I tried to imagine what the female school uniform looks like (with A LOT of minor differences) and this is the result. For reference, this is how it came to be:

I know, I suck at taking pictures. Capturing this at midnight didn't help, either. Basically, I tried to merge our world's usual school uniform design with Ciel's outfit. I had problems with drawing feet though (I can't draw decent feet) so I covered that part.
