Finally, another day has end. Isamu was then get out of the office to go into the hospital, Senzai Uchiumi, his older brother died for an unknown reason. He then go to his boat to get in Aogashima island inhope of finding a clue to his brother's unknown dead, "Only 20 minute now, my dear Senzai please let me know what happend to you. Older brother i will find out what happend soon..." Suddenly, a monster thing appeared infront of Isamu's very eyes, "What the... heck is that THING!? It is look like a whale.. that thing doesn't seem so friendly to me." The creature slapped Isamu as he got knockout.

Isamu then wake up in a minka: "Strange... i don't remember being in a minka, this minka was in Tokyo but how? I just leaved Tokyo a long time ago.." He contiuned and explored the house in hopes of finding the owner of this place, Isamu then find a book, he read it:

A long time ago, there was 2 orphan sister lived in a small town. Their name are Rin and Mio, one day Mio, the younger one came home and she was seen happier than usual. Rin asked her why but get no reply, Rin then suspect that Mio was eating well without her. Jealousy took over Rin and she then eated her own sister, she then knowing that Mio was secretly saved money for the both of them, after the discovery Rin was very shocked. She cry as she sorry for didn't understand Mio, then a mysterious mouth appear in Rin's backhead, its was Mio's mouth. Rin was forced to feed Mio and herself everyday or else she will have puinshment."

As Isamu is tasked to poison 3 rats and rings the bell for Rin to eat them, after finshed the task Rin then says with a angry impression: "Ahhh... you dare try to trick me with rodens?.. You upsetted MIO!" Mio and Rin then transform into a monster and start a chase sequence with Isamu. Isamu quickly run to escaped the sister and then he slammed into a door which knock him out.

Isamu wake up again in a hills or something like mountains, he encounter the snake monster which she will freeze him into stone and kill him. Using his mind to escape the snake and he finally got into a cave, but then the snake suddenly spotted him and start a chase sequence with Isamu inside the cave with it big head. Ended up in a village then he meet a old man named Keneo, Keneo tell him that he was the first people to get pass The Great Nure, she was also the guardian of this place. Keneo tasked Isamu to bring him a seishin orb guard by a blind witch in her own minka, he goes into the minka and solve the puzzles. With the help of the Rokurokubi and the Weeping Angel's guide he solve the puzzle and bring the orb to Keneo.

As promise Keneo give Isamu a ship for him to leave the village, after go into the ship he once again need to solve the puzzle to go into the deepest place of the ship. "Trying to escaped little brat? My only goal now is to bring you to THAT PLACE! She is wait for you.." Tenome then chased Isamu in the vent system of the ship, it caught him and knock him out and bring Isamu to a mysterious dimension. After wake up Isamu follow the path and seeing a cave, as he goes near the place get more distorted, he go into the cave: "God, its to dark in there." After turning the flashlight on he see a creature wearing an oni mask resemble an jealousy demon. He shocked as asked himself "What the actual fu-"
