thing he heard was Dipper yelling, then slisnce.

He immediately ran out of the basement to see if he was still out there.

But, Ford was hit with a terrible sight. His great niece was on the ground unmoving. She had a burn mark on her head.

And worst of all...Dipper was gone, no where to be found. Ford took a shakey breath...

"Oh no..."

*Cue theme song*

"Stanley, everyone get in here, now!" Ford shouted desperately. He glanced at Mabel.

"Sheesh Poindexter, what's with all the yellin'-Mabel!" Stan yelled running over to her.

Will ran in looking terrified. "What's the matter!" "Oh!" He yelled as soon as he say the girl.

"My shooting star!" "What's happened to her?" "Is she d-dead?" Will sobbed.

Ford knelt by her checking her pulse. He almost cried with joy when he felt a weak pulse. Mabel was alive!

"She's alive!" "S-She's breathing!" Ford assured in relief he held the uncouncious girl tight.

"What happened?" Stan demanded glaring at Ford. The scientist sighed.

"Alright, everyone sit down...there's something I need to tell you that I should have told you months ago."

"When Dipper was taken by Bill, he was injected with demon blood." "Dipper is half demon." "He also has some...side affects."

Ford finally revealed everything. He prepared himself for the yelling of Stan.

"Wait...Dipper is half demon?" "And you knew about this!?" Stan yelled.

Ford nodded miserably. "Yes, Stanley." "I've known for months and so has Dipper." "He didn't tell because he was afraid he would hurt you and that you all would hate him."

"Why would he think that?" Soos questioned. "Even if he did hurt us, we wouldn't hate him!"

"Alas, Dipper doesn't know that." "He was terrified to be around any of you, he freaked when he accidently burned me."

"So he was scared that we would hate him?" Stan asked coldly. He hated Bill so much right now!

The scientist nodded grimly. "Yes, I'm afraid so...he was really paranoid you'd all hate him.

"We would never do that!" Wendy replied in shock. She looked at Ford hesitantly.

"What were the side affects?" She asked in slight fear of what he with say.

"Whenever Dipper becomes upset or angry, fire shoots from his wrists and his forehead burns."

"So that's why he's been acting so weird!" "So Bill is responsible for this?!" "He took control of Dipper to turn him against us?"

Will was infuriated and turned a deep red color. He couldn't believe his selfish brother had put the poor boy through that!"

"Yes, he did." "He corrupted Dipper's mind and made him so angry, he couldn't control it." "I had to help him and he didn't want to hurt any if you."

"Poor Dipper...but what about Mabel?" "Is she going to be ok?" Will asked tearfully.

"She should be, I think Dipper became so angry he must have hit Mabel with his fire..." Ford sighed.

"But he didn't mean to!" Stan yelled. He was furious. Not at Dipper or his twin, but at Bill.

If he ever saw that dorito again he would personally beat him down! No one hurts his family!

"Will she always have that mark on her head?" Soos asked. Ford nodded. "From the fire."

Mabel was still asleep but alive. "Will she ever wake up?" Will asked.

"Yes, in a few hours but she might have head pain and will be confused." "We will have to tell her about Dipper."

"Where is Dipper?" Wendy questioned. Ford knew he must have run off.

"I suspect he's run away, he doesn't know Mabel is alive and worst of all, Bill is coming back." Ford said grimly.

"Oh no!" Melody cried. "We have to go find him!" She didn't want him to get hurt.

Ford placed a hand to his forehead. "This is all my fault, I shouldn't have let him leave my lab!"

"Don't worry, Mabel will be fine and Dipper, we will find him." "Everything will be ok."  Stan assured.

Ford sighed. "Right Lee, we need to get Dipper back even if it kills us."

"And we will, C'mon let's get Mabel to bed and let her rest, she's hurt." Stan encouraged.

Ford nodded. "Right, Wendy and Will...why don't you stay here for the night?"

"When will she wake up?" Will asked softly. Ford looked down at the sleeping girl.

"I don't know..."
