After I returned to my apartment while I had put away the groceries I thought I might as well explore Mustafu since the last time I did, someone almost died.

"Oo~! I wonder if that little cafe is still in business!" I sang as I smiled hapily to myself skipping down a nostalgic street that had barely changed.

I turned one last corner to see a small corner cafe that I used to go to as a child with my mother all the time.

"Awesome! It still looks the same after all these years!" I said before entering the petite shop

I opened the doors as the scent of coffee and freshly baked sweets filled my mind causing me to drool at the thought of food.

"Ah! Welcome!" A young woman said as she filled a mug with espresso.

Woah! I remember her! Last time I saw her she was in her teens!..

I happily looked surprise at the lovely and feminine change.

"Hi!" I said to the barista with short dark-bobbed hair wearing a plain purple   t-shirt and some blue jeans.

"Hey, there. What can I get you?" She said as she leaned against the counter.

God I wonder if they still have it...

"U-Uhm..Can I get a cookie latte with a velvet croissant?" I said nervously.

She widened her eyes as she looked surprised. She started laughing as I blushed getting more embarrassed.

"Man," She said as she brushed back her bangs,"Someone hasn't ordered that in years!"

"R-Really?" I said as I tried to be secretive and surprised.

"Yeah, I remember a little girl who would come all the time ordering that," She smiled at the happy memories.

Those were the good times.

I smiled serenely as she got a receipt and a marker,"Well enough about that. Name?"

"Oh yeah! Can you put Kamikami?" I said bluntly smiling. Her jaw dropped as she dropped the cup and the marker.

"T-Tekami?" She said as she pointed at you shakily.

I stared at her shocked,"Y-You remember me Ms. Hijirikawa?"

"Oh my goodness it is you! I haven't seen you in years!" She said smiling as she stared at me, eyes sparkling at the older me.

Until realization shook her.

"A-Aren't you supposed to be missing?" She said as she got scared.

I avoided her gaze as I pierced my lips into a line,"You see..."

I told her everything, even more the Bakugo. Only because I knew she wouldn't get mad at me.

"So that's how it's been, huh?" She said as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Yeah.." I sighed as he fiddled my thumbs together.

I looked her straight in the eyes as I put on a serious face," I need you to keep this a secret,"

She looked back smiling, filling me with trust and relief again," I understand. Now why don't we get you that latte? It's on the house"

She said as she stood up and headed towards behind the counter.

"Sorry Bakugo..Guess you're not the only one anymore," I sighed as I looked out the large window, out into the street and the city.

Suddenly there was a cat that had two different colored fur walking past the window and heterochromia eyes.

Of course it reminded me of a certain someone.

"I miss him..," I sighed as I rested on my arms on the wooden table.

Ms, Hijirikawa gave me the things in a plastic cup and a thing paper bag. I happily munched as I thought about going down to some beach I heard about. I walked down some earthy path as I stopped, remorsed.

The place was filled with filfth and trash, practically a junk yard.

"How did this even happen?," I exhausted as I stared at the horrid sight.

I looked at it confused as I started to walk away. There were minor crashes and some what sounded to be like muffled shouting, but I ignored it as I started to walk home.

I entered my room and plopped on the bed, tired from the day.

"Tomorrow is school.." I groaned. As much as it has been my dream to go to public school it's just that since Katsuki knows my secret it's going to be way more awkward

"At least our relationship is a little patched up I guess," I sighed as I checked my smart phone and a notification came up.

"Ah! Todoroki texted me!" I said excitedly. Even though we couldn't see each other until highschool so Todoroki's scar would heal properly we still could text and call eachother.

ShortcakeKun: Hey Tekami. How have things been? Are you well?

KamiKami: Shouto! It's been so long since we last messaged each other! Things have been slightly normal I guess.

ShortcakeKun: That's good to hear. I'm glad that you've been doing well.

KamiKami: Yeah! And how is your injury?

ShortCakeKun: Better. The scar is a little big, but it would have been a lot worse.

KamiKami: That's good. I'm glad that you're okay.

I smiled at the messages. It's been almost too long since I've last seen his face. Another beep came up on my phone as I looked to see the new message.

ShortcakeKun: I miss you....so much...

I got a little embarrassed by his straight forward message, but replied quickly.

KamiKami: I miss you too. I can't wait to see you again.

I smiled at the thought of the future until I started typing again at a funny thought.

KamiKami: Are you blushing right now?

I laughed as it took a while for him to reply.i could just imagine a blushing Shouto looking at the screen.

ShortcakeKun: N-No! Idiot!

I laughed out loud as I quickly replied.

KamiKami: Uh-Huh. Suure~.

KamiKami: And you're the Idiot, Idiot ; )

ShortcakeKun: Whatever. So how is it being back in your home town?

KamiKami: It's been a little nostalgic, but everything has been pretty great.

ShortcakeKun: That's nice. I'm glad you're enjoying yourself.

ShortcakeKun: Anyway I have another training session with my father, but I'll text you later, okay?

I frowned at the thought of ending our quick conversation, but I couldn't help it.

KamiKami: Yeah! Totally! I'll message you later! Ciao!

ShortcakeKun: Yeah. Bye.

I turned off my phone as I layed down in my bed.

I wonder what's going to happen tomorrow?

I groaned at the thought of waking up early again for school as I went to go take a shower.

My phone went off as my humming and running water could be heard from a short distance.

ShortcakeKun: I love you...
