Ecstasy and Bitch

Rose POV

I fluttered open my eyes and yawned loudly, rolling on my back and stretching out my limbs like a lazy cat, which I was (partially tho). Usually it's bright sunlight that greets me in the morning but today, it was missing.

I yawned again and sat up, rubbing my eyes with the ball of my palms and spat out the strands of hair that were in my mouth. Ugh! I looked over to find the side of my pillow wet. God! When will I stop drooling?

I gazed out of the window and found the sky cloudy. "Is it early in the morning or it's going to rain?" I thought getting down from the bed. I walked near the couch and then stopped.

Wait a second... As much I remember, I slept on couch last night. How come I woke up in bed? I sighed as my inner voice answered the question.

Loki. Of course he is the one to carry me to my bed.

I chuckled softly. How caring is my frosted Lemon...

I plopped down on the couch and then something hit my mind, making me stand again.

Loki!

"Shit! Oh no please!" I hurriedly sprinted out of my room and barged into Loki's one to find it empty. I slapped my forehead and crashed down on his neatly arranged bed, spoiling it.

I am late. He has left. I couldn't see him off.

I didn't even talk to him last night and God knows, if he's upset with me. With a sigh, I rolled on his bed and inhaled his scent deeply from his pillows and bedsheet.

Being a partial cat has it's own peaks. My olfaction is much more better than a normal person, even better than an Asgardian. And he smells so good!

Okay, enough sniffing. I jumped out of the bed and arranged his bed neatly as it was before. Mr. Perfect hates dirty and unkept bed.

I passed his study table to reach the door but halted in my way. I retraced my steps back and stopped near his table. There was a neatly folded piece of parchment paper with a green rose on top of it.

Green rose....woah!

As soon as I touched the rose in shimmered into thin air leaving behind green sparkles in air. I frowned at the green glitter in my palm. Okay, I really wanted to keep the rose. Shrugging, I unfolded the paper. My lips turned up seeing my name written on top of it.
A letter for me! Aww!

Sweetest Pudding and naughtiest Kitty,

Don't feel sorry that you didn't get to say bye to me. I had came to your room before leaving. My intention was to wake you up for a kiss but you were sleeping so peacefully that I couldn't force myself to commit the sin of     disturbing your sweet slumber.

But don't fret about not being able to kiss me because I pecked your cheeks, nose and lips. Okay, I should stop my nonsense.

I will miss you, Love. Kindly stay out of troubles and no fighting with anyone. I want to see you in one piece when I return. And I promise, if you are hurt then you'll face my wrath.

I can't write more because the insolent moronic oaf is mocking me. I think he wants to get stabbed.

Wear the soul joiner pendent. It will alert me if you're in any trouble. Try to stay by mother's side and have fun. I'll try to return as soon as possible. Okay that's it for now. Bye. I love you!

P.S:- You look so cute when drooling.

Yours oh so handsome boyfriend
Loki

I couldn't help but laugh reading the letter. He wrote it as if it's going to be a long week without seeing each other. He has even drawn a smiley emoji with long lashes. Cute!

How deep asleep I was that I didn't even feel him kissing my face? Rose, stop sleeping like a dead. Someday, they are gonna bury you taking you for a corpse.

And the most important thing, I don't fight!

Okay okay, I fight but I don't start fighting until someone provokes me. Loki should be angry at that person, not me! That's mean! If he scolds me, I'll kick his butt.

And oh! He saw me drooling. Dude it's so embarassing!

Shaking my head, I tucked the letter in the pocket of my night gown and teleported back to my room. Pulling out the necklace from my drawer, I wore it and as soon as it touched my skin, it glowed.

He's thinking about me. Oh Loki...

I wonder what he is doing now. And is that Neith staring at him like she did last night? Of course she is. What else can she do except for gawking at other's men? I wish that bitch trips from her horse and dies. If that happens, I'll be the happiest person in the whole nine realms.

I brushed my teeth and took a quick shower. I pulled out a a simple blue dress that reached just past my knees and pulled my hair up in a high ponytail. No makeup and no jewelries except for the locket. I pondered over whether to wear the slippers or not and then decided against it.

No Loki and no Thor to force me to behave like a lady. I don't think Frigga will scold me about it. And you can't deny the fact that how good it feels to walk barefooted on soft green grass. I have decided to explore the garden properly because no Fandral will come to disturb me today.

I waited for some more minutes, for Yeona. Maybe if she comes with Yev, then we can stroll in the garden together. But they didn't come so I stepped out of the room and started walking towards the garden.

The sky was cloudy and it seemed it would rain soon. I can't remember the last time I danced in the rain. Maybe it was three years ago when I escaped from Hydra. If it rains, I'll surely get drenched today.

And again, no Loki and no Thor to stop me! Yippie yay!

I hopped and skipped, feeling the wet and soft grasses beneath my feet. It was a windy day and the trees and plants swayed as if ready to welcome the drops of rain. There were two squirrels staring at me from the branch of my favourite rhedodedron tree. And we know each other.

One was male, Tuffy and the other was a female, Tiffy. Cute names, right? Thanks!

They jumped down and sprang up on my shoulders, squealing and screeching. I kissed their heads and they smacked my face with their soft furry tails before running away.

Sometimes I feel I'm a typical Snow White, chattering with small animals and birds but I don't like her. It's Rapunzel who's my favourite. Wild and carefree and barefooted. Just like me. And she fell in love with a so called badguy, Eugene. God! He's so charming and a baddie! Just like my Loki.
See? So many common traits.

And not to forget that she too spent her whole 18 years in captivity. Although mine was much longer and worse than her, including tortures and all but still, she's someone I can relate to.

Okay, I should stop now.

I was doing some stupid dance and singing under my favourite spot that is  rhododendron tree when suddenly someone cleared his throat loudly. I turned to find Allfather standing in all his glory and staring at me like I'm some sort of weird monkey. Well, at this particular moment, yes, I do resemble some weird little monkey.

"Are you well?" He asked, looking at me skeptically and I could feel my ears burn. No doubt that they were red now.

"Y-yes Allfather. Good morning." I bowed my head a little and he nodded.
"Good morning to you too, child." He looked around a bit and then again faced me. "Would you mind if we talk?"

Aaand there goes my peaceful and undisturbed solitude. Bye.

"Not at all Allfather. Um..." I cleared my throat. "Am I in trouble?"
He shook his head and cracked a small amused smile. "No. Not until you decide to prank me like you did to the boys."

My eyes went round. "You know?!"
"Yes. Nothing escapes my ears and eyes." He chuckled softly. "So can we start talking?"   "Sure Allfather."

"Loki is courting you?" I nodded.
"You love him?" I nodded again.
"You know about Neith?" I nodded again but this time, slowly.

"Then you know why she left him?"

"She doesn't deserve him." The words tumbled down from my mouth in haste. He stopped and looked at me. "And you deserve him?"

I took a deep breath and shook my head. "No..."

"And why is that?"

"He deserves a lot more better than me. He deserves the best. I try my best to give him the love he needs but... maybe it's not enough. But then again, if I was not the one for him then fate wouldn't have chosen me to be his soulmate." I said, looking down at the green path. He stayed silent and then hummed.

"Do you know about his real heritage? I know it's not my part to inform you about this but you should know about it as soon-"

"I know about it Allfather." I said stopping him. "I know he's a ice giant."
His eyes widened so slightly. "It's Frost Giant and why haven't you left him then?"

I was offended now.

"Why would I leave him? I love Loki. I don't care if he's a blue smurf or just the normal. I love him and not his appearance." I said shaking my head. "And if you talk about his appearance then again, I have never met a man as handsome and charismatic like him. It's his flaws that makes him perfect. Why would I leave such a perfect man?"

Allfather sighed. "Don't get me wrong, child. I didn't mean to offend you. Loki is not my blood and maybe I was a bit too hard on him but I can't deny my love for him."

I stilled in shock. Okay, I was not expecting this from him.

"I know I didn't give him the required time and love which I gave to Thor. And his hatred for me...is somehow justified but what I didn't expect was that he would think that I would hurt you."

"What?" I gaped. "What did he say?" Jesus Loki! How can he say that thing?

Allfather gave me a small smile. "He thinks I'll hurt you in his absence. Last night, he said I should not come across you. Though my first instinct was to punish him for his disrespect but I understood that he feels insecure about you. He's afraid that I'll take away his source of happiness." He sighed again.

I looked up at a dark cloud hovering over her head. Loki wouldn't say something unless something has happened that has threatened his security.

"Do you dislike me, Allfather?" I asked him. Maybe he has something to do with Loki's such threats.

"I won't lie but my son, a prince of Asgard courting a mortal was not something I was fond of. I despised you thinking you might have entranced him." I stayed silent listening to him. Neith was correct. Everyone thinks I'm a good digger.

"When the first time I saw you, I was under the impression that Loki is lured by your beauty. But when you defended Loki, I saw that you were possessive of him. I had taken you for some common Midgardian but when while fighting Tybalt, there was a fiery glow in your eyes. You are a warrior. But still, I wasn't satisfied and to make sure that you won't leave him just like Neith did, I wanted to tell you about Loki's real heritage. And again you surprised me." He turned and smiled at me.

"Indeed you are the one for him." My gloomy face brightened up with a wide smile hearing his words. Finally, I won Allfather's heart too. I'm proud of myself.

"But there's a problem."

My smile fell. "What?"

"Midgardians age faster than Asgardians. Their lifespan is nothing compared to us. Time will fly quickly for you. Loki would age only a few years while you will reach your old age."

My brain went into a frenzy mode. He's right! Oh my God! How come I never thought about it? I just can't imagine myself standing as a toothless old woman beside the still handsome Loki!

OH MY GOD!

"Holy shit!" I gasped, slapping my forehead in despair.
"But there's a solution." I whipped my head towards Odin's direction with hopeful eyes. "What?"
"Idun's golden apple." He answered briefly.

Oh here we go again! There are golden apples too...

"They will grant you immortality and turn you into an Asgardian." He said, staring at me. Immortality... Asgardian... But that means I will outage my family back on Earth, right? Oh heck no! I can't watch my family die old while I stay young. But to stay with Loki, I need to be an immortal.

God!! What should I do now?!

"Lady Rosebelle?" I snapped back to reality and took in deep breath to calm myself down. "I need... I need some time to think about it Allfather. It's-it's difficult for me to decide right now." I replied sincerely hoping that he would agree with me. I need to talk to Loki about it.

I'm in a dilemma. It's like choosing between Tom Hiddleston and black forest cake. C'mon guys, I am cray cray over them. How can I choose either one of them?

Thankfully, he nodded. "Take your time child. I know it's a bit difficult for you." A bit difficult!? Seriously!?

"One question."
"Ask away."
"Why didn't you punish Neith for insulting Loki like that? I thought that insulting a Prince is an offence."

"Who said she wasn't punished?" He asked back, staring at me. "She was banished from Asgard to Vanaheim. Just because of the sudden death of both of her parents, I was forced to make the banishment temporary. On top of that, she could have spilt the secret about Loki's parentage. No one except for the royal family and her knows about that."

"Is it really needed to keep his real parentage a secret from the rest?"

"Of course! Asgard was never on a good terms with Jotunheim and maybe never will be. They are considered as our arch nemesis and if the common people come to know that their youngest Prince is a Jotun, they will surely riot."

Thunder rumbled and Allfather looked up at the sky. "It was nice talking to you. It would start raining soon. You should come inside."

I shook my head. "I want to enjoy the rain." Nodding he started walking away but a sudden question popped into my mind.

"Allfather!" I called out, sprinting off towards him. He turned. "Yes?"
"Umm...as Loki and I are soulmates, is there any rule like if I die then he will die too?" I asked. It was a very important question for me because if it's true then I'll have to change my careless habits.

To my utter relief and joy, he shook his head. "No. It's not at all true." I nodded and thanked him to which he nodded and then walked away.

Maybe he isn't so bad afterall. He said that he cares for Loki.

The thunder rumbled again and then the small raindrops started hitting my face. They gradually increased their falling and there I stood, drenched in rain, laughing and jumping. The howling of the wind and the crackling thunder seemed to play some rock band music and I danced wildly.

I danced without giving a damn. I danced without any beat or rhythm. Anyone else if sees me now will take me for a crazy woman who was swinging her hands and legs and whirling, all drenched wet from head to toe but I and only the God above knew, what I was feeling.

I felt free. It felt wild and crazy. When was the last time I felt like this? I was happy. No wait. Ecstatic! I was ecstatic! It's the first time in my whole twenty-one years that I tasted freedom. Even back in Avengers Tower, I never felt this excitement. Freedom makes you crazy! Wild! Lawless!

"FUCK YOU HYDRA! LOOK! K-74 IS FINALLY FREE!! FREEEEE!!!!"

Loki POV

"It's a great pleasure to have you all with me today. I, on behalf of my subjects thank you for your support and help." The King of Vanaheim spread out his hands in a welcoming manner with a big warm smile on his face. He was a wise King and unlike Odin, who preferred brawn over brain.

"It's our duty to help the realms in times of need, Your Highness." I bowed, giving them my most genuine smile. "We are happy to hear that we have been able to solve your problems." Thor added.

"We have arranged a special feast tonight for you all. You will be shown your resting chambers." The Queen announced and almost immediately, Volstagg started thanking her. I looked over at Thor who was already staring at me.

"What's the matter brother? You look so restless." He whispered.

"I can't attend the feast brother. I would rather have my darling in my arms instead of enjoying the feast." I replied back, maintaining a calm facade.

"Won't they feel insulted Loki? You're a Prince afterall." Thor argued making me smile.

"Thor, they have you. Why would they need me? You're the face of the Asgard's royal family. My work here is done. I have someone waiting for me back in Asgard." I reasoned.

Thor frowned. "Don't get started again Loki." Now it was my turn to frown. "What?"

"You're a Prince as much as I am, Loki. I'm not the only one who is representing the royal family. I-" I scoffed and he stopped.

"Now you don't get started Thor. Drop the topic. But I'm not staying here for the feast." I said with finality. I could hear Thor grumble but I decided to ignore him.

There were two reasons I wanted to go back. Firstly, I missed Rose and was worried about her. Secondly, Neith has been staring at me since I stepped in this realm and it was irking me.

"My apologies Your Highness but unfortunately, I can't stay for the feast." I spoke up, catching everyone's attention.

The King frowned. "Why Prince? Is there any problem?" He asked.

I shook my head. "Umm sadly yes... I have some important work back in Asgard. The feast seems inviting enough but sadly the work can't wait." I reasoned.

Sif snickered behind me. "I wonder what that work is." She mused with a mock sigh.

I spared her a fake glare before turning back to the King. "It's sad not to have you with us tonight. My heartfelt gratitude for your help, Prince Loki." He said with a smile. I bowed quickly excepting the greetings and after sharing a look with others, I turned and left the throne room.

I was almost out of the palace when a voice made me halt. I cursed my fate.
"Loki! Wait!" Neith came rushing and stopped near my side. With a wide grin, she threw herself on me wrapping her arms around my body. I was not at all prepared for this type of intimacy.

With a disgusted scoff, I pushed her away. "How dare you to touch me?" I growled, backing away from her. Neith bit her lips, feigning a hurt look.
"Daarling... I missed you soo much. It has been more than two years since I got to talk to you." She batted her eyelashes and gave me her lopsided grin.

The grin that had got me trapped in her webs of fake love. The grin that used to make my heart beat faster and my stomach flutter. But now, this grin made me nothing but nauseous.

"It will be better for you if you turn around and walk away from me. And don't you dare to come across me again." I warned her but she dismissed my threat with a swift wave of her hand. I was quite taken back seeing her audacity when she lifted a finger to caress my jaw.

I took a step back to keep the distance and glared at her. "Don't. Touch. Me." I snarled, trying my best not to finish this vile woman right now.

She sighed and sniffled. "I know that you're upset with me about that night."

Upset!? FUCKING UPSET!?!

I clenched my jaw so hard that it pained but she continued. "But trust me darling Lo that I didn't mean a single word. I was-I was drunk and a bit shocked too. I mean I never even dreamt about the fact that my fiance will turn out to be a Jotun. You know how much they are hated, right?" She gave me a sad smile and took a step forward. I stepped back again.

Jotuns are hated. Right. I'm a Jotun and I should be hated but my Pud doesn't hate me. My mum doesn't hate. Thor doesn't hate me. And that's enough for me.

"Trust me when I say that I still love you Lo. I love you so so much and more than anything else. I regret my words. I sacrificed everything for you! Just take me back and ditch that filthy Midgardian. She's not for-"

"Have care what you speak woman. I really don't want to break my record of not hurting a woman." I towered over her, my fists clenched around my sides. "She's not just a Midgardian. She's my love. My life. My world. My everything. You lost me that night Neith. And you can. Never. Ever. Have me back." I sneered.

"And for your little information let me tell you something." A malice grin appeared on my face as I dropped my voice just above a whisper. "Rose is my soulmate." A wave of victory and pleasure passed over me, seeing her face fall to a scowl. Her eyes widened as my words hit her dumb head.

"But...but she is a mortal... h-how?" She mumbled, her brows twitched. I shrugged with a chuckle. "That's the thing Neith. You never deserved me. You were never meant for me. Rose is mine. I am Rose's. Did you get that now?"

Her eyes shot up to meet mine and her lips lifted up in a sick grin. I gulped. This isn't good.

"She's your soulmate, right? Okay, no problem with that." She shrugged her shoulders. "I'll take care of her. Don't worry Lo." I furrowed my brows in confusion. "Wh-what do you mean?"

She smiled again. "She needs to have her soul intact with her body to be your mate. No soul. No mate. Simple."

I gaped at her, horrified. "You mean to-"

"Yes! Yes yes! I'll kill her. I will wipe her out from my path. I will finish anyone who will come in between us." She had a insane gleam in her eyes. "And do you know why will I finish them? Because I love you! No one will separate us. I love you more than anyone. I even killed my parents for you!"

My jaws slacked down as I processed her words. "You...you did what?"

She sighed happily. "I know it was a bit cruel of me but it needed to be done." She shrugged again. "You see, they somehow came to know about your real heritage. I was still pining for you and they dared to threaten me saying that they would disown me if I kept thinking about you. So I killed them." She huffed. "I killed them quickly. No pain. A quick death. It was needed to be done. They deserved it."

My stomach was doing backflips now. The Lord and the Lady of Munoper were murdered by their own daughter. Neith killed them! It wasn't a mysterious death but a murder.

"Look at me Lo." My unfocused eyes met her dilated grey ones. "See, how madly I love you. Will your Midgardian kill her parents like I did for you? Will she?"

I shook my head and took a few steps away from her. "No she can't." I whispered hoarsely and a smile brightened up her face. "She can never kill her parents because she isn't a sick murderer like you." And with that, her smile dropped.

"Just wait till Allfather comes to about this. I'm sure you will like the dungeons." I spat and tried to walk past her but her next words stopped me.

"You won't dare to do that, Lo."

I faced her. "Pray tell me why won't I?"

"Jotuns are not welcome in Asgard, my darling." She smirked. "I don't think any Asgardian will keep their cool if they come to know that their dear young prince is actually a Frost Giant." I stilled. "They will riot. Curse the royal family. How sad will be Allmother and Thor... My heart seems to break imagining their reactions." She faked a sniffle.

My blood was boiling at this point and heart thumped wildly. She's playing a dirty game.

"I. Will. Kill. You. Bitch." I snarled through clenched teeth. She grinned widely. "You. Can't. Lo." With a wink, she walked past me leaving me shaking with fury. "Oh and one thing!" She smirked. "If you are not mine then you are no one else's. Meet you soon daaarling!" Giggling, she walked away.

I will kill her. She needs to die before she hurts my Pudding. This quim spoiled my whole mood. I need to see Rose now. She's the only one who can brighten up my day.

"Jesus! 'm dying! *cough**cough* Ack!" Rose coughed, holding her head with a loud groan.

"You're not dying so soon, Rose. Who told you to have a walk in the garden in rain?" Frigga scolded her as she dried the sick girl's wet hair.

"I wanted to have a bit of fun." Rose reasoned weakly.

"Doesn't look like you had a bit of fun." Yeona piped in, stirring the spoon in the bowl of hot soup.

"Sorry..." Rose apologized softly before having another bout of coughing.

Frigga sighed worriedly, placing her palm on Rose's forehead. "She's a bit warm. Yeona dear, can you call Eir?"

Yeona nodded quickly but Yevhen interrupted her. "No! I will go and call Meany."

Frigga laughed. "Meany?"

Yev nodded. "Yeth. She givth yucky me-di-thins and thcold if I don't take them. Thee ith mean." He pouted, placing his hands on his hips.

"Yev! That's a bad word!" Yeona scolded him. "I'll tell momma about you."

The boy looked a bit scared but the next moment, a mischievous grin appeared on his cute face. "I'll tell momma that you kithed the thable boy on hith lipth." He made kissy faces.

Yeona's eyes widened in horror as her blushing cheeks matched her red hair.
"YEVHEN!" She yelled, ready to beat the shit out of the boy but Yev ran and hid behind Frigga who was now laughing with Rose.

"Now Yev, run and call your Meany quickly. Tell her that I called I her in Rose's room." Frigga said, ruffling his blond curls. Yevhen nodded and sprinted out of the room.

"Ohoo! Love is in the air!" Rose smirked making the poor girl blush harder.

"Is that boy Nicholas?" Frigga asked with a wide smile. Yeona looked down at the floor, nodding slightly. "He's a good boy! I met him last month and he was so nice and sweet!" Frigga complimented, patting the girl's shoulder.

"I'll meet him too! *cough**cough* Ick!"
"First get well, then think about it. I wonder what Loki will say when he sees you like this." Frigga mused. Rose gulped nervously.

He will surely kill me. Oh no! Thor was correct. I manage to fall in trouble every time. But how could I have known that a little dance in the rain will get me cough and cold? I'm totally innocent.

Everything comes with a price.

I enjoyed my dance but it caused me my health. Ugh! I'm not going to get drenched in rain again. No never. Stuffed nose and sore throat is enough punishment for me.

Jesus! I'll be a good girl throughout my life. You just save me from Loki. Please!
