Time
A little shaken, Astrid walks back over to Stormfly and put her arms around the nadder's neck and cried silently. I'm guessing that it didn't go very well. Astrid shook her head. I warned you. He needs time, Astrid. If you love him you will give it to him. Astrid nodded and wiped her tears. "Time. Ok, I'll wait for him." She gets on Stormfly's back and they fly into the forest. When they landed, Astrid got off and started throwing her axe at poor unfortunate trees.
Back in the clearing, Hiccup and Toothless where the only pair that remained. Gothi came over to them and sat on a nearby rock. "I believe that you have a certain question you wish to ask me. Yes?" "Why did you tell Astrid not to warn me? It could have prevented what happened." "That is a possibility. But there is also the chance that by warning you it would have been worse." Hiccup nodded.
"Forgive Astrid for not warning you. The life of a human is far too short for grudges. Forgive her, it will be better for the both of you." She then walked away to the hut on the far side of the island. The others arrived shortly before dark. Hiccup looked over to Astrid and Stormfly. "I'll talk to her tomorrow." He then shifts into a nightfury and falls asleep.
