This chapter we split into three parts but each part will show how hiccup start to learn how things work here.

Along with Hiccup relationship with his new family.

new home at the Fisher part one

Hiccup was happy that the feeding tube was remove as Olivia was going to take hiccup with her back to the house now.

Hiccup was still wearing patient clothing he was giving as they didn't have no clothes I could fit him.

Olivia knew she's going to have to get him some new clothes for him but that can wait until later.

"Are you ready to go hiccup?" Olivia asks as pull out her hand.

"Go Where?" Hiccup asks her.

"Go to my house, you will be staying there with me and my son Tom for the time being," Olivia said as hiccup grab her hand, and got off of the bed.

"Okay then," hiccup said as he was having a little bit problem standing up on his feet since he's been in bed for a couple of weeks.

"Don't worry I'll help you walk," Olivia said as she help hiccup to walk back to the house.

"Thank you, Olivia it means a lot," hiccup said as he was happy that people here were actually being kind to him.

Hiccup saw the building they were exiting out of and was surprised by how it looked, "what is this place called?"

"You at the Fisher, me and the other scientists here are learning about this place ever since the comet hit here and open up the Fisher," Olivia explains as they reach the house.

Hiccup was surprise as the fact that the house was a dome-looking shape, once they got in hiccup was still blown away by how the house was inside.

Olivia give him a quick tour around before showing him to his room, hiccup was honestly surprised.

Hiccup's tour around the kitchen was interesting as he has never seen a stove or refrigerator or microwave before.

He did wonder what was that big black rectangle on the wall in the living room was?

The paintings that look almost look like they were real-life people he couldn't deny it whoever painted those were definitely top-class painters.

The furniture was definitely new to him, the walls and ceiling the way how they feel were completely different it wasn't made of wood or stone at all, the floors were rugs except for the kitchen and bathroom.

Seeing the bathroom was honestly weird to him, "what in Thor's name is a toilet?"

Hiccup's new room was smaller than his old one but it was comfortable, there was a bed that he loves laying on it was even more comfortable than the one in the hospital, a bookshelf with some books on it along with a table and chair, and there were even some shelves on the walls to hold a few things on.

Hiccup knew this place might become his new home if he can't find toothless or unless something else happens.

Hiccup decided to sit on the bed and as he still couldn't understand why was he here if this was not Valhalla and he was still alive then how did he got here?

Soon hiccup heard a knock on the door, "hey hiccup are you there? my mom told me to see you."

Hiccup went to open the door and saw a boy around his age that had blonde hair and blue eyes with freckles on his face.

"Are you Tom?" Hiccup ask as tom nodded.

"Yes I am, I brought you some food," Tom said as hiccup noticed he wasn't holding anything.

"But you're not holding anything?" Hiccup said as tom pointed to the table.

"It's right there, you must be hungry," Tom said as hiccup would like something to eat.

"Okay, then," hiccup said as both went to sit down and hiccup was weirded out by the food.

he noticed several things on the table, a square box, bread with meat and vegetables on a plate, a rectangular box that was standing up, a ball full of eels and sauce, a yellow square on a plate with spikes on it, and some weird color drinks and bottles? "What kind of food is this."

"Well first this is pizza," Tom said as he open up the box and hiccup saw a big yellow circle with red dots all over it.

"how do I eat this?" Hiccup asks as he had no idea how to eat pizza, tom shows him by grabbing a slice and ripping it off out the circle and eating it.

"Wow," hiccup said as he did the same and try it and then his eyes went wide, and his thoughts explode with excitement, hiccup gobble it down and had a few more slices.

Tom smile, "I know everyone loves pizza."

Hiccup had both of his hands on the table with his face right next to the second meal, "so what is this supposed to be? What exactly do you call this?"

Tom moves the plate a little bit away from hiccup's face, "you don't want your hair to get on the burger, here let's split this," Tom pulled out a knife and cut the burger in half and the two shared it.

Hiccup of the taste of meat and vegetables together with these other kinds of tastes that he didn't know what they were.

"What is in this burger besides the meat and bread with vegetables in it?" Hiccup asks.

"Well it has Burger meat from a cow, lettuce onions tomato pickles, oh I cannot forget the cheese, and the top red part is called a bun," tom explain as hiccup was amazed.

Hiccup kept trying some of the new food's as he learn what cereal was and biscotti and meatballs were, they had some block cheese with toothpicks, of course, Tom had to stop hiccup from eating the toothpick, finally, they finish it up with having soda that Tom poured into a glass for them both to have.

Hiccup was completely full for the day as he never thought he would have such amazing food that was delicious.

Tom was honestly surprised he only thought hiccup what's going to eat one or two meals but not almost everything on the table, the only reason why he had all those kinds of food out was to see what he like the most.

Tom started smiling and laughing, "well I'm glad you enjoyed it."

Hiccup didn't respond as tom looked and noticed hiccup was already passed out.

Tom got hiccup back into his room and clean up the table.

Olivia soon came back, "Hey Tom, how is hiccup doing?"

"He was great he really loved the food I gave him," Tom said with a smile on his face.

"That's good to hear," Olivia said as she looked at the fridge and it was several foods were already gone, "I guess you both had one big lunch together?"

"Yeah I thought he was only going to eat one or two things but he really loved all the new food, he had no idea what any of the food was and why the try it all, he really did love it," tom explain to his mother.

Olivia smiled as tom did have a question, "mom will he be staying with us, or is he just visiting?"

"Tom Dont be rude he's..." Olivia got cut off.

"No I wasn't mean to be rude I was only asking because if he is staying does that mean he gets to be my new brother?" Tom asked as Olivia came over to him.

"It only depends, if he has family out there he has to go back to them but if not well let's see how things work out first," Olivia said, "but for the time being I'm going to need you to watch over him when I'm not around, okay?"

"I will do that Mom," Tom said as he smile.

Olivia hug him, "I'm glad to hear that Tom."

Okay yeah come here would be like a little or big brother to hiccup since the two are only at your heart but since hiccup is 15 as tom is 14 that would make hiccup the older brother and Tom the younger brother.

Now some of you have been asking where is toothless which will be explained later.

In this chapter, it was mostly focused on the food part but also it's the fact how hiccup will start learning about how to live in a modern-day home works by him looking around the place when he got the tour.
